About the Service

Our counselling service provides one-to-one counselling to survivors of domestic abuse, providing an assessment and 15-20 counselling sessions. The Counselling Service provides support to survivors across London and witin the community, as well as through refuge-based CYP and adult counselling services.

The core service is open 9.00am to 5.00pm. However, appointments can be arranged outside of these hours if required, and may offer flexibility around working hours.

About the role

We are looking for a Clinical Lead to join our counselling service, which provides one-to-one counselling to survivors of domestic abuse. The Clinical Lead delivers line management support to a team of Counsellors and Therapists, supporting with clinical decision making across the counselling service. The Clinical Lead will also work from a trauma-informed perspective, and use multi-modal interventions considering the needs of a diverse group of survivors of domestic abuse.

About you

The ideal candidate will offer a trauma-informed perspective to therapeutic intervention and clinical decision making. They will also have great organisational skills, good communication skills (both written and verbal), and an ability to manage their own workload. You will be able to balance competing priorities and support the wider counselling team to deliver a high-quality service to the survivors accessing support. 

It is imperative to us at Solace that the suitable candidate is a warm, empathetic, and diligent individual with a strong work ethic. You would also be a person who is happy to join and contribute to our services, helping us to make a difference to the lives of those that we support.

Previous management experience is desirable, but not essential. If you hold a recognised professional counselling qualification to Diploma level or equivalent with 2 years’ post-qualification experience, and are passionate about ending VAWG, we would love to hear from you.

Since launching in 2019, we’ve helped to secure key provisions in EU law to regulate ticket resale, spoken at the European Parliament, developed reporting systems for illegal ticket listings, and published best practice guides for the sector. 2026 is a pivotal year for us as we work to ensure that ticket resale is considered as part of the EU’s upcoming Digital Fairness Act and other legislation. 

FEAT is operated by the music business communications consultancy, Name PR. As part of a small team, you would take on the role of FEAT’s Campaign Coordinator to help run our day-to-day operations and progress our work on regulation, enforcement and best practice. 

Based in London, the role is full-time, with occasional overtime required around visits to the European Parliament in Brussels, conferences and events.

The Fundraising Executives provide support to the wider Fundraising team assisting with all aspects of fundraising activity. Three Fundraising Executives are managed by the Head of Fundraising and support fundraising activity across 11 segments of income generation. About St Giles Trust 
An ambitious, well-established charity that helps people facing adversity to find jobs, homes and the right support they need. Central to our ethos is our belief that people with first-hand experience of successfully overcoming issues such as an offending background, homelessness, addictions and gang involvement, hold the key to positive change in others. 

St Giles is expanding its delivery of hospital-based projects; this service is aimed at vulnerable 10 to 25-year-olds who attend the adult or paediatric emergency department or Urgent Care Centre at Whipps Cross ED. We will work alongside hospital staff to proactively identify vulnerable young people and help them to access and engage the support they need to prevent any potential escalation of violence and reduce the risk of repeat victimisation or exploitation.

About this key role 
You will be embedded in the trauma team, working closely with clinicians and hospital staff to provide support for young people admitted to the Major Trauma Centre right through to their discharge back into the community, including access to appropriate longer-term support. You will be expected to identify and provide a comprehensive and holistic assessment, advice, referral and support service to young victims of violence people, exploring innovative and effective ways of supporting them which will reduce their risk of re-victimisation.  

You will produce support and risk management plans based on your assessments, promoting inter-agency collaboration in the assessment and planning process, and develop and maintain relationships with partner agencies.  We will also count on you to deliver a holistic support service, working solo or with colleagues as the situation dictates, providing a practical service that will include social and housing support, accompanying to appointments, benefits work, debt advice, liaising with utilities, appearing in court, DIY and cleaning.

About the role

The Senior Legacy Manager will lead the development and delivery of London’s Air Ambulance Charity’s legacy programme, ensuring legacy giving is embedded across fundraising and marketing activity and is front of mind across the organisation.

This role is responsible for managing our legacy marketing programme, working closely with the marketing team to deliver compelling, sensitive and effective activity. The postholder will also oversee our outsourced legacy administration partner, ensuring legacy gifts are processed efficiently, compliantly and in line with best practice, through regular performance monitoring and review.

Working across the Fundraising and Marketing Directorate, the Senior Legacy Manager will champion legacies as a vital form of support, collaborating closely with all teams in the directorate. This will include working with the major donor team to identify and develop high-value legacy opportunities and supporting the community engagement team to integrate in-memory and legacy messaging into the community talks programme and engagement activity within the community.

The role also plays a key part in connecting our legacy and in-memory programmes, working with the community engagement team and the Deputy Director to develop a joined up in-memory strategy that ensures a coherent and compassionate supporter experience.

About the person

You’ll be an experienced and confident legacy fundraising professional with a passion for building long-term impact. You’ll be a strong collaborator who can influence across teams and seniority levels, and a persuasive advocate for the importance of legacy giving. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands on delivery, ensuring legacy activity is well planned, insight led and supporter centred. Comfortable working across disciplines and a self-starter, you’ll play a key role in embedding a culture of legacies across London’s Air Ambulance Charity.

This role will lead the project management, marketing and delivery of a significant portion of Sands’ virtual events portfolio, ensuring each challenge is delivered effectively and contributes to the growth of our fundraising income. You will manage multiple events from concept to completion, creating motivating digital experiences that bring supporters together and inspire them to fundraise.

You will help strengthen Sands’ online presence by providing excellent stewardship across a range of digital channels, building positive relationships with large and diverse audiences. Using an omnichannel approach, you will deliver a world‑class supporter experience that helps participants reach and exceed their fundraising targets, increases long‑term engagement and maximises lifetime value.

Working closely with the Digital Fundraising Manager, you will monitor trends within the virtual challenge landscape and identify opportunities to innovate, adapt and ensure Sands remains a leader within the sector.

The Food Chain's Dietitians bring specialist health and nutrition knowledge and skills to the staff team, enabling the running of our charitable services. As the first and regular point of contact for Service Users and referrers you will implement your nutritional expertise to ensure The Food Chain meets the needs of people living with HIV who are experiencing barriers to the nutrition they need to get well, stay well and live healthy independent lives.

Key Activities: 

1. To perform Dietetic Assessments* (see competencies below):

• Coordinate and manage our list of incoming referrals from NHS and community organisations, ensuring contact is made in a timely manner 

• Communicate with referrers in the NHS and community organisations to ensure information is accurate and transparent 

• Interpret information provided to determine the appropriate services for those referred to us

• Engage with Service Users to understand their nutrition needs and agree personal goals, ensuring they are supported to meet these goals while they are in receipt of our services 

• Arrange tailored grocery deliveries taking in to account clinical, cultural and practical needs 

• Keep accurate records of referrals, outcomes and feedback, and to report on trends

• Be sensitive to cultural, religious, ethnic, or personal dietary preferences

• Gather and interpret information on recent or longstanding lifestyle habits, behavioural patterns, motivating factors and barriers to change 

• Interpret results of relevant biochemical and haematological tests related to nutritional care

• Interpret investigations pertaining to bone disease, lipids and diabetes risk
