Team and Role Purpose
The Global Head of Brand and Creative Content sits in our Global Engagement Team, whose purpose is to harness the power of brand, creative content, digital experience, and integrated planning and strategy to expand our reach, increase revenue, and enhance our reputation. Working collaboratively with the global movement, the Global Engagement Team blends art and science to turn insights into action, designing audience-centric strategies, stories and campaigns that connect and inspire, driving lasting impact for children. The purpose of the Global Head of Brand and Creative Content role is to lead the strategic vision and execution of Save the Children’s global brand and creative content to accelerate our income, influence and impact for children. Principal Accountabilities
- Drive the development and implementation of a unified global brand strategy and content strategy that aligns with Save the Children's mission and values, championing a cohesive and compelling way to tell our brand story worldwide that drives impact.
- Lead the creation and distribution of high-quality, emotionally engaging, and insight-driven content – with storytelling at its heart – that enhances the global brand, supports our Global Funding and Engagement Frameworks and bolsters Save the Children's global reputation.
- Ensure that brand is at the heart of our creative content through a consistent tone of voice and visual identity. Develop and manage branding tools and guidelines to ensure a distinct, consistent and motivating brand experience across all platforms and regions.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical content collection and adherence to global consent processes and image guidelines, thereby protecting the dignity and rights of all individuals featured in Save the Children’s marketing and communications.

Equal Education is a social enterprise working to improve outcomes and narrow the attainment gap for disadvantaged and vulnerable learners, including Children Looked After, those with SEND, and unaccompanied asylum seeking children. We have 12 years’ experience delivering 1:1 tuition, working with hundreds of schools and Local Authority partners across the country, reaching hundreds of pupils annually.
As a member of the Fair Education Alliance, we believe in providing meaningful educational provision to students whose needs may not be best met within a traditional classroom environment, those who aren’t currently accessing education, or who benefit from additional 1:1 support. We work with qualified teachers to provide academic, subject specialised and individual tutoring and mentoring for children of all ages. Tutors provide pastoral care and work with pupils to increase engagement and attainment. Our programmes allow students to overcome barriers to learning, help them build trusted relationships, increase their aspirations, and fulfil their potential. The Role
As our Partnerships Director, you will be at the forefront of driving organisational growth, leading our sales and procurement strategy, and positioning Equal Education as a thought leader in the education sector.

You will work with technical teams, subject matter experts, senior leaders and the community to design future journeys that enhance the customer experience and support our transformation goals. Using customer research and person-centred design, you will identify key moments, pain points, and areas for improvement.
Your focus will be on service journeys, volunteering, income generation and campaigning. You will also define a strategic approach to integrate these journeys across all areas.
Additionally, you’ll work closely with governance and business intelligence teams to make sure changes are planned and delivered effectively and impact is measured.

It is often a role experienced fundraisers progress to but will suit a person with the right transferable skills. You may have experience of major donors in another fundraising role, or perhaps you’re an animal-loving fundraiser, sales or business development professional with a strong track record of understanding clients and listening to their motivations.

It is an exciting time to join the fundraising team at Raystede as we enter our third year of building our partnerships programme. You will work closely with the Corporate and Trusts Fundraisers, as well as the wider team, including the Community and Individual Giving teams.
You will also be working closely with our animal care teams on animal welfare related projects as well as our estate teams, trustees and senior management team.

The Head of Philanthropy will secure and cultivate major donor relationships, growing our existing giving programmes and helping to deliver our overall fundraising strategy. With the Development Director, they will continue to build our prospect pipeline to support Assisted Places fundraising.

Your responsibilities as the Head of Communications:

Lincolnshire Crisis Service have two houses in the county, one in Boston and another in Lincoln, we provide a range of support for people with mental ill health and both work to a recovery model. This role does require you to work varied hours as the service is 24/7 and may include some sleep in shifts, these are paid in addition.

The Floating Support Worker will specialise in working with women for whom housing and risk of tenancy breakdown is a priority. You will provide specialist housing and domestic abuse support to women aged 18 and over. The accommodation needs of the women you support will require you to advocate and support for each woman efficiently and empathically, whilst liaising with providers and stakeholders to ensure her accommodation needs are met. The role is dynamic and requires the post holder to respond to women with effective crisis intervention, advocacy and support. They will be required to coordinate the provision of multi-agency support which focuses on working with clients to maintain their tenancies and prevent homelessness. The post holder will establish positive, proactive, and innovative working relationships with housing services and partner agencies.
About You:
To be successful as the Housing Floating Support Worker, you will need the below experience and skills:
Solid experience of supporting women who have experienced domestic abuse in all its forms, come from a sector with transferrable skills or possess a feminist/VAWG degree and be keen to learn and to train on the job
A good understanding of violence against women and girls with a particular focus on the dynamics of domestic abuse (physical, emotional, and sexual abuse, so-called ‘honour-based violence’, forced marriage, stalking and harassment) and its impact on women, children, families, and communities
Skills and experience in conducting comprehensive assessments of needs and risk for survivors experiencing domestic abuse, including carrying out short risk management and safety planning
Experience in assessing the needs and safety of any children that women using the service may have
An understanding of the criminal justice system and relevant legislation with regard to legal and civil options, housing, benefits, matrimonial and children
A good knowledge of safeguarding practice, procedures, and legislation
Other skills and experience:
Good data collection, monitoring and IT skills
A relevant qualification or training, for example in domestic abuse, criminal justice, law, social work, substance misuse or related area

IPS Grow is a national programme designed to support the expansion of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services in mental health and drug & alcohol teams across England. It is funded by NHS England and Improvement (NHSE/I), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID). A core element of the programme is the expert assistance provided by a team of IPS experts, known as IPS Grow Leads, to support providers to improve their fidelity to the IPS model and achieve better employment outcomes for their clients. Having gone through a recent period of change and improvement, the organisation is looking to bring on board an engaging, outward-facing Finance Business Partner who'll support a range of key stakeholders.
As Finance Business Partner your main responsibilities will include:
- Business Partnering: Working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, provide financial insights, and support strategic decision-making
- Financial Reporting: Preparing and analysing monthly management accounts, preparing consolidated management accounts, and preparing other financial reports for the charity and its commercial subsidiaries
- Annual budget preparation: providing analyses for review to ensure an accurate and reliable budget is built for submission to the group
- System Support: Provide system support and identify process improvements
The successful candidate will:
- Have strong financial and analytical skills, with proven experience working as a Finance Business Partner to a range of stakeholders
- Be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Have a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Be familiar with charity accounting, ideally in a group setting

In the role of Data Officer you will create and deliver regular data marketing selections across email, mail and telephone campaigns. This includes importing data from a range of online and offline income streams and adhering to best practice and compliance guidelines. You will also manage the help desk for the Data, Technology and Insight team.
To be successful as the Data Officer you will need:
- Experience using a Fundraising CRM (Blackbaud CRM is preferred)
- Experience delivering data marketing selections and creating data imports from a range of sources
- Knowledge of SQL
