About the role
Demand for the charities’ support continues to grow at a rapid rate which presents us with an opportunity to engage more people than ever before. Joining our team in London, as Senior Corporate Partnerships Officer you will have the opportunity to work with an experienced and passionate fundraising team at an exciting time of growth.
You will be responsible for the account management of existing and incoming corporate partnerships across Help Musicians and Music Minds Matter. This includes the delivery of agreed partnership benefits, stewarding our valued corporate supporters and providing partnership reporting to encourage the renewal and growth of partnerships for the charities.
You will help with corporate pipeline development, prospect research, contact mapping, as well as providing administrative support to the Head of Corporate Partnerships, Trusts and Events.
About you
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience account managing multiple corporate partners within a charity, cultural or not-for-profit organisation. You will have excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively through written work.
You will be able to collaborate with both internal and external senior stakeholders, and adapt and embrace change, working with a high degree of flexibility.

About the Role
As our Business Development Manager, Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy, you will:
- Work closely with both the Head of Corporate Partnerships and the Global Director of Business Development to proactively seek out new and develop existing partnerships with companies, corporate foundations, and philanthropic organizations across multiple sectors to meet the income objectives of the Foundation’s strategy, prioritizing £200k plus opportunities.
- Produce compelling and clear proposals to prospective corporate supporters and philanthropic donors.
- Manage your own pipeline and move prospects through the stages of the business development process, including negotiation and close, to secure the best contract value and significant income for TRF.
- Lead on the outreach and sponsorship development for Trust Conference, TRF’s sector leading event that serves as a key platform for collaboration and thought leadership among experts at the forefront of global efforts to build free, fair and informed societies.
- Broker support in the private sector in partnership with TRF’s Responsible Business team to support new product development initiatives.
- Grow relationships at all levels within corporations, international organizations, and philanthropic entities to create deeper strategic and sustainable partnerships, leveraging opportunities for stewardship and cultivation from across Foundation activities, coordinating as required with Programmes Team and specialist implementation teams across the Foundation to identify those donors who require additional stewardship or support.
- Participate in the account management and stewardship of corporate supporters and philanthropic donors by working closely with the Head of Partnerships and the Programmes team to ensure the Foundation is meeting contractual obligations.
- Actively network to build the profile and reputation of the Foundation, supporting and strengthening independent media to ensure the free flow of trustworthy information.
- Promote business practices that respect human rights and foster responsible business.
About You
To be our Business Development Manager, Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy, you will have:
- Proven history of income generation and pipeline development expertise.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Proven commercial acumen in the charity or international development sector.
- Confident sales and negotiation skills with evidence of successful acquisition of new multi-year corporate partnerships and philanthropic donations worth £200,000 plus in value and sponsorship partners for campaigns, products, events or services.

The opportunity
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic communications professional to help us build on our communications effort. The main aim of our communications work is to support our fundraising drive. The core focus of the role is to help our supporters feel part of a movement that is funding cutting edge neurological research.
We enjoy a solid base of support with c26,000 engaged individuals across a range of audience segments including cash donors (c3,000), regular givers (c4,000), events and community (c3,000), patients and our wider non-donor community (c16,000). Our primary communications channels are our website, Facebook, Instagram and via email.
We are looking to put renewed energy behind our communications work and seeking to maximise our digital engagement. This includes both promoting fundraising opportunities and using social channels as a means of interacting with, and taking queries from, supporters and the wider public.
Our work in fundraising is designed to maximise funds needed for research to help the one in six of us that has a neurological condition.

