We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated Trusts and Foundations Manager to cultivate and develop the relationships that will enable the Ri to achieve our strategy as we pursue new projects and reach more beneficiaries.
The role is key in maximising income from charitable trusts and foundations, collaborating across the Ri to develop innovative and compelling proposals, delivering excellent account management and stewardship to existing donors, and identifying, researching and engaging new prospects.
You will develop cultivation strategies for current and prospective charitable trusts and foundations and research relevant trusts and grant making bodies to prepare, write and submit applications. You will use your outstanding relationship building and networking skills to build relationships with trust and foundations that are new or lapsed and create opportunities to introduce the work of the Ri.
About you
Driven and motivated, you will be an engaging communicator and creative thinker with experience at writing persuasive funding proposals and the ability to communicate complex messages to a range of audiences.
Do you have:
· Substantial experience of fundraising in the cultural or similar sector,
· Trusts and foundations fundraising experience and knowledge of public sector income streams and trust and foundation practices and principles
· Experience preparing fundraising applications, and a track record of fundraising success
· Demonstrable experience of maximising opportunities from researching prospects. generating meetings, securing income and managing relationships with donors
· Ability to tackle challenges constructively, and find creative ways forward?

We're seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Young Person’s Worker. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing support to at-risk young people who are experiencing homelessness.
Your mission: to support and empower young people to develop the lifelong tools they need to lead fulfilling lives outside the confines of traditional services. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our Education Team. This role will require the successful candidate to support an integrated and holistic approach to education, health and care, work under the direct supervision of an allocated teacher / senior specialist teaching assistant, support access to learning and provide general support to the teacher in the management of pupils in learning opportunities and to assist the teacher in providing relevant support for pupils with severe learning difficulties (SLD), profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and complex therapeutic, medical and health needs.

Role Requirements
STL1 – Provide support for Learning Activities set by Classteacher & Senior Specialist Teaching Assistant
- To support learning activities for individual, groups or whole classes of pupils, leading activities under the direction of the teacher or Senior Teaching Assistant supporting the teacher in their delivery of lessons.
- To demonstrate our School Ethos and Pupil Charter throughout the School day.
- Holistically integrate education, health and care needs.
- Evaluate and record procedures for learning activities.

STL 3 – Help to keep Children Safe
- Undertake annual safeguarding training.
- Adhere to the school’s Safeguarding and Child Protection procedures and policies. Recording incidents pertaining to pupil safety, including for illness, accidents and incidents, accepting that Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and that ‘it could happen here’.

About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic team administrator to join our small, friendly and relaxed team at SCONUL, the professional association for academic and research libraries. The team currently works one to two days a week from our modern offices close to Euston station and the remainder of the week from home.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support across all aspects of the organisation’s work, including diary management, the organisation of meetings and supporting the delivery of the SCONUL Access Scheme. It’s a role that provides scope for autonomy and to become involved in the full range of the organisation’s work and to develop a broad set of skills.

- Organising the schedule of meetings for the SCONUL Board and SCONUL working Groups.
- Managing the diary of the Executive Director.
- Supporting the delivery of the SCONUL Access Scheme including:
- answering routine queries from Access Scheme users, applicants and university administrators
- providing SCONUL Access contacts with timely and relevant information about the scheme
- providing routine technical support to applicants and university contacts responsible for processing applications and refer potentially more complex or disruptive technical problems
- drafting changes to website content to reflect the scheme’s current practice and procedures.
- Supporting the delivery of SCONUL events including:
- drafting and following up invitations to speakers and other participants with support from the Project Manager
- managing and processing events registrations
- booking accommodation and travel arrangements when required
- production of event documentation
- helping to manage events on site, including briefing and managing colleagues, volunteers, and external suppliers, supporting, advising and directing event participants.
- Processing invoices and other office paperwork.
- Answering general queries from members and students phoned into the office.
- Uploading content onto the SCONUL website and helping keep the content up to date.

Location

We are looking for a Partner Centre Project Manager who will manage all aspects of TLC partner projects. The Partner Centre Project Manager will be responsible for delivering the objectives outlined in the strategy and managing the training/mentoring programs for partner centres.

Transplant Links is a small, flexible, and highly motivated team comprising a CEO, Director of Medical Activities, and Project Administrator. The Partner Centre Project Manager will report directly to the CEO, and collaborate closely with the Director of Medical Activities, working with over 50 NHS volunteers.
The Role
As we have expanded our global reach we need a Partner Centre Project Manager to develop and implement training programs in our partner centres worldwide. Primary responsibilities include project management of partner centres coordinating their training and resource allocation, and stakeholder communication (healthcare institutions, supporters, HCPs). This involves organising missions, where a team of UK volunteers travels to facilitate living donor kidney transplants in situ. These missions will be led and supervised by the project manager.
The Partner Centre Project Manager also assesses and addresses the evolving needs of partner medical centres, ensuring that the training programs remain pertinent and customised to the specific requirements of partner centres. They will monitor the program’s expenditure within agreed budgets and ensure compliance of the activities and expenditure with TLC policies, whilst also taking the lead on program reporting to supporters. Crucially, they will be responsible for liaising with local program leaders (doctors, nurses and hospital managers), volunteer HCPs from the UK and stakeholders in the field (often Health Ministries and hospital management).

Role Requirements - Candidate Specification

In this role you will be a key member of the Complex Specialist Directorate operating across Look Ahead's geography in Learning Disability and Autism services. The Clinical Lead will be a qualified Behaviour Analyst, responsible for conducting assessments, deciding most appropriate PBS interventions and supporting service teams to deliver effective strategies and develop practice. The postholder will be expected to obtain information from all relevant stakeholders to inform decision making. This role will operate off-line reporting into the Director of Specialist and Complex Care and working alongside the Director for Business Development and wider team.
This is 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension.

What you'll do:
To be successful the postholder will demonstrate capacity to implement sustainable, person-centred PBS interventions working collaboratively with Look Ahead PBS Coaches, Service Managers and wider stakeholders.
This role will be varied and responsive to the needs of the customers that Look Ahead supports across our Learning Disability and Autism services and will likely include:
- Conducting initial needs assessments from referrals
- Developing individual PBS plans and support proposals sensitive to customers cognitive, social, emotional and sensory needs
- Facilitating support planning for individuals in receipt of Tier 2 or 3 of our PBS Framework
- Performing Functional Assessments for PBS planning
- Conducting training sessions for individuals and teams
- Providing coaching and guidance to service teams to develop practice
- Observe practice, collate and record data, provide feedback
- Designing and implement training programs:
In-house RBT training and supervision with a view to developing capability of those selected for RBT to deliver regional specific assessments.
Autism, learning disability and communication - Provide clinical supervision to PBS Coaches and support their development to apply PBS strategies and interventions
- Attend management meetings and write reports
