The Urban Tree Canopy Trainee will join our Urban Tree Canopy Coordinator at the forefront of involving local communities in our tree-planting & urban greening projects around the Glasgow City Region and engage people in taking action for trees and the environment.

Exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a world renowned international humanitarian charity during a time of growth and expansion. The successful individual will play a central role in helping the organisation be more effective and efficient. Key areas of responsibility:

TLP receives 750 new referrals every month and will provide support to 8000 people struggling with suicidal feelings this year. With plans to expand to East London and strong donor and media interest, it’s an exciting time to join this effective, community-led service.

The Role
Recovery and Connect is a project delivered in partnership with Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The Recovery and Connect Worker will work intensively with a caseload of individuals identified by the HomeFirst alliance, who have a pre-existing mental health concern and to support them to access ongoing community services. The role will involve working as part of a team aligned to the shared care forum to support vulnerable service users.