About the role:
We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to generate income for the Olive Tree Cancer Support Group through the development and implementation of a Trust & Foundations strategy. This will involve the planning and writing of funding bids, reporting on previous and new grants, liaising with funders and researching new funding opportunities to generate a significant level of income to agreed targets.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and skilled Trust and Foundations fundraiser who is confident and capable in taking the lead on this key strand of our fundraising stream. You will be managed by the Centre Manager and supported by the Trustees and will have autonomy on leading trusts and grants applications and related work.
About you:
The ideal candidate will bring experience of successfully submitting and winning bids from Trusts and Foundations and a good understanding of fundraising targets. You will be results-orientated, managing our Trusts and Statutory fundraising pipeline, and helping to develop our statutory income.
You will build excellent working relationships with staff at both of our centres, and on occasion work from our Horsham Site and attend some fundraising events.
You may also be required to assist in day-to-day operations at the Centre, such as answering the phones, booking appointments and working with vulnerable service users. As we are a small team, a team-player attitude is a must, as well as a positive and can-do approach.
The flexibility and willingness to work several evenings and weekend days throughout the year and ability to travel independently is essential for this role.

Trust & Corporate Fundraising Officer
Re-engage has just launched a new five-year strategy which will have growth at its heart. We’re looking for an exceptional person to join our team as Trust and Corporate Fundraising Officer and be a vital part of this exciting phase of our development.
This is a new role within a growing fundraising team which is aiming to significantly grow income to achieve our growth strategy. Reporting to the Trust Fundraising Manager, you will work across both the Trust and Corporate fundraising teams to raise money from smaller trusts and companies and help them understand the lifechanging difference they make.
Key responsibilities
Charitable Trusts (approx. 3 days per week)
- Identify and research potential trust supporters, liaising with the Senior Trust Officer and Trust Manager on new funding opportunities.
- Prepare and submit compelling, well researched proposals to trusts and foundations, using existing cases for support
- Produce high quality, professional funder reports that meet the grant terms and conditions.
- Maintain a clear overview of funder reporting needs and funder targets for the team
Corporate Fundraising (approx. 2 days per week)
- Identify and research potential corporate partners, sponsors and donors.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate partners, including making approaches, sending donor acknowledgements, stewardship materials and impact reports.
- Assist with corporate fundraising events and corporate volunteering activities
- Provide support where appropriate to the wider corporate fundraising team

Role Summary
The Communications and Fundraising Manager is a critical role within the organisation, working collaboratively with colleagues across Together Women to increase awareness of our work, grow our external communications presence, increase digital engagement and increase public fundraising.
This is an exciting and dynamic role which will balance operational delivery of communications and fundraising activity, with a strategic approach to growing the impact of our communications and funds raised via public donations.
We’re looking for a talented and creative communicator, with previous success in the growth of communications engagement and/or fundraising, and experience implementing strategies and working to targets.
You will have experience creating compelling written, visual and verbal content for a range of audiences, and be confident managing digital channels and platforms.

External communications strategy and planning

- Develop and implement a new public fundraising strategy, in collaboration with Centre Managers, Directors and our CEO, with an initial target of £200,000 in the first 2 years, and ambition to significantly increase over the long term.
- Build a pipeline of opportunities, develop pitches and secure new supporters and funds, with a particular focus on Corporate, Grant Funders, Philanthropy and Community supporters.
- Increase Gift in Kind donations to support Centre and Central operations
- Develop and deliver donor stewardship strategies, to engage and retain donors long term.
- Ensure robust fundraising compliance, processes and procedures in place, and ensure regular review of this, including processing, recording and thanking donors

Internal Communications
- Support delivery of our internal communications strategy in collaboration with Directors and Managers.

PR and media
- Identify media opportunities, and support Centre teams to generate local media coverage, and identify opportunities for national media coverage.
- Ensure robust processes are in place for securing and recording media permissions.
- Draft press releases as required, and create PR templates.

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Fundraising and Communications Officer who can help us to make a difference to people’s lives when national emergencies arise in the UK. During UK disasters you’ll support our nationwide public-facing fundraising appeals to meet the needs of those affected. Outside of appeals you’ll help to build strong relationships with supporters, and deliver engaging campaigns and events across a range of channels.
