The Felix Project is London’s largest food redistribution charity. Started in 2016, its vision is a London where good food is never wasted, and no one goes hungry. In 2024 our workforce of over 200 staff and 13,000 volunteers collected and distributed the equivalent of 38 million meals to Londoners in need. This is done through a network of 1,200 community organisations and schools who are working on the frontline to feed people who are experiencing hunger and cannot afford to regularly buy the food they need. The Felix Project works with hundreds of suppliers from across the food industry, including supermarkets, wholesalers, farms and restaurants to rescue high quality surplus food, that cannot be sold and would otherwise go to waste.
In London, one in four working families regularly struggle to afford to feed their children, equating to an estimated 325,000 families across the capital. The cost of food has increased by 30% in the past three years and one in eight working families have less than £3 a day for food, after paying their bills. About 20% of working families have been forced to access a food support service for the first time during 2024 due to the rising cost of living.
Our work has never been more needed, and demand continues to grow: we are building our expertise and impact in response. The Felix Project now operates from four main depots in North, South, East, and West London, with ‘point-to-point’ projects in Central London and Canary Wharf. Felix’s Kitchen in our East London depot produces up to 5,000 meals per day from surplus food. Felix’s Multibank in West London distributes non-food items to those who need it most. As part of the charity’s involvement with The Coronation Food Project, we are launching an innovative food processing lab – The Felix Food Factory.
Purpose of the Job:
The Brand Manager will play a key role in helping to build our ambition to become London’s best loved charity.
You will have excellent experience in the charity sector and love managing brand and marketing campaigns, which you will either drive to completion or help shape and deliver in collaboration with colleagues and a roster of brilliant agencies who support the charity pro-bono. You’ll be experienced across multi-media channels including Out of Home, TV, Radio and digital.
You will have experience of working across the multiple disciplines of brand marketing & communications and have a good understanding of how digital channels can optimize brand awareness and build understanding of our work, support income generation and increase our impact.
This is an exciting and varied opportunity and you will play a key contributing role to the brand refresh work which starts in January 2025, working with the Director, Head, Senior Marketing & Campaigns Manager and external brand experts. Importantly, you will also work with teams across the organisation from volunteering to food supply to educate them about how to use our brand, acting as brand guardian. As part of this, you will establish a network of brand champions across the charity.
You will also lead on writing key Felix reports, requiring outstanding copywriting and editing skills. This is a hands-on role and you will need to be willing to roll your sleeves up.

Purpose of the Job:
The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in helping to build our ambition to become London’s best loved charity and to become a digital first charity. This will include working closely to support the Senior Marketing & Campaigns Manager to develop and deliver a new digital and social media strategy.
You will have proven digital experience in the charitable sector, including a full understanding of the technical side of delivery and analytics, as well strong experience in developing creative content.
You will oversee all social media and email marketing content and campaigns. You will also lead on building onboarding journeys for our key audiences including donors, volunteers, food suppliers and beyond, ensuring their long-term engagement and retention.
Together with the Senior Marketing & Campaigns Manager, you will lead on the redevelopment of the organisation’s website, working with external specialists to roll out a fully functioning and interactive website. This will include engaging with teams throughout the organisation to identify website content and functionality requirements.
Supporting the optimisation of supporter engagement, you will have responsibility for digitally enabled platforms (for example the charity’s donate platform) and work with external sector specialists like Just Giving to deliver a frictionless supporter experience, understanding the importance of data management and compliance.
You will have experience and a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence, leading on this area of work and how we can use AI to meet the growing needs of the Marketing & Communications Team.

