Join us as a Senior Procurement Manager (indirect) and you will be a member of a committed team responsible for ensuring the best value for money spend, reducing the risks with our suppliers and leading the procurement process for larger and strategic contracts.
As Senior Procurement Manager (indirect), you will be responsible to:
- Create and implement procurement strategies for defined spend indirect portfolios to include:
Spend and contract owners’ identification and services to their queries,
Facilitation of strategic process with cross-functional team,
Creation and implementation tender and contracts, supplier management.
- Chair certain tender boards and lead the procurement process for the designated categories.
- Provide advice and guidance on procurement best practices across all levels of the organisation.
- Participating in creation and improvement of procurement systems, policies and procedures.
- Participating in the procurement reporting to senior management and trustees
- Provide high quality support, advice, guidance and training regarding procurement or suppliers activities to various level of staff involved in WWF-UK.
We’re looking for someone with:
For this role, you must have
- Experience in indirect category management delivery in multi-stakeholders’ environment
- Category management introduction in a highly tactical driven environment
- Demonstrated experience of working as a procurement professional in an organisation with a proven track record of achieving procurement improvements and cost savings.
- A good technical appreciation and experience of several indirect procurement categories that include marketing.
- Experience on whole procurement cycle from challenging requirement, tender, negotiating, contractualisation and supplier relationship management
You will also possess excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills and be effective building relationships.

The Helen Bamber Foundation, founded in 2005 by the pioneering human rights advocate Helen Bamber, was created to reflect the evolving global patterns of violence and persecution. Helen Bamber, who entered Bergen-Belsen Concentration Camp in 1945 as part of one of the first rehabilitation teams, recognised that all survivors of extreme violence—regardless of the perpetrator—require safety, legal protection, and medical and emotional support. Today it is a specialist clinical and human rights charity that works with people seeking asylum and refugees who are Survivors of trafficking, torture and other forms of extreme human cruelty.
In 2020, the Helen Bamber Foundation joined forces with Asylum Aid (established in 1990) to form the Group. Asylum Aid specialises in providing legal representation to vulnerable individuals seeking asylum, focusing on the most complex cases including survivors of trafficking, children, and stateless people. Asylum Aid is a leading actor in strategic litigation and advocates for policy and systemic changes to remove barriers to protection and justice. Having moved into our new Trauma Centre last year, we are now looking for our first Office Manager, to coordinate and ensure that our office space and facilities are maintained in a safe, clean, and secure environment. They will have overall ownership of the office with regards to the day to day running and ensuring health and safety compliance, and with the support of a Facilities and Operations Assistant, they will ensure our staff and clients are able to enjoy a safe and comfortable environment.

Please note: this is a part-time role, working 21 hours across 3 days per week. About the Role

The Portfolio Manager is responsible for developing and managing client lending relationships through relationship management, credit management, and business development. We are looking for an excellent communicator with a commitment to social impact investing and supporting social enterprises. You will have a proven capacity to review and understand lending legal documentation, from a commercial and pragmatic perspective. You will also demonstrate a high level of comfort with financial modelling and able to apply this to understand property valuations, yield analyses and other information.

Fundraising Partnership Officer
We seek an enthusiastic and motivational individual with a clear understanding of corporate lead generation and conversion to support the ambitious targets of the Partnerships Team within the Relationships Team of the Regional Fundraising team.
Position: CE356 Partnership Officer
Location: Home-based in Scotland. However, extensive travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings).
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Salary: Circa £31,000 per annum (inner London weighting £3,950 per annum or outer London weighting £2,100 per annum may be applied in accordance with where you live)

The Role
This is an exciting new role in a newly formed team, built to acquire strategic corporate partnerships and community connections by building strong networks and utilising your skills to influence and engage with supporters.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Develop a robust pipeline of future support focussing on high value relationships.
• Deliver engagement strategies and products to enhance the conversion rate of your pipeline.
• Develop and deliver a relationship plan for each partner that provides added financial value, recognition, and strategic interventions to enable the best supporter experience.
• Deliver an individual income target.
• Track and monitor income and pipeline values providing commentary to support the Partnerships Manager with forecasting and budget design.
About You
You will have experience in delivering against ambitious new business targets and add demonstrable value through effective account management. You will manage Scotland where you will proactively canvas regional corporate and community organisation new business whilst successfully account managing partnerships. Ideally, you will also have experience with national approaches and joint projects.
You will have a passion for fundraising and considerable experience of communicating effectively to a wide audience via a wide range of mediums, including but not limited to face to face, in writing, by email, on the telephone, via social media and public speaking. You will be driven to deliver excellent experiences for both colleagues and partners and in turn support significant income growth.

My client is a UK health charity that works to transform care and patient experience; from small but impactful initiatives through to funding pioneering technology. With an investment portfolio of £150 million, their income is generated through property management as well as a traditional fundraising approach.
The finance function has recently been transitioned from being fully outsourced to an in-house operation. With new people, processes and systems bedding in, they are looking for interim support to assist with year end delivery and process review.
Key deliverables:
Support the Director of Finance with the production of their year end accounts including fixed asset register, investment schedules and grant disclosures.
Completion of all outstanding reconciliation work.
Assist with the documenting and refining of finance processes to ensure a structure monthly close and reporting cycle.
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Accountant with a track record of preparing accounts to Charity SORP (audit or internal accounting). Previous experience of dealing with property income would be an advantage, although not essential. You will however combine technical excellent with a collaborative, hands on approach, willing to get involved and solve problems.

Camden’s Integrated Drug and Alcohol service is offering an incredible opportunity for individuals with lived experience of homelessness and/or substance use to join a pioneering team supporting others in their recovery journey. With one year of funding secured, we are seeking two passionate and dynamic individuals to take on specialist roles, based at both treatment sites and within Camden hostels. These roles will also involve working alongside the In-reach team and the Specialist Women’s team, allowing you to make a tangible impact on the lives of clients by helping to shape and enhance services for those who need them most. You will be a familiar, trusted face, guiding clients through their recovery journey, empowering them to access treatment and overcome barriers, while contributing your own insights to ensure services are truly supportive and accessible.
In these roles, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in trauma informed interventions, working alongside expert practitioners to transform how clients experience treatment. About the role:
- Provide psychotherapy sessions on outreach to female clients
- Flexible approach to meeting vulnerable female clients
- Deliver specialised outreach psychotherapy to female clients in the five boroughs we operate - Hackney, Tower Hamlets, City of London, Newham and Redbridge. A day per borough.
- Work collaboratively with Street Outreach Response Teams and other specialist agencies
- Offer both formal psychotherapy sessions and informal support, adapting to clients' needs in terms of scheduling and locations.
- Conduct street shifts alongside the commissioned Outreach Service, introducing and promoting our service to potential clients
- Support individuals transitioning into emergency, temporary, or long-term accommodation
- Support women who are rough sleeping
- Support females’ rough sleepers who are placed into our Severe Weather Emergency Provision (SWEP) during designated winter days/nights.
- Provide support for Housing First clients in their tenancies.
- Provide support to female clients in their hostel accommodation
- Take referrals from SORT and Providence Row.
- Promote the service to individuals currently rough sleeping through joint shifts with Reset (drug and alcohol treatment service).
