Women V Cancer is a unique partnership between Dream Challenges, Breast Cancer Now and Ovarian Cancer Action. Together, we have raised more than £20 million in fundraising across a portfolio of one day mass participation cycling events and overseas multi-day cycling challenges.
The partnership has big aspirations for growth and is looking for someone to join as a Fundraising and Partnerships Officer with key responsibilities in relationship management across the partners, reporting and analysis, events marketing, and participant stewardship.
The right candidate will be a self-driven and experienced fundraiser, whose knowledge of marketing strategies in fundraising and events, alongside an impactful supporter journey, can enable the development and growth of this long-standing partnership. You will have experience of the charity sector, event delivery, and social media marketing.
Key Areas
Marketing and stewardship
- Increase participant numbers on events through comprehensive and diverse marketing campaigns.
- Assist in digital advertising of events including creations of social media campaigns and PPC.
- Assisting in maintenance and digital creation on the branded WVC microsite.
- Develop the partnerships first user-generated video content campaigns, and influencer campaigners, alongside the group Digital Marketing Manager.
- Assist with automated journeys from lead generation marketing.
- Assist with social media channels and assist in creating social media marketing.
- Create and send email marketing campaigns.
- Deliver stewardship journeys of registered participants on events.
- Increase the average fundraising raised per participant.
- Increase engagement and communications across relevant social media groups.
Relationship management
- Build strong relationships with all three parties and represent key stakeholder interests both internally and externally.
- Understand each individual partner’s ways of working, their individual tone of voice and organisational visions and ensure these are implemented across the partnership.
- Coordinate project groups, communications and meetings, working with various teams within all parties to plan and schedule activities.
Reporting and analysis
- Work with the Marketing team and representatives from each of the charities to undertake campaign reporting, as well as post-event analysis including, but not limited to, audience insight and feedback, engagement and attendance rates, and fundraising per participant.
- Establishing a clear payment schedule for both sides for marketing contributions and donations.
- Track performance including registration numbers and income – reporting back to all parties.
- Undertake analysis work to improve understanding of current audience demographics and their interests, reviewing this regularly to ensure accuracy.
- Undertake regular competitor analysis work to scope trends and gaps in the marketplace – looking at how we benchmark ourselves against our competitors.
- Support on the strategic planning devised by all partners, providing insight learnt from the portfolio and audience analysis to help shape this.
General
- Keep up to date with sector knowledge to ensure best practice.
- Identify new trends and scope out new product development.
- Support all elements of event delivery (including volunteer recruitment, training weekends), attending UK and overseas events when required.
- Help identify and build relationships with relevant celebrities or influencers to contribute to the Women V Cancer marketing strategy
- Work alongside charity partners to develop supporter journeys for a series of UK and Overseas events which will increase conversion, average gift and retention.

Personal Specification
Essential:
- Strong project management skills: a logical and thorough planner with the determination to see tasks through to completion.
- Experience in charity stewardship and increasing fundraising on live events.

As the International Finance Manager, working in collaboration with the Director of Finance, you will manage the finance functions and oversee the financial management of the charity and its international subsidiary. In collaboration with the Director of Finance, you will hold specific financial management responsibilities which include:

Project Context
IOM UK delivers a range of programming to support migrants, both in the UK and internationally, including projects focusing on labour migration, resettlement, migration and development, migrant protection, human trafficking and modern slavery, and community cohesion. The Skills Training and Reintegration (STAR) Project has been developed by IOM UK and is currently being implemented in Belfast to “contribute to improving employment opportunities and labour market integration for potential male victims of modern slavery and human trafficking in Northern Ireland”. From February 2024 to December 2024, the STAR Northern Ireland programme is providing 12-week in-person training courses to group of 6-10 people, running three times throughout the year.
The programme has two outcomes which include:
1.Participants improve their skillsets, knowledge and confidence in relation to finding employment in the UK.
2.Participants put learning into practice and plan individual next steps.
Under the first outcome, three months of skills training is provided, covering modules on digital skills, life skills and employment skills. In addition, personalised one-to-one support is provided to help participants put the learning into practice and to apply skills when identifying or applying for opportunities.
Under the second outcome, IOM plans to provide participants with an information and resource booklet containing information about employment, volunteering and additional study opportunities in Northern Ireland.
The consultant will be responsible for developing an Information and Resource Booklet on employment, volunteering and additional study opportunities in Northern Ireland, to provide to participants and ensure sustainable learning beyond the life of the STAR training. In doing so, the consultant should include a range of accessible and appropriate tools, methods and resources within an information document. The consultant should review the current training content of the STAR programme utilising current tools to ensure the resource booklet is aligned, and include new resources and learnings as required. The consultant will report to the supervision of the Senior Project Associate in Belfast, and the Senior Programme Coordinator in London, and with other relevant IOM Units.

Scope:
To grow the charity’s fundraising ambitions and meet annual and long-term fundraising targets
To make new connections, new alliances and spread the ambitions of the charity, in order to meet the annual fundraising targets which provide unrestricted funding for the core activities of the Foundation.
Duties:
Lead on the growing relationship portfolio of Funders and Benefactors
Act as the first point of contact for the organisations Funders and Benefactors
Contribute to efficiency and effectiveness of the charity Structure/Governance in line with Trustee Meetings.
Contribute to the annual planning and reporting process, providing regular updates of progress against objectives

About The Role
My Recovery is a platform that provides our beneficiaries with a single source to access Recovery support tools.
The post holder will manage the day to day delivery and co-ordination of our My Recovery platform ensuring content planning, programming and commissioning to deliver an engaging and effective experience for users both existing and new beneficiaries.
Deliver product enhancements & developments for My Recovery, liaising with Eclipse platform team sand external agencies/providers (Giant, OLM & JustGo)

About You
We are looking for someone with the following skills:

The Network Lead plays a central role in helping us achieve our vision to end the need for food banks in the UK. This is a varied, proactive and fast-paced role that involves representing the Trussell Trust on policy and public affairs in the region/nation, the leadership of a dynamic team of area managers that supports the network of food banks in the region/nation to deliver emergency food, and the coordination of projects and partnerships to support the food banks in our network to reduce the need for their services locally.
Role responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Manage the delivery in the region/nation of food bank operations and key strategic projects that are part of the Trussell Trust’s five-year strategy to end the need for food banks.

Projects and partnerships: Build partnerships and develop projects with organisations to develop and build services and systems that help end the need for food banks, including working with food banks to ensure that local churches (including church leaders) are connected to and have an understanding of the importance of ending the need for food banks in local communities.

Policy and public affairs: Engage with a wide range of external bodies, including elected representatives, faith and community organisations, and research bodies.

Team Leadership: Provide leadership, support and line management to the area managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Work closely with Growth team to deliver smooth and effective handover milestones to ensure ongoing client confidence.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at non-profit organisations, understanding their digital fundraising goals and aligning our solutions with their strategic objectives.
- Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews to assess client satisfaction, gather feedback and identify opportunities to increase value and reduce churn across Social Mind and Social Sync.

- Onboarding and Adoption:
