About us
Who we are
We are a 25 year old Wirral-based environmental charity providing advice and support to people across Merseyside and Cheshire. Our aim is to reduce carbon emissions and also to tackle fuel poverty. Our team of 20 advisers provide advice and information, assist people to apply for grants for heating, insulation and sustainable energy measures, support people to manage fuel bills, handhold vulnerable people through schemes and programmes, and act as a single point of contact for all issues related to household energy efficiency, renewable energy, fuel poverty, and fuel bills. We deliver this through home visits, community events, training, workshops, and forums.
Our culture and values
We are an environmental charity aiming to reduce carbon emissions and fuel poverty across Merseyside and Cheshire. We support all residents but particularly support vulnerable residents and those who struggle to navigate the often complicated systems of energy supply, grant schemes and the retrofit arena.
Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
We have an open approach to recruitment and strive to maintain a mutually supportive work environment. We support all communities and individuals through our services, and collaborate with organisations who support marginalised or under-represented communities to extend the reach of our service.
