The EDI Coordinator will develop partnerships with Business support teams and Operational colleagues, work with external organisations, to support colleagues and ensure managers and teams have the knowledge and resources for colleagues of all backgrounds have a positive experience of working for Dimensions.
The hours available to work are 22.5 a week. The full-time salary is £24,502 pro-rata salary of £14,701.20 for 22.5 hours.
The successful candidate will be required to work core hours but there is flexibility on the days which can be discussed at interview stage.

About the role - Your main duties will include:
- To work with the Head of EDI to deliver the organisations EDI objectives.
- To work in partnership with Dimensions business support teams to ensure information, processes, systems etc. are as accessible and inclusive as possible for all colleagues
- To engage and participate in external EDI related network groups to develop our knowledge and understanding
- To support individuals, managers and the HR team with the internal reasonable adjustment process.

- Able to develop and retain positive working relationships with diverse teams.
- Possess key administrative skills – including taking meeting notes, and following up on actions
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels (both orally and in writing) and to build effective working relationships internally and externally.

Who you are
We need energised, self-starters who are passionate about helping others, to join our fantastic team.
We are looking for people who have a background in providing emotional support and practical research and advocacy for vulnerable people after a serious psychological trauma such as the death of a loved one in violent circumstances.
Specifically we are seeking candidates with:

Position: S11214 Stroke Association Support Coordinator
Location: Homebased South of Tyne & Wear. However, frequent travel will be required as part of this role (May include team meetings or other work-related meetings)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (flexible working available)
Salary: Circa £26,700 per annum
Contract: This is a fixed term maternity cover for 9 months. Our services are contracted, we currently have funding for this contract until 31 March 2027.

The Role
The service aims to identify and address the needs of stroke survivors and carers across the stroke pathway, by providing a range of innovative support solutions, supporting them to meet their desired outcomes.
Reporting to the Stroke Association Service Delivery Coach, the Stroke Association Support Coordinator will:
· Support new stroke survivors and their carers from hospital discharge into the community.
· Provide personalised information, advice and support.
· Support clients to make informed lifestyle changes which will help them to prevent further strokes.
About You
The post holder will have experience/background in:
· A caring profession ideally with experience of supporting people with disabilities.
· Be able to demonstrate previous experience of working collaboratively with other organisations to achieve joint ambitions.
· Ability to use basic Microsoft systems
This role requires extensive travel across a large geographical locality to visit people at home and in community settings. Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they can meet this requirement of the role.

The British Dyslexia Association (BDA) is a charity that represents the voice of people living with dyslexia and dyscalculia. We aim to influence government and other institutions to promote a dyslexia friendly society that enables dyslexic and dyscalculic people of all ages to reach their full potential.
This is a key role within the organisation and will take on tutoring responsibilities for a caseload of students undertaking the BDA’s professional level 5/7 training. The Senior Legal Advisor will provide high quality commercial contract drafting; advice and assistance to support the Personal Support (PS) Service Teams with the tendering and contracting process; working with different Commissioning Authorities of Social Care Services; and with the provision of suitable housing agreements
The Senior Legal Advisor will be required to review the tenders and contract terms in relation to the majority of PS contracts , some of which are multi million pound framework agreements, and put in place Direct Funding Contracts. In relation to Housing arrangements, the candidate will review and advise on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Housing Management Agreements (HMAs) with Housing Associations and other Housing Providers.
Qualifications required:
For this role you would need to be a Solicitor or Barrister qualified to practise in England (or comparable jurisdiction) preferably holding a practising certificate. Previous in-house experience would be viewed positively.

Shine has a membership of over 14,000 members living with Spina Bifida and/or Hydrocephalus and associated conditions and over 6,500 associated members.
Our Little Stars project for 0–12-year-olds has been established for over 5 years supporting younger members and their families with their diagnosis and beyond. We also have a growing Teen membership known as FIRE (Friendship, Independence, Resilience, Equality) Working alongside our multi skilled, established team, you will be supporting members across all age groups and building on the great foundations already in place.
We are looking for an Early Intervention Project Worker who can cover the South of England, primarily you will be home based, supporting members through phone calls and using online platforms. You will be required to attend clinics, events and meet members one to one where necessary within your allocated area and occasionally across wider areas and nationally.
Purpose of the role

To deliver Shine's Little Stars (funded by The National Lottery Community Fund) project for 0–12-year-olds, supporting early years and younger members with their families, their diagnosis and beyond across the Southern Region. To provide advice, support and guidance to enable people with Spina Bifida and/or Hydrocephalus to access the correct benefits to become financially stable, the right services to improve their health and well-being, and to better co-ordinate their support and independence through a variety of methods.

