This is a truly cross-functional enabling role which will work across all Directorates, engaging with stakeholders to deliver transformational programmes and support growth towards successful delivery of our Strategy. · Support in developing and implementing TMO strategy, including developing and implementing plans for Function maturity.
· Provide inspiring leadership of multi-disciplinary programmes / projects teams within a Cluster, driving change across both strategic and tactical initiatives.

· Provide insights and accurate interpretation of programmes / projects data within the Cluster, ensuring continuous and effective reporting to senior management.
· Active engagement with the Cluster Executive owner and key stakeholders for continuous improvement.

About Lepra
Lepra is dedicated to addressing leprosy and lymphatic filariasis (LF) and their consequences through direct support, advocacy, and the promotion of inclusive communities. We work in Bangladesh and in India, through our sister organisation, LEPRA Society. We work in partnership with people affected by leprosy and LF to improve detection, ensure access to treatment and care, and promote inclusion and wellbeing. Background & Context to the Consultancy
Our new Global Strategy introduces some new approaches and priorities to our work, including: our first ever global Theory of Change (ToC), the most detailed Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) approach ever, and a sub-strategy dedicated to our Advocacy work. With the finalisation of the new strategy, and as part of our ongoing commitment to improving our impact and efficiency, we are now seeking a consultant to provide specialised support in Monitoring & Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL), capacity development, and related areas.
Purpose & Objectives of the Consultancy
The primary objective of this consultancy is to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Lepra’s programmes through robust MEAL practices, capacity development, and comprehensive support across various operational areas including advocacy, knowledge management, safeguarding, project cycle management, and cross-team collaboration.
Scope of Work
The consultant will be responsible for the following key areas over a six-month period:
MEAL
- Strengthening the capacity of the teams across the organisation to effectively deliver on the ToC and the MEAL strategy.
- Ensure that baseline, midline and endline evaluations for selected projects are conducted.
- Develop / roll out tools and methodologies for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Support the development of new proposals with a MEAL and project management cycle approach.
- Coach staff and partners on the newly established MEAL framework and on best practices.
- Complete the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) development process across the organisation. (Coordination of SOP review & revision, both internal and external).
- Establish mechanisms for community feedback and accountability.
- Facilitate learning sessions and workshops to share insights and best practices.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge management system to capture and disseminate lessons learned and success stories.
- Implement systems for capturing and organising project data and resources.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
Capacity Development
- Support existing capacity development efforts with specific emphasis on implementing a project cycle management approach to the delivery of programmes, so that all projects are created, executed, and completed in a standardised manner across the organisation.
- Roll out the Capacity Development Needs Assessment (CDNA) to identify and respond to further areas for improvement.
- Design and deliver training programmes to build skills in MEAL, project management, and other relevant areas.
- Provide ongoing mentoring and coaching to staff and partners.
Advocacy Support
- With the team, develop advocacy strategies and materials to support Lepra’s mission.
- Coach staff on advocacy techniques and stakeholder engagement.
- Support the development of advocacy campaigns and monitor their impact.
Safeguarding
- Support the implementation of newly developed processes in relation to the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation & Abuse (PSEA) and Safeguarding (SG).
- Ensure safeguarding measures are integrated into all project activities.
Project Cycle Management Support
- Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of projects.
- Support the development of project proposals and reports.
- Ensure projects are aligned with donor requirements and organizational goals.
Outputs of the Consultancy
- Monthly progress reports detailing activities, achievements, and challenges.

Shelter Sheffield provide housing advice and support to people across the city, with a focus on emergency homelessness, intensive support for children and families, people experiencing domestic abuse and people with multiple and complex needs. We take a holistic approach to help people deal with interrelated issues that can impact their ability to keep a home and work for systemic changes to prevent homelessness.
About the role
The role of Team Leader is vital for the day-to-day management of the Hub to ensure the delivery of front-line services, contracts and projects. This role is in our Homelessness Prevention and Resettlement Service, with a particular focus on risk management and support for clients who have experienced domestic abuse. You will lead and supervise the staff and volunteer team to deliver high quality services, as well as supporting the Hub’s strategic lead and management team to deliver our local strategy. About you
You will need experience of staff and service management, including casework support and supervision, along with knowledge of housing and homelessness and IT skills. Scope are looking to appoint a Retail Shop Cover Manager (Known internally as Retail Divisional Support Manager) based in the Yorkshire and Humberside area and supporting a number of Scope shops in this area.
The Retail Divisional Support Manager involves working closely with the Divisional Managers to enable our shops to trade when there are vacancies or sickness. The role will play a key role in maintaining and improving the running of our shops day to day and enable us to maximise sales and profit. This role will involve running various shops and travel across the division.

From generating and processing stock to designing an eye-catching window display or recruiting and training our wonderful volunteer team you’ll find every day challenging but extremely rewarding. It’s important for you to know that Scope Charity Shops are open every day, so some weekend and Bank Holiday cover is needed. We work 35 hours a week, working five days out of seven.

About the role:
The fundraising team raise approximately £400K annually and aspiring to grow by over half a million by 2025. You will be responsible for leading and growing income via the charities Corporate Partnerships and Sporting Challenges. The ideal candidate will have high-level experience in corporate fundraising.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent account management to some of the charities existing and new corporate relationships.
- Carry out effective prospect research.
- Engage companies in our sporting challenges.