Fixed term maternity cover contract for 12 months

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Project Co-Ordinator to provide maternity cover within the Practice team (P&D Directorate) at the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
You will be working with us to provide project management support to a range of priority projects across the Practice and Development directorate and support project teams using project management methodologies and structures including reporting of the risk register for the projects, working with the project managers and sponsors to mitigate any identified risks/issues. As part of the team, you will play an active role in supporting and progressing a range of projects which will enable members to develop and innovate within practice.
The role requires engagement with a wide range of stakeholders including CSP members, other AHP colleagues, educators and key health decision makers. You will be comfortable delivering member facing services, communicating key messages, promoting resources and activities developed by the team, as well as contributing to the planning and development of priority areas.
The role requires someone who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues across the CSP but is also able to take ownership of designated areas of responsibilities to support established programmes of work. Furthermore, it also requires the ability to demonstrate leadership behaviours in one’s own role, and to manage upwards where appropriate.
To succeed in the role, you will need excellent organisational, information management and technology skills to deliver and develop projects and resources, as well as excellent skills in capturing, synthesising and analysing data. About the Role
- You will ensure the smooth running of all Board meetings and activities, through administrative support to the Board of Trustees and Corporate Services team. This will include attendance at all quarterly board meetings and some subcommittee meetings.
- As well as ensuring practical arrangements are in place for the meetings, you will work closely with the board of trustees and relevant managers, to ensure that actions are completed to ensure the board is running at maximum effectivity.

- This role is 4 days per week (28 hours). There is a requirement to attend all quarterly board meetings in person. Board meetings and subcommittee meetings are usually held outside of usual working hours. We have been delivering this role for 2 years now and there are established systems for delivery, training and development as well as an active weekly Neurodiverse Support Group. This project is part of the community mental health transformation programme (CMHTP), an initiative across England that aims to address the long-term challenges faced by people with severe and enduring mental health conditions and their carers in NHS community mental services.
A new model of care has been developed which will remove barriers between primary and secondary care, promoting better integration between services. This new model of care aims to reduce waiting times, reduce the number of people going into crisis, address inequalities and support transitions as well as offering holistic/personalised care and support to patients and their carers.
RB Mind as been commissioned by South West London and St George’s Mental Health Trust (SWLStG) to provide peer support and partners include Richmond AID, Age UK Richmond and Crossroads Care. Each partner organisation will have a specialist area. Crossroads will be supporting carers, Age UK will support older people and Richmond AID will have a focus on supporting people with neurodevelopmental conditions.
Richmond Borough (RB) Mind, as the lead provider, work with partners to provide mental health peer support in the community to adults who are currently accessing mental health support or have done so in the past. The aim is to help people to access the right services to support their needs to recovery valuing lived experiences and using peer led approaches. Richmond AID’s peer support role will also have a focus on people that experience neurodevelopmental conditions such as people with autistic spectrum disorders, Aspergers, or people with ADHD.
The Peer Support Worker will work alongside a team of Peer Support Workers to provide one-to-one support and work with people referred by the Integrated Recovery Hub in Richmond to co-produce group peer support initiatives, as well as working with team members at Richmond Borough Mind and their partners to establish this new service.
About you
You will be passionate about supporting people on their mental health recovery journey. You will have lived experience of mental health and have experience of using mental health support services.
The role will involve
- Working in partners and liaising with staff in Mind and & SWLSTG as well as peer supporters in other organisations
- Support clients on a one to one basis
- Carrying out support assessments
- Managing a caseload of clients
- Develop links with community resources
Many of the clients you support will have severe and enduring mental health conditions and may have suicidal ideation. Experience of working with, or an understanding of how to support, people with severe and enduring mental health conditions will be an advantage.
You will have excellent communication and IT skills, administrative skills and be fully competent on Microsoft applications. You will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
About peer support
Peer support is about people using their lived experience to support others in similar situations. Peers lived experiences of mental distress, caring for someone with a mental health condition, or accessing mental health services will be used to build rapport and support the recovery journey of others.
The peer relationship is one of shared responsibility, two-way interactions, mutual benefit, and self-determination. Peers will offer a listening ear and their own experience, as well as emotional and practical support.

