About the role:

• Provide psychotherapy sessions on outreach to female clients
• Flexible approach to meeting vulnerable female clients
• Deliver specialised outreach psychotherapy to female clients in the five boroughs we operate - Hackney, Tower Hamlets, City of London, Newham and Redbridge. A day per borough.
• Work collaboratively with Street Outreach Response Teams and other specialist agencies
• Offer both formal psychotherapy sessions and informal support, adapting to clients' needs in terms of scheduling and locations.
• Conduct street shifts alongside the commissioned Outreach Service, introducing and promoting our service to potential clients
• Support individuals transitioning into emergency, temporary, or long-term accommodation
• Support women who are rough sleeping
• Support females’ rough sleepers who are placed into our Severe Weather Emergency Provision (SWEP) during designated winter days/nights. 
• Provide support for Housing First clients in their tenancies.
• Provide support to female clients in their hostel accommodation
• Take referrals from SORT and Providence Row.
• Promote the service to individuals currently rough sleeping through joint shifts with Reset (drug and alcohol treatment service).

About the role

What the job involves

This is a unique chance to play a pivotal role in driving impactful external communication strategies that support Individual Giving and Events and Community Fundraising. As a key player in the Strategic Communications, Campaigns and Brand team, you’ll enable the integration of mass fundraising activities into wider organisational communications, inspiring action to fund life-saving initiatives that help men navigate prostate cancer.

What the job involves

As part of the Strategic Communications, Campaigns and Brand team, you’ll support the Head of Strategic Communications, Campaigns and Branding by directing the Business Partnering team, and developing and embedding our Business Partnering model.

You’ll partner with senior leaders and product owners to act as a supportive enabler of their communications objectives, and ensuring they’re actively engaged in the development of communications strategies, objectives and plans. You’ll also excel at building trust and connections with community groups, ideally with experience in reaching, engaging, and activating high-risk communities.

Prior experience and knowledge of devising and delivering big multi-channel campaigns – including PR, social media, communications and marketing would be an asset. You’ll be a strategic influencer who understands how positive, coordinated relationship management drives performance alongside an outstanding communicator – who’s confident and good at communicating complex technical information to general audiences.

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will play a vital role in supporting New Horizon Youth Centre’s mission by managing and growing a portfolio of valued corporate partners (>£20k) and supporters (<£20k). They will nurture these relationships to ensure meaningful, long-term support for our work with young people facing homelessness. 

This will include organising volunteering days that inspire action, delivering lunch and learn sessions that deepen understanding of our cause, and finding creative ways for partners to make a real difference. This role will also drive new business, proactively building relationships with companies who share our values and want to help young people fulfil their potential. 

In addition, they will lead on New Horizon’s events programme, developing and delivering inspiring events that connect corporate partners, high-net-worth individuals, and other supporters to the heart of our mission.

• Salary £37,024 to £41,600

We’re looking for a Public Fundraising Officer to work in our Community Fundraising team. You’ll be genuinely excited to work in community fundraising, in an environment that has our bowel cancer community at the heart of everything we do.

The Public Fundraising Officer role will help develop and deliver key areas of our work, such as Do-It-Yourself and Own Place Run fundraising. You’ll provide first class stewardship and communications journeys to our supporters, ensuring messaging is integrated, engaging and on trend. You’ll work with the Senior Community Fundraising Officer on reviewing data and using insight to make changes to improve ways of working and retaining supporters. You’ll also identify new opportunities for growth, adding into business plans and being a valued member of the team.

The role is managed by the Senior Community Fundraising Officer and other key relationships are the Community Fundraising Manager, wider Public Fundraising team, the Digital team, Content and Creative team, Volunteer team, and external agencies.
