Quality Assurance
- Deal with external and internal enquiries
- Work closely with Industry Engagement and Partnership team to deliver industry-led (external) accreditation in a timely manner
- Lead the materials ordering process, including the distribution of certificates and badges to regional offices and external partners

Our client
Morgan Hunt is working with a national homelessness charity that delivers a wide range of support and housing services for young people and adults at risk of homelessness, including both emergency and longer-term housing and accommodation services.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join their new Supported Lodgings service in Cheshire West and Chester. This service aims to provide long term placements for 16- and 17-year-old young people with care experience in the homes of vetted and trained Community Hosts. Working alongside the floating support and accommodation services that provide structured support packages, they enable young people to develop a range of skills as they move towards independent living.
This is a fantastic opportunity to truly make a difference to the lives of young people! Working remotely for the most part, you will manage your own diary and be given the support and encouragement to truly develop the role of Supported Lodgings Coordinator into its own.
The role
- First point of contact for young people and referral partners wanting to access the supported lodgings service.
- Lead on the assessment of needs and risk, predominantly focused on suitable risk management plans for the safeguarding, matching and placement of young people in the homes of hosts.
- Arrange all aspects of a young person's stay with a host, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported, considering the support needs of individuals.
- Ensure the health and safety of the environment for young people and hosts through regular checks and reporting.
- Provide regular support and planning sessions for young people,
- Work with young people, hosts and other agencies, to prepare them for independent living and access longer term, appropriate accommodation using support plans.
- You will be part of a team responsible for a 24 hour on call service - on call will be subject to staffing levels but currently this is approx. once every 3 months (a week at a time).
- Recruit, vet and train hosts both formally and informally.
- Be proactive in maintaining host' skills and motivation, including training and celebration events, and provide opportunities for them to shape service delivery.

What the role involves
- Work with the CEO, Senior Leadership Team and Board to set the financial strategy for Safer London.
- Lead the development and delivery of the Finance function, including financial systems planning, risk management and payroll and pension activities.
- Lead on the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget and oversee all financial reporting - including forecasts, management accounts, cashflow statements and annual audit.
- As a member of the SLT, take collaborative corporate responsibility for the leadership of the organisation.

The Fundraising Assistant will be a key member of the fundraising team. Supporting the team to deliver a wider range of fundraising activities including events, challenges and campaigns as well as helping maximise the supporter journey and providing excellent donor care. Main Responsibilities:
- Importing data in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.
- Construction of automated tasks in the CRM which are assigned to other members of the team to enable stewardship via the correct fundraising team member.

- To assist with the administration of event participants and ticket buyers, including responding to enquiries in a timely fashion, building relationships by phone and email and encouraging and motivating participants to meet and exceed targets
- To keep up to date records of all collection boxes and buckets in the community
- To be the first point of contact for phone face to face plus emails via the fundraising inbox for all fundraising enquiries, respond in a timely manner and recognise the opportunity to build relationships and encourage fundraising support.
- To run and analyse weekly financial reports to ensure donations are recorded correctly and the appropriate thank you has been sent.
- Support regular gift aid claim submissions to HMRC to take place monthly.
- Support the team to provide communications to the correct audiences for marketing activity.
- Assist in processing donations from mailing appeals.
- Work with the fundraising team to ensure data recording is kept up to date in a timely way
- Assist and support other members of the fundraising team e.g., sending out events/fundraising packs and ensuring all event participants are thanked within the scheduled time.