Role Summary
We are excited to recruit a Project Associate with Lived Experience of mental distress to Neurodiverse Connection to co-lead on a Lived Experience Review commissioned by a NHS organisation, as part of their Quality Transformation Plan for Inpatient care.
The project seeks to understand the experience of patients (and their families/carers) who have been patients in out of area placements in the independent sector and also also seeks to gather the views and experiences of care from those within seldom asked groups to understand the inequalities experienced. This will be facilitated through either in-person or online interviews conducted by individuals with lived experience from Neurodiverse Connection.
The learning from the project will be combined with existing learning from Trust and presented to the Trust as a written report, alongside an in-person workshop to explore and reflect on the learning.
Role Description
- To co-lead the recruitment of participants, through liaising with NHS and private organisations, and utilising own networks.
- To co-lead the development of interview schedules and interactive feedback workshops.
- Organise and co-ordinate workshops with seldom heard groups and those with lived experience of out of area inpatient admission.
- Ensure participation in the project is accessible to all.
- To co-lead the data collection, ensuring quality and high levels of data governance.
- Conduct interviews with those in those participating in the lived experience review, both face to face and online.
- Facilitate group workshops with seldom heard groups.
- Conduct qualitative analysis of the data to identify themes, and incorporate these into feedback and recommendations to the commissioning NHS organisation.
- To provide written and verbal progress reports.
- To ensure that all the work is rooted in the lived experience of patients and carers.

Your main responsibilities
- Maintaining the office including liaising with external service providers for the maintenance of fixtures and fittings, H&S equipment and supplies such as fire prevention/detection/fighting equipment, and other service contracts. Healthwatch was set up in 2013 to champion the rights of health and social care users, and hold the health and social care system to account for how well it engages with the public.
Healthwatch has a remit which covers all publicly funded health and social care services for adults and children.
The Advocacy Project delivers Healthwatch Brent, Healthwatch Kensington & Chelsea and Healthwatch Westminster – three of 152 local Healthwatch organisations countrywide. About the role
The role of the communications and engagement officer is to promote Healthwatch to local residents and stakeholders, and support people to get involved in our work. You’ll be a skilled communicator, comfortable with networking with professional stakeholders and engaging with local residents with diverse experiences. This role is primarily based in Kensington & Chelsea, and we’re looking for someone who can understand and relate to the diverse local population.
Your role will include finding innovative ways to present the information the team gathers to key audiences. This will range from face-to-face conversations with external stakeholders through to producing imaginative materials. This includes producing accessible reports and presentations to make sure we can maximise the impact of people’s feedback.
You’ll be responsible for a variety of internal and external communications for Healthwatch Kensington & Chelsea producing impactful communications across all platforms including our website, social media channels and newsletter. You’ll also produce informative and engaging content for our websites, keeping it fresh and relevant for our diverse audiences.
As well as developing our online presence, you’ll own the Kensington & Chelsea engagement plan. This will involve identifying engagement opportunities, working with the Volunteer Coordinator to ensure we have presence at events across the borough, and getting out into the local community to promote our service and hear from local residents.
Working as part of a small team, you’ll be involved in many aspects of the organisation. You’ll need to be flexible, with a ‘can do’ attitude to meet the evolving needs of the service. Background: Muslim Charities Forum (MCF) is the UK network for British Muslim-led Voluntary and Community Sector Organisations. MCF has a small team, but our impact is far-reaching. Following a period of expansion, MCF is seeking an innovative, motivated and passionate individual to lead on its advocacy capacity building work, sector-wide advocacy work, and delivery of its strategic policy work.
The primary purpose of the role is to build capacity in Muslim-led Voluntary and Community Sector Organisations with differing scales of operating and programmatic focus areas. There will be a particular focus on those Muslim led organisations based in London.

• Engaging in outreach with Muslim-led Voluntary and Community Sector Organisations.

Strategic Development and Implementation
· Provide leadership, strategy and direction for the Trust’s fundraising, marketing and communications team comprising 16 in the UK and 3 in Nepal.
