About the role
It’s an exciting time to join CXK as we continue to expand our reach and launch our new 5-year strategy. We are searching for a dynamic Director of Services to drive operational excellence and quality across our diverse portfolio of services.
The Director of Services will lead CXK’s full suite of operational services to young people and adults across diverse contracts, including the National Careers Service, targeted support programmes, and employability initiatives.
This role is crucial in driving high-quality delivery, managing performance against contract KPIs, and ensuring that all services meet CXK’s standards and have a real impact on our beneficiaries.
The Director will oversee two Assistant Directors, empowering their teams to deliver consistently excellent service.
Representing CXK as a visible and proactive leader, the Director will strengthen relationships with commissioners, local authorities, and other key stakeholders, ensuring CXK’s reputation remains strong.
Additionally, this role involves overseeing compliance, safeguarding, and health and safety across all services. The Director will also be responsible for mobilising new contracts and collaborating closely with the Director of Business Development to drive growth and innovation in CXK’s provision and services.

The ideal candidate will bring senior-level operational leadership experience, ideally within services for young people, adults or vulnerable groups, a strategic vision, and the ability to inspire and lead geographically dispersed teams.
You will have a strong track record of managing complex, multi-service staff teams and programmes across the charity, education, or government sectors, deep understanding of government contracts and performance-driven programmes and stellar relationship-building skills.
Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and strategic financial planning are essential to ensure sustainability and growth.

Summary of Role:
The Head of Donor Development & Impact is crucial in driving Choose Love's strategic and financial growth and impact. Choose Love has a fundraising target of approx. £20 million a year, this role plays a crucial part in securing those funds through donor development (approximately £5-10m) and specifically with Trusts & Foundations. Purpose of the job/About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Challenge Events Team at Dementia UK, where you will help coordinate the programme of supporter-led (or ‘DIY’) challenge event activities, driving both participation and income for the organisation.
As the Challenge Events Executive (DIY), you will leverage your knowledge and insight to identify new partnerships and opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans that increase participant numbers and creating stewardship journeys that ensure excellent supporter experiences and maximise income. Additionally, you will be responsible for stewarding the ‘DIY’ challenge event supporters and will work to provide automated stewardship suitable for the masses as well as bespoke stewardship to the high value supporters.
To be successful in the site role, you will have experience of coordinating fundraising events or campaigns. You should possess hands-on experience utilising relationship databases, coupled with an understanding of effective marketing channels, particularly digital. Additionally, expertise in stewardship techniques will be crucial for increasing remittance rates and maximising average gifts. You should also have an understanding of how to use insights, data and market trends to identify opportunities and make recommendations.

We're seeking skilled and dedicated people who are passionate about ending homelessness to join our Tenancy Sustainment Team as Caseworkers. Delivering strengths-based and person-centred support with clients who live in their own homes. Your mission is to help people to better manage their tenancy, increase their independence, and participate in an equal footing in their communities. We have current opportunities to support people within different parts of our service.
TST have both permanent and fixed term opportunities for new Caseworkers in different areas of our service delivery, including welcoming and resettling people into the service at the start of their support ; providing ongoing tenancy related support to people during their tenancy ; and supporting people to move on to longer term and, where appropriate, more independent accommodation.
About the role:
Tenancy Sustainment Team (TST) North deliver support to over 1200 people who live in social and private rented housing units across North, West and East London. This service is for people:
- Aged 18 years old or above
- Who have lived experience of homelessness
- Who need support to manage and sustain their own housing / tenancy to avoid a return to homelessness
As a TST North Caseworker, you'll play a key role supporting people in the community. People we work with are offered 1-1 support from their named Caseworker, who initially identify and assess the needs of new clients, and who deliver support to people to:
- Move into, and sustain, their tenancies - providing support and advice on housing difficulties, e.g. rent arrears, disrepair or neighbour disputes, and urgent support for people facing eviction
- Promote their health and well-being - Facilitating access to, and advocacy at, health services and appointments
- Be financially resilient - Providing benefits advice, supporting people to maximise their income and to reduce debt and arrears
- Be more independent - We support people to move to permanent, and more independent, housing after 2 years or at the appropriate time
Working together with clients and partner services, you’ll agree initial support and safety plans with clients, identifying SHP and community services and resources that can help clients to meet their goals and aspirations, and connecting clients to these services. You'll also contribute as part of a team towards continual service development, improvement and innovation, to benefit TST clients.
Caseworker posts are for Mondays - Fridays, 9am to 5pm. Posts involve hybrid work with opportunities to work from home at times. The role includes hybrid working and is based at our office in Kings Cross. There are opportunities to work from home at times.
About you:
- Ability to effectively work with a range of service providers and agencies to establish or improve services for clients.

Oasis is looking for someone who can combine an entrepreneurial flair and excellent leadership skills to become the next Community Hub Leader supporting the established Hub at Warndon.
The post holder will lead the development of the Hub, situated on the periphery of Worcester City, serving the community of Warndon and the surrounding area, supporting the Oasis Academy and wider local community. The Digital and Social Media Manager is part of a collaborative and creative team responsible for the development and delivery of the CW+ Communications and Marketing strategy, including on- and offline communications, PR and media, donor stewardship and marketing collateral, and events support.

Key responsibilities and duties
