Job description

Our vision is for a world where everyone experiencing a mental health issue receives support and respect. Join our passionate, dedicated team and make a difference today.

About the role

Every piece of data we collect holds a story, a piece of someone’s journey towards better mental health.

This is a pivotal role within the Impact and Inclusion team, to support our diverse teams in understanding the impact of our services by developing a suite of reports and streamlining processes to make our teams more efficient and effective in serving our users.

You will be well versed in the analytical project lifecycle from working with stakeholders to define requirements, conducting analysis with results presented as meaningful visualisations, and crucially supporting multi-disciplined teams to embed the learnings to enhance our services.

Connecting data across our digital systems will uncover service user engagement trends to help tailor our mental health support services to the diverse needs of the communities we serve.

About you

We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a passion for analytics and experience fostering a culture for continuous learning.

Strong analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in Excel and experience working with relational data sets and reporting tools like Power BI. Capable of problem-solving and prioritising tasks in a dynamic environment, you will be a fast learner who can pick up new concepts quickly and confidently explain these to non-technical individuals.

Crucially, you will be able to blend and interrogate data across multiple sources to tell a story and create reporting automations.

Benefits

We empower our people to have a voice, discover new opportunities and develop their careers. In addition to knowing you’re making a difference, you’ll also enjoy excellent benefits, including:

  • Flexible working to promote a healthy work/life balance
  • 25 days’ annual leave rising incrementally to 30 days per year (pro rata for part-time)
  • Pension plan
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Season ticket and cycle-to-work scheme
