Summary

• Support the SIAM in the planning and delivery of the NCIs' annual risk-based IA Plan, including assisting with the Annual Audit Needs Analysis and producing the Audit Universe.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of all individual IA assignments, from the initial planning stage through to the completion of the final report. Ensure all findings are effectively communicated with management as part of the IA delivery process.

• The post-holder will be expected to come into the primary office location in Church House, Westminster, one day per week.
• You will need to have a relevant professional Internal Audit or Accounting qualification i.e. IIA, CIA, ACA, ACCA, etc.
• You will need significant experience in the delivery of technically complex risk based internal audit assurance and advisory reviews across a variety of processes.

You will provide inclusive stewardship to networks and communities, acting as a welcoming and supportive point of contact for people living with cancer who are engaged in Macmillan’s work. Working alongside our other Participation and Stewardship Officers and the wider team, you will assist with the design and delivery of participation programmes with a focus on organising high-quality and accessible participation activities. You will deliver a well-administered and responsive participation experience for people living with cancer, ensuring GDPR-compliant data management. You will develop and maintain systems to manage Macmillan's external networks and ensure effective, accessible management of up-to-date documents, resources, tools, and templates for colleagues. You will work the Communities and Participation leadership team to shape and maintain effective team management tools and processes.

Please note: this is a part-time role, working 21 hours across 3 days per week. This will typically involve no more than one evening each quarter and one Saturday each quarter, with each event requiring a few hours of work. St George the Martyr, is an architecturally significant Grade II* listed church in Bloomsbury and an important part of London's Georgian and Victorian Heritage. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Capital Project Manager to lead the Development Stage of a major conservation and improvement project funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of one of London’s most important historic churches and play a key role in its restoration and renewal.

About the Role
As a Client Project Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of our vision for the future of St George the Martyr, including saving the church, classed as Heritage at Risk, and creating a welcoming, active and inclusive church that engages people traditionally under-served by heritage. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all areas of the PCC’s activity in the Development Stage of the capital project, supporting a team of specialist consultants and the Design Team. The role

As Employment Solicitor, you’ll provide excellent employment legal advice, and support the Head of Employment in supervising our two senior legal advisers. The Role

You will be driven to deliver excellent experiences for both colleagues and partners and in turn support significant income growth.

My client is a UK health charity that works to transform care and patient experience; from small but impactful initiatives through to funding pioneering technology. With an investment portfolio of £150 million, their income is generated through property management as well as a traditional fundraising approach.

The finance function has recently been transitioned from being fully outsourced to an in-house operation. With new people, processes and systems bedding in, they are looking for interim support to assist with year end delivery and process review.

Key deliverables:

Support the Director of Finance with the production of their year end accounts including fixed asset register, investment schedules and grant disclosures.

Completion of all outstanding reconciliation work.

Assist with the documenting and refining of finance processes to ensure a structure monthly close and reporting cycle.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Accountant with a track record of preparing accounts to Charity SORP (audit or internal accounting). Previous experience of dealing with property income would be an advantage, although not essential. You will however combine technical excellent with a collaborative, hands on approach, willing to get involved and solve problems.

With flexible office working practices, this role is offered on a hybrid basis with 2 days a week in their London office.
