We are looking for a CRM Developer to work collaboratively with the Head of Business Intelligence, the Database and Analysis lead and other teams within Scope in delivering a best in class CRM.

Fixed term 12 months, 35 hours per week

The role 

As our CRM Developer, you will act as one of Scope’s technical leads, primarily responsible for configuring and developing our Dynamics 365 estate over time. This role is crucial in shaping CRM systems solutions architecture and design, collaborating closely with the Business Intelligence team to enhance our systems and contribute to the wider Dynamics strategy.

As a CRM Developer, you will:

• Be the go-to expert for Dynamics CRM, solving problems and helping others.
• Work with the business team to find and implement the best solutions.
• Improve the system to make it faster and more stable.
• Turn ideas into new features and update the system every month.
• Review changes and fix any issues with the CRM system.
• Manage the data coming into the system and keep everything organised.
• Stay updated with new features in Dynamics 365 and add them as needed.
• Write and update guides and documents.
• Make sure the system follows company rules.
• Lead projects and help train the team.
• Do other tasks as needed.
• Create support materials and technical documentation for IT and Database teams.

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who has: 

• A Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Platform, Power Pages, Customer Voice, and the basics and main features of Dynamics 365
• Experience customizing Dynamics 365 and understanding databases and cloud services
• Experience with moving and connecting data using tools like SSIS, Power Automate, REST APIs, and Azure Data Factory
• Experience in checking and testing the quality of work
• Familiarity with project tools like Visio, JIRA, and Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of Microsoft programs like Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, and SharePoint

This is an exciting time to join Myeloma UK as we launch our new five year strategy. 

Our portfolio of grant funded research programmes and projects play an important role in achieving our strategic objectives.  These programmes aim to discover and share new knowledge, support the development of clinical trials and answer questions of unmet need in myeloma. 

The postholder will ensure the development and effective management of the grants portfolio in line with Myeloma UK procedures, ensuring compliance with AMRC guidelines and charity finance requirements.  You’ll ensure grant holders deliver on contractual milestones, manage high level relationships with Principal Investigators and will work closely with the Research Advisory Group and any other specialist groups as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an effective member of the Senior Leadership Team, helping define and deliver organisational strategy and working closely with the CEO/Trustees to impart subject matter expertise.
• Lead the fundraising team to deliver against income targets and maximise new opportunities - developing and implementing an ambitious strategy that allows for supporter growth across regular giving, legacy, trusts and foundations, major donors, corporate and community income streams.

• Experienced senior fundraising leader, with a breadth of skills and expertise developing and implementing successful multi-stream fundraising strategies.
• Focused on supporter journeys and ensuring exceptional stewardship to drive engagement and income across all donor audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management expertise (internal and external) with an ability to build robust relationships and gain support/commitment.

What is the role?

This a 12 Month Maternity contract.

Working within our values and behavioural framework, the role involves closely managing the relationships of our partner organisations (known as Licensed Organisations – LOs) and ensuring those within your portfolio offer quality and inclusive DofE programmes to young people.

While managing these relationships, across your portfolio area in Teesside, you will also identify and develop new relationships with appropriate educational and community organisations to widen the access of the DofE to young people, particularly those who experience marginalisation.

You will be undertaking regular meetings, in person and virtually, engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders at different levels within different organisations across your portfolio area. When not out at meetings, you will be working from home.

About the role:

The role of Homicide Caseworker is varied, demanding and rewarding; no two days are the same and you will thrive on this challenge. You will need to be extremely organised and able work independently and as well as being a pro-active, supportive member of a team open to developing your personal resilience.

You will work closely with the Major Crime Police Units, Senior Investigators and Family Liaison Officers, you will provide a pivotal role to support clients through the Criminal Justice System. You will provide support to families by phone and Zoom when their usual Homicide Caseworker is unavailable. You will complete needs assessments, and will coordinate and deliver a tailored package of support alongside our commissioned providers and other key stakeholders.

You will be driven to make a difference every day with the ability to focus on the needs of vulnerable service users. You will have resilience and adaptability; understand the importance of professional boundaries; have excellent listening skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy. You will enjoy the challenge of a busy caseload and will be able to demonstrate the excellent organisation skills essential to managing a demanding and diverse workload.

As a fully trained Homicide Family Caseworker you will be responsible for managing your own complex caseload to the highest quality standards. This role is part of our remote working team and so you will be home-based, however you will need to be able to travel to work meetings and to attend training as required.

Rights & Security International (RSI) is seeking a Team Leader on International Civic Space to help us take our international work to the next level, especially in Latin America and East Africa. The successful candidate will lead our engagement strategy across Global Majority countries while building and supporting coalitions around country-specific projects.

Role overview:

After two years of coalition-building with partners, we have developed a network of relationships with human rights activists and groups in El Salvador, Colombia, Brazil, Kenya, Indonesia, the Philippines and elsewhere. We are looking for a strong organiser and human rights advocate to continue building this network and help other groups organise to create impact.

We aim to facilitate civil society groups’ engagement with UN and regional human rights bodies, support grassroots-led research projects through small grants, and facilitate collaborations on shared advocacy projects.

This position reports to the Executive Director and supervises the work of the Eastern Africa Human Rights Assistant (EAHRA).

Person specification:

· Degree in law, human rights, public policy, international development or another relevant field.

· Fluency in spoken and written Spanish as well as English.

· A minimum of 4 years of experience in international human rights advocacy or relevant community organising, including at least some experience in building or leading coalitions.

· Experience in designing and implementing effective plans to achieve reforms.

· Familiarity with the social and political landscape of at least one country in Latin America.

· A record of drafting and publishing human rights analyses or advocacy documents.

· A strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace, and solid experience of work in multi-cultural environments.  

Optional qualifications:

· Expertise in one or more of the following areas: counter-terrorism issues, climate justice, migrants’ rights, or technology and privacy.
