Location:           Hybrid working between the Aldgate, London office and home

Our Respiratory Insights programme puts people with lung conditions at the heart of respiratory research and innovation to ensure research has the biggest impact on their lives, whilst also securing more funding to find new treatments and cures.  

Respiratory Insights is a consultancy service delivered within the Research & Innovation team. We believe there is potential to significantly grow this area of our work, and this role will accelerate the programme by developing and delivering a marketing and sales strategy to key audiences (Academic Researchers, innovators and companies).  

Asthma + Lung UK is the only charity in the UK fighting for everyone with a lung condition, aiming for a world where everyone can breathe with healthy lungs. We fund cutting-edge research, provide advice and support for the 12 million people who will get a lung condition during their lifetime. We also campaign for clean air and for better NHS diagnosis and treatment.

You will from part of the Corporate Fundraising team reporting to the Head of Corporate Fundraising. This role will also have a dotted line into the Research and Innovation team that deliver our Respiratory Insights programme.

You will have excellent new business and relationship management skills with the ability to think creatively and innovatively. You will be a brilliant communicator with a flair  for writing compelling proposals.  The ability to build a strong pipeline and recognise opportunities is vital.
