Support Worker

Age UK Nottingham & Nottinghamshire have an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker (Specialist Dementia Day Service) to join the team.

Location: Sybil Levin Centre, Nottingham, NG8 6AD

Hours: Various hours available (with additional paid hours providing cover as required) 

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Tenure: Permanent, Various hours available

Support Worker – The Role:

The Sybil Levin Day Service is a specialist day service supporting people with dementia using an innovative, person-centred approach.

Support Worker – Key Responsibilities:

- You will support people with dementia to engage in group and one to one activities

Support Worker – You:

- The ability to interact with people with dementia in a friendly and authentic way is essential

- The ability to support people in a kind, compassionate and caring way

- A flexible approach is essential including covering for staff absence

Support Worker – Benefits:
