· Playing a pivotal role in providing operational and strategic leadership in the financial management of SCIE

What we are looking for:
· Achievement of a recognised, fully qualified professional Accountancy qualification (for example, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
· A dynamic and experienced individual, with proven experience in a senior financial management role, ideally within the charity sector
· Proficient in preparing, analysing and presenting financial statements (income statement, balance sheet and cashflow statement).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain financial processes to non-financial staff.
· Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
· Proven IT skills, including a high-level proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, with a strong knowledge of Excel’s functions and formulas
· Proficient in financial management software and tools

The Help for Heroes Community Development team are looking to recruit a team of Community Builders to assist in their reshaped participation and connection strategy. You will have experience leading and facilitating the mobilisation of local communities, asset mapping, bringing together people for engagement that matters to them. - A Community Development qualification and/or at least 3 years' experience working within a community development or similar role, with responsibility for bringing about social change and improving quality of life

About the Team
You will work as part of the Community Development team; this newly formed team will approach working in defined localities using an asset based community development approach. Purpose of the role
The Senior Technical Associate role is a key member of the Senior Technical Team at ENN. The post holder will bring extensive skills, expertise and capacity to deliver on a portfolio of our projects, provide strategic and technical direction and leadership, and manage their teams.
Terms and Conditions
· Hours of work: This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) for a 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover). We will consider appointing two part-time positions to secure the right technical fit and skillsets.

The Senior Technical Associate will manage a portfolio of projects, lead on, and support, project delivery and develop content of technical outputs. This will involve being accountable for quality and timely delivery. The priority areas for this position are:
· Portfolio lead for ENN’s Infant and Young Child Feeding in Emergencies (IFE) and Management of small and at-risk infants under 6 months and their mothers (MAMI) projects
· Project lead for Infant and Young Child Feeding in Emergencies (IFE) Project.
· Technical lead for pieces of work/activities within the IFE/MAMI portfolio.
· Senior editorial role in Field Exchange
· Institutional engagement; particularly donors and foundations

Job Description
To take the lead in recruiting volunteers across Yellow Submarine’s projects and activities and provide support to volunteers enabling them to carry out their roles through training and pastoral support.
