Individual Giving Fundraising is at the heart of the Trust’s Fundraising Strategy, and with ongoing investment to grow our supporter database and accelerate income generation, it's a truly exciting time to join our Fundraising Team.

The Direct Marketing Executive will be a key role within the Acquisition & Development Team, supporting the team and its activities as a whole, but also owning and becoming the expert in specific areas in line with the Fundraising Strategy.  Specific areas of focus currently are around digital acquisition, and with a particular focus on ensuring detailed tracking and reporting are in place for all campaigns across the team.

This role sits within the Individual Giving and Legacy team reporting to the Development Lead.  It also works closely with the wider Acquisition & Development Manager, the wider Fundraising Division, and cross functionally with other teams within the organisation.

Summary

The role of Chaplaincy Specialist is key to the spiritual growth of children and young people in the Growing Faith intersections of households, school and church. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic team player to support, connect, encourage, inform and develop chaplains and chaplaincy in schools and colleges and to be an advocate for educational chaplaincy across the church and education system in the Church of England. We will be particularly interested in someone who is able to continue working as a school or college chaplain alongside this role. Please note this role is focused on educational chaplaincy at primary, secondary, and further education levels, not on other forms of chaplaincy.

The Growing Faith Foundation (GFF) started on 1 February 2022, building on the previous two years of Growing Faith work in dioceses. We are looking for a fixed term Impact and Evaluation Manager to help us to develop an initial impact and evaluation framework for the organisation. Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer, the aim is to be able to understand, evaluate and learn from our impacts and to track our organisational performance through appropriate data and metrics. It will build on an existing set of metrics that have been developed and provide the foundation for a longer term impact evaluation approach.

Role purpose: 

Lead the development of an initial impact and evaluation framework that will help us to track our progress, demonstrate achievements and ensure accountability.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Consult and work closely with staff and relevant external stakeholders to review current impact performance tracking across all organisation objectives and identify gaps in or improvements required.

• Lead the development and design of an initial impact and evaluation framework and data collection system for Rewilding Britain, including clearly defined and measurable outcomes linked to our Strategic Plan and Theory of Change. 

• Lead on the collation, analysis and communication of monitoring and evaluation data across the organisation and highlight any key trends. 

• Design a dashboard and reporting mechanisms for presenting the data in a way that is easy to use and understand.

• Contribute towards the continuous improvement of processes, data and our technology to enable the charity to collect and analyse impact and monitoring data on an ongoing basis.

• Champion good data practise for all internal databases to ensure data quality and centralisation of data. 

• Support the Fundraising Team in their work to identify, cultivate and inform existing and prospective donors and funding partners with relevant evidence and insights

• Support and collaborate with the wider team on evaluation and monitoring to instil a culture of learning and evaluation across functions

• Extract, interpret, summarise and communicate key stakeholder needs from evaluation and data outputs 

• Work closely with our Data Monitoring Project team to incorporate data from our emerging Rewilding Monitoring Framework into our impact and evaluation framework.

• Produce evaluation reports and the data, stories and case studies for a high quality 10 year Impact Report using this framework.

Skills, experience and behaviours

• Experience of designing, executing and embedding measurement frameworks.

• Experience of conducting quantitative and qualitative research.

• Experience of using insight from data and research to add value.

• Strong reporting skills using different outputs and mechanisms for different audiences.

Terms and conditions and staff benefits

This is a full time, fixed term role for an initial 9 month period, with the possibility of extension. The salary is £37,000 to £42,000 f.t.e depending on experience.

There will be some freedom for the person to determine their own working arrangements each week, within limitations, providing the work is delivered.

This is an exciting role for someone to work with operational and volunteering teams across North Wales to identify and support opportunities to develop new services to support a .

The successful candidate will support the delivery and coordination of the volunteer services including the management and supervision of volunteers, receiving referrals and matching volunteers with terminally ill people and/or their carers. Volunteer services could include our Companion Service; bereavement support; Advance Care Planning and supporting care homes, people with dementia and vulnerable groups.

The role will also be responsible for developing strong partnership networks with the community, community groups and organisations in the area in order to develop better end of life care for all.

An exciting opportunity exists for a Communications Officer to join the team. As Communications Officer, you will support increased revenue and showcase the impact of the charity’s programmes and their stories of partnership with funders and structures in the countries where the charity work. This is a part-time (3 days per week), permanent role, home based within the UK with some potential international travel. £19,200 per annum for 3 days work per week.

Who are we looking for?

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a communications role (or related field) along with excellent written skills. You will be working to develop press releases and build relations with relevant contacts and journalists and as such we require excellent communication and networking skills. You will have a strong track record of delivering engaging social media content across different channels and audiences to support organisational priorities. Experience of using creative software such as Illustrator, Premiere, Canva and Photoshop will be an advantage as well as possessing basic video editing skills. Knowledge of and experience of working with international non-profits or a comparable organisation or knowledge of issues linked to the charity’s work in either the waste management, environmental and climate change would be highly desirable however it is not essential for the role.

The Role:

As the Corporate Resources Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive support across various functions, including global operations, governance, and HR administration. Your responsibilities will span managing IT equipment, ensuring compliance with operational policies, supporting committee and board meetings, and providing HR administration support. Key to this role is building strong relationships, being responsive, and communicating effectively.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the Senior International Finance and Operations Manager in global operations and facilities planning.
• Ensure compliance with operations policies, providing training and support as needed.
• Manage relationships with global facilities service providers and oversee virtual office operations.
• Maintain and archive corporate documentation and financial records.
• Assist in maintaining insurance provisions, including managing renewals and claims.
• Support health and safety standards, proposing policy improvements and ensuring staff compliance.
• Manage contracts with outsourced IT support providers and oversee IT equipment sourcing and setup.
• Oversee the Google platform, ensuring efficiency and security.
• Deliver IT inductions for new starters and manage the IT leaver process.
