You would be joining us at a time when we have launched our new identity as the Leadership Skills Foundation (previously Sports Leaders) in August 2023, alongside building a new 5-year ‘Evolve’ strategy. Having navigated the challenges of the pandemic, the organisation has naturally placed an emphasis in recent years on retaining and sustaining the existing relationships we have with the 2,500 organisations (centres) that deliver our programmes.
Looking ahead, with new programmes and partnerships emerging, this role will now play a significant part in helping us understand the needs of young people, allow more centres to be able to deliver Leadership Skills Foundation programmes, and broaden the audiences we reach. Over the next few years, we aim to create an adaptable leadership skill offer that will increase our reach to more young people, fully establishing the Leadership Skills Foundation as the trusted voice for essential leadership skills development.
Having recently secured a strategic partnership with Sport England, this role will play a key part in conducting the research activities that are required to inform the Leadership Skills Foundation, and the wider sector, to empower a more diverse range of young people with opportunities to develop essential leadership and life skills, regardless of their background.
You will be a valued Research Executive within the ‘Programme Delivery’ team and support the Research Manager to develop future accessible and inclusive essential leadership programmes. A key focus for the research will be to understand the needs, barriers, and opportunities to support underserved and/or under-represented communities and individuals into sport leadership opportunities and into the workforce.
This role will require positive and proactive internal working relationships to be created with other teams and colleagues to support organisational objectives and goals.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Support the research requirements of the Programme Delivery team’s strategic goals, and support research work across the organisation as required. This may include scheduling, conducting and transcribing interviews, cleaning data, coordinating focus groups, developing research tools and related tasks.
- Help develop research approaches appropriate to address strategic goals.
- Conduct both primary and secondary research using a range of methodologies.
- Support the presentation of research findings, by helping develop clear, actionable recommendations, and compelling presentations.
- Support the identification of new research and evaluation projects and approaches which address gaps in our current evidence base.
- Foster collaborative internal relationships to drive a culture of research driven decisions throughout the organisation.
- Support the building of relationships with external partners and funders and the communication of key findings where required.
- Ensure all research activities carried out as part of the work comply with ethical standards.

Skills, experience and knowledge
Required/essential:
- Educated to degree level in a subject with substantial statistical or research content.
- Familiarity with a range of both primary and secondary research methodologies, used to gather both qualitative and quantitative research.
- Experience of contributing to research outputs or reports and making recommendations informed by findings.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues and external partners.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present information confidently to a diverse range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Strategic Communication and Transformation:
- Develop and execute a new international communications strategy to enhance ProVeg’s visibility and highlight the successes of the country offices.
- Establish ProVeg as a leading voice in plant-based nutrition and sustainable food systems through targeted campaigns and media outreach.
- Design and implement processes for effectively and quickly adapting country-specific developments for international communication.
- Oversee the development of content and own and third party channel strategies to maximise engagement with diverse B2B and B2C audiences.

Fundraising Support and Collaboration:

Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience in strategic communication in NGOs with an international focus, including those with a presence in the global south.

- Demonstrated ability to design and execute communications strategies that drive advocacy goals and influence policymakers.
- Excellent skills in media relations and leading complex or multi-country communication projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and transform teams in an international context.

- Experience with visual media (videos, infographics, etc.).