The post holder will become an active member of the Charitable Services team, promoting the delivery of life enhancing support options to people with dual sensory loss and/or their carers. Service users will exhibit varying degrees of sensory loss, from the mild to the more profound. We are committed to respecting and celebrating the unique personalities and aspirations of each individual service user as we work with them to identify the most empowering bespoke action plan for them.
The officer will also have responsibility for overseeing the growth of an ongoing project to recruit and support a network of volunteers across the country, who can be co-ordinated to deliver localised marketing activities, such as attending public events on our behalf or dropping leaflets.
The main tasks delivered by the officer will be:
- To work with people with sensory loss to connect them to the services and support options that can best assist them;
- To build a friendly rapport with service users, to build trust so that they respond openly during the assessment conversations;
- To support individuals to engage with the agreed action plan and to help maintain momentum to complete the action plans
- To help individuals to celebrate their progress, to increase their knowledge and to expand their horizons.
- To develop a good understanding of the many internal and external support options available and their potential benefits;
- To develop and co-ordinate a team of volunteers to perform localised outreach activities on our behalf;
- To complete all necessary recording and reporting of service support, using our electronic systems;
- To contribute to the completion of funding reports, case stories, etc. as requested by the service manager;
- Occasionally to represent Deafblind UK at events, within online meetings and forums and to promote the service and generate service user referrals.

Position: People Advisor
Location: Newcastle Office, (Regent Centre, Gosforth, Newcastle, NE3 3LZ)
Job type: Permanent, full-time - 37.5hr per week
Salary: £35,000 per annum

About the role:
As People Advisor you will be working for the winners of the prestigious Laing Buisson award for excellence in Homecare in 2023 and recent winners of the Business Culture awards! You will be responsible for:
- To provide advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations and employment issues
- To build strong relationships with operational teams to support their development in HR related issues
- To manage a range of employee relation cases
- To conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- To support the development of training programmes for colleagues and facilitate training
- To contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes and practices
- To implement and develop HR policies and procedures
- To maintain accurate and up to date employee records
- To track and analyse key data and metrics to provide comprehensive reports
- To support with the management of Sponsored Workers and provide advice and guidance to operational teams
About You:
We are seeking a strong candidate with exceptional communication skills and demonstratable experience and skills, including:
- Experience in a similar position
- CIPD qualification or working towards
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office
- Solid understanding of HR practices and employment law
- Experience in coaching and delivering training sessions
You will also need to have access to a car and the ability to travel to other branch locations (Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Bradford and Sheffield)

Early Years Programme Advisor
We are looking for Early Years Advisors to join the team supporting the contract delivery of the Champions programmes.
Maths Champions is an online professional development programme, enabling early years settings to access CPD from their setting without the need to release staff to attend external training. The programme contains a range of evidence based training, reflective tools, resources and support from an Early Years Advisor.
This role offers hybrid or remote working.
Position: Early Years Advisors (Champions Programme) x3 posts available
Location: Huddersfield/hybrid or remote
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week (with flexibility to allow for evening and occasional weekend work)
Salary: £30k increasing to £32k following probation
Contract: Temporary until July 2026

The Role
You will support the contract delivery of the Champions programmes, ensuring contract milestones are met. The Champions programmes are online professional development programmes designed to support early years settings to drive continuous improvement and increase high standards in early education for children from birth to five years, in line with the organisations mission to promote quality in early years for UK and international customers.
Working closely with other early years advisors, delivery partners, managers and cross teams, you will be responsible for the delivery of Champions programmes.
You will work with the private, voluntary, maintained and independent sectors, and school provision providing advice and support relating to Champions programmes that enable practitioners within nursery settings with practice improvement resulting in better outcomes for children.
About You
Educated to degree level/early year’s teacher specialising in children’s speech, communication, language and mathematical development or equivalent in early years you will have experience of:
- Working in early years, leading practice specifically in mathematical, language, literacy and communication as an early years professional or teacher
- Coaching and mentoring early years practitioners to support practice improvement
- Customer service or related experience
- Multi-agency partnership working
- Developing and securing strong partnerships
- Involvement with early year’s networks or groups
- Product development and review