SUMMARY
This maternity cover role will be responsible for the Lab's internal workings - people, culture, ways of working and operations. As an Executive level role, it will share overall responsibility for the Lab’s impact with the other members of the Exec (CEO, COO, Director of Programmes and Campaigns).
The role will be specifically responsible for:
- the people function, including team days, our annual retreat, and internal communications, as well as Human Resource management and our staff handbook),
- programme support, including stewardship of our Monitoring, Evaluation, learning and Planning system),
- coordinating the team’s fundraising work, and
- managing other areas of our operations, such as IT and infrastructure, including our new CRM system.
- The post-holder will be responsible for line managing the Operations Manager.
The post-holder will work closely with the COO, who will be leading on finance and governance. Together, they will be responsible for drafting the plan for the Lab’s Operations function in 2026.
This post is a 13 month fixed term contract, running from mid-May 2025 to mid-June 2026.
LOCATION
The team work remotely for the majority of the time, but as this role is responsible for people and culture ideally you will be able to attend monthly ‘team together days’ in London (travel paid if outside of London area) as well as an annual two-night retreat elsewhere in the UK in November. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee and support the Operations Manager to ensure that our core processes run smoothly; we have the infrastructure to support our growth, including office space and IT, and supplies; and that they are able to effectively support the programme team with reports, events and other projects.
- Oversee the Lab’s fundraising process, including identifying and researching potential new funders, maintaining our overview of our fundraising pipeline, funder timelines, monthly priorities, and record keeping. Support the Lab team to manage funding proposals and coordinate the development of funding proposal budgets, working closely with programme leads. Ensure funding reporting requirements are met, including supporting programme leads to draft programme reports, and the Finance Manager to prepare financial reports.
- Coordinate and oversee the Lab’s Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Planning system ensuring the team have what they need to complete the various elements, meet deadlines, and get the most out of the process. [RSS1]
- Ensure high standards of information management across the organisation, enabling staff to share and access resources, insights and know-how. This includes maintaining high standards of data protection and privacy that embody the Lab’s commitment to responsible use of data, and maintaining the Lab’s new CRM system.
Executive Team support: you will be a collaborative and engaged member of a strong executive team.
- Lead and manage organisational development projects to ensure that the Lab has effective, appropriate operational policies and processes, and that staff understand and implement these policies and processes.

The Portfolio Management Office (PMO) team’s core purpose is to provide support, guidance, and assurance of the delivery of the National Fire Chiefs Council’s (NFCC) national programmes and projects by providing specialist expertise, knowledge, and facilitation across the portfolio. The team ensures proper governance procedures are in place and that project/programme methodologies are embedded and adhered to.
The PMO is also the central point of contact for the Project/Programme Managers, assisting with the management of their projects as well as acting as a critical friend to challenge and scrutinise to ensure that they are adhering to processes and providing information in a timely manner for internal and external reporting to internal boards and the Home Office.
As Portfolio Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for the administration needs of the Portfolio Office and providing additional ad hoc admin support to Programme teams.
You will be responsible for dairy management and event organisation for the PMO for workshops and training sessions, this will involve booking travel and accommodation.
The post-holder will provide support to the Head of Portfolio and Planning with secretariat support, providing support with the PMO reporting and monitoring function to all programmes and Portfolio administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities:
Provide direct secretarial support to Head of Portfolio and Planning including drafting of correspondence, diary management and co-ordination, administrative tasks.
Co-ordinate and organise meetings, workshops and events including the arrangement of venues, travel and accommodation, where appropriate. For portfolio and programme level.
Assist with creating and facilitating masterclasses and workshops for the wider portfolio team.
Attend programme and project meetings and support them by preparing and circulating report packs, taking minutes, logging decisions and actions and tracking the completion of agreed actions.

Lead on the co-ordination of the forward planner and scheduling in business case submissions.
Act as liaison and first point of contact via the PMO inbox and provide signposting to relevant colleagues within NFCC who can respond to queries raised.
Be responsible for raising Purchase Orders (PO) forms.
Research and compiling data for portfolio and projects ad-hoc, liaising with key stakeholders internal and external.
Managing documents and files in the SharePoint environment ensuring the Information Management framework is implemented.
The successful candidate will:
Have a keen understanding and use of o365, SharePoint and Microsoft Suite, Excel and Word in particular.
Be able to demonstrate high levels of literacy, numeracy, accuracy, communication and writing skills with a strong attention to detail.

Mission Without Borders International leads and co-ordinates the work of six countries in Eastern Europe where we conduct our program work and twelve countries where we raise support for these programs and associated MWBI costs. An international executive team (IET) supports this work in terms of program maintenance and development, fundraising, communications, finance, risk management and compliance and it and digital.
Purpose of role
The overarching governing body of the Mission is the Board of Mission Without Borders International. The International Board are seeking a senior International Fundraising Director who will help drive our fundraising strategy by strengthening and diversifying our fundraising sources. The Mission requires an experienced leader with a proven track record in international fundraising who will inspire our international fundraising teams to differentiate and grow income as we enter this new phase of strategic growth.
The International Fundraising Director will provide leadership, oversight and guidance to the Mission’s National Fundraising Directors. They will: implement and manage the diversification of income, including major donor income and field sourced income; work closely with the digital team in fundraising and communication; engage with field countries on beneficiary management and sponsor engagement; lead on impact reporting and work with other members of IET to lead the executive and operational elements of the Mission.
A strong communicator and strategic thinker with practical fundraising experience, they will be an experienced leader and innovative thinker focused on the development of a team and capable of working well with the existing team. They will have significant practical experience of major donors, trusts and foundations, institutional, and corporate fundraising together with a deep understanding of individual fundraising through sponsorship and appeals.
Primary responsibilities
Donor development and outreach
· To provide strategic direction, leadership and drive for fundraising in all new development areas across the Mission. They will have direct responsibility for raising funds at the international level with a specific focus on driving forward major donors, trusts and institutions income as this is currently an underdeveloped source of income for the Mission. They will also lead the development of field sourced fundraising.
· Deliver strategic plans for driving income growth, diversifying income sources and improving donor engagement by incorporating traditional and digital fundraising methods.
· Lead the International Fundraising Team to deliver strategic objectives across all fundraising channels, support National Fundraising Directors, create a collaborative fundraising culture across the organization internationally, and monitor fundraising metrics to deliver growth and efficiency.
· Create a donor-centric fundraising culture, implementing systems and reporting to deliver effective supporter journeys across all disciplines.
· Lead in understanding fundraising trends and working with National Fundraising Directors to improve agility in response to these trends and detailed data analysis of internal trends.

Overview of Role
The role is a key part of the finance team at CAT as the organisation grows and looks to plan for the future. It reports to the Director of Finance & Operations and/or Co-CEO with line management responsibilities for the Finance Manager and finance team.

The main function of the Careers Coordinator role is to develop, support and deliver Into Film’s Screen Careers Programme. Person Specification:
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience, knowledge and understanding of the careers education, information, advice and guidance landscape for 11–18-year-olds across the UK.
- At least one year's experience working in careers, education or the screen industries.
- Understanding and experience of what careers professionals and educators need to be able to support young people to explore the breath of opportunities in the screen industries, particularly those currently underrepresented in the industry.
- Experience, knowledge and understanding of the screen industries across the UK.
- Organisational project management skills, strong communication style and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Strong collaborative skills working across multiple teams and disciplines.
- Strong evaluation and reporting skills.
- Experience of event management and high-profile engagement.
- Knowledge of fundraising and how Into Film’s careers work could feed into successful applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- A love and knowledge of film.

About Tender
Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. Our programmes are safe, enjoyable, age-appropriate spaces where young people can engage with sensitive topics and “rehearse” for real-life scenarios. Participants are encouraged to be both consumers and producers of learning through script-work, role-play and creative media such as films and art. Throughout, we enable young people to explore their choices, rights and expectations in relationships and to recognise the early warning signs of abuse.
Role Purpose
The main purposes of the Projects Coordinator role are to:
- Coordinate the delivery of Tender’s educational programmes to and for children and young people in schools and youth settings in East England (with an initial focus on Norfolk)
- Establish and maintain relationships with Tender’s internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, workshop leaders, teachers/carers, delivery partners and other service professionals
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of Tender’s projects
Main responsibilities
Project delivery
- Coordinating the delivery of arts-based educational projects in and to schools and youth settings, including digital projects, to educate children and young people about healthy relationships
- Monitoring the progress of projects and working with the Programme Manager (East) to ensure projects are delivered to plan and on time
- Managing the distribution of relevant and appropriate materials and resources to project settings, workshop leaders and other partners involved in project delivery in the region to ensure high-quality project delivery
- Coordinating the evaluation of projects delivered in youth settings to ensure learnings from projects are assessed and shared
- Working with the Tender team to ensure effective and efficient use of time and resource during delivery
Relationships
- Supporting the Programme Manager (East) to establish and maintain relationships with youth settings to facilitate the delivery and success of educational projects
- Supporting the Programme Manager (East) to manage relationships with other stakeholders involved in the delivery of projects, including workshop leaders, youth leaders, partner organisations, and professional specialists, to ensure stakeholders remain engaged in and committed to the projects’ success
- Working with the Programme Manager (East) in managing communications for Tender’s projects, including building new relationships with youth settings
- Working with colleagues to manage information flows and communication to ensure knowledge of and learnings from projects are known and understood across Tender
Administration
- Logging, tracking and updating project management documentation (including project booking, securing contracts, carrying out risk assessments) to facilitate transparency of decision-making and accuracy of reporting
- Following monitoring and evaluation procedures to ensure the results of projects are recorded accurately and in a timely manner using specified systems, including Salesforce and SharePoint
- Participating in training and other learning activities to develop relevant professional skills and knowledge
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties commensurate with the grade and competencies required of the post requested by the line management
