The Baytree Centre (registered charity no 1175145) is a women and girls social inclusion project based in the heart of Brixton, working to support local women and girls from some of the most deprived wards in Lambeth. Inspired by Catholic Social Teaching, we aim to build confidence and self-esteem, promote aspirations, broaden horizons, and help our beneficiaries to improve life chances for themselves, their families, and their communities. Our programmes include academic activities and education support; one-to-one coaching and mentoring; skills development; and positive and well-being activities.
Pivotal to the success and delivery of the Centre’s programmes is our Fundraising Team's work to fund our programmes.
Overall Purpose of Role
The Corporate and Individual Donor Manager will play a leading role in driving our fundraising strategy, cultivating and maintaining relationships with corporate partners and individual donors to secure vital funding for our programmes. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in donor management and fundraising.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Corporate Donor Management
- Develop and implement a targeted corporate fundraising strategy to significantly grow corporate donations.
- Identify and research potential corporate partners, aligning their CSR objectives with the mission of The Baytree Centre.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to corporate donors, highlighting the mutual benefits of partnership.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within corporations, ensuring ongoing engagement and support.
- Plan and execute corporate fundraising campaigns and events to drive donor engagement and increase contributions.
- Collaborate with the Communications Manager to create bespoke corporate sponsorship packages and marketing materials.

Individual Donor Management
- Develop and execute a strategy to grow individual donations, including major gifts, regular giving, and one-off contributions.

- Craft personalised communication plans to build strong, long-term relationships with individual donors.
- Organise and manage donor recognition programmes and events to acknowledge and celebrate donor contributions.
- Create and launch innovative fundraising campaigns, leveraging digital platforms and social media to reach a broader audience.
- Develop and distribute impactful fundraising appeals and newsletters to inspire and retain individual donors.
- Analyse donor data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, providing regular reports to senior management.

We're looking for a keen and motivated Training Administrator to join our small, friendly team at our head office in Rugby. You'll be working closely with our Training Manager and ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advisor) Training Project Manager, facilitating the smooth delivery of workshops, events and meetings, advertising and promoting training workshops and preparing training delivery and feedback reports. The Survivors Trust provides a range of workshops and training opportunities for professionals working with victims and survivors of sexual violence and sexual abuse.
You will provide high level administrative support for the Training Manager and ISVA Training Project Manager, overseeing training bookings and maintaining a database of trainees on our CRM (Beacon). You will be responsible for collecting and collating feedback from training attendees and preparing reports to support training delivery. Working in collaboration with the Training Team you will support the advertising and marketing of training opportunities including updating relevant website content.
You will also maintain accurate records of training and project delivery, including budgets and impact measures data for both internal and external stakeholders. Part of your role will include gathering statistics for monitoring and reporting processes.
You will ideally have previous experience of administration in a training setting and/or working in the voluntary sector but please don't be put off applying if you don't meet all requirements. The right candidate will be an effective communcator in a friendly and professional manner, with excellent IT skills including CRM and LMS.
You will be required to complete DBS clearance to work at The Survivors Trust.
Hours - full time, 35 hours per week. Job share would be considered. Hours are flexible.

Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment. This role will be working with clients who have mental health support needs, wanting to gain paid employment.
We are recruiting for an Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Employment Specialist in the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham.
Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to supporting people to find the right job for them. You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental health issues. We welcome applications from people with lived experience of mental health, either personally or through a close contact.
You need to have a desire to support people to achieve their employment goals, and the ability to multitask and manage your workload effectively. Good organisation skills are essential for this role, in addition to an interest in mental health, and the role it plays in the workplace. We are a Centre of Excellence and adhere closely to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people in to employment. No prior experience in IPS is required. The role we are recruiting for is as follows:
One Full Time: 35 hours per week - this roles will be based onsite/in the community 4 days per week and work from home 1 day.
You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental health support needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. You will deliver the IPS approach (for which training will be given); providing person centred support and guidance to clients, whilst building positive relationships with local employers to enable clients to move into suitable employment. You will work as part of a mental health team (NHS Trust) maintaining positive and integrated relationships, fostering a holistic approach to recovery through employment. Are you an enthusiastic people-person with a warm and friendly disposition? We are looking for a collaborative, self-starter to join our hard-working support and outreach team. Based in Scotland you will be responsible for maintaining our relationships with the main aplastic anaemia specialist treatment centres in Scotland as well as supporting our Scottish community.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high performing team within The Aplastic Anaemia Trust (AAT). Our team is small, but mighty. Our current Support & Outreach (S&O) team is managed by our S&O Programme Manager and comprises two part-time S&O coordinators who have lived experience of aplastic anaemia. Lived experience is hugely important to us but is not an essential criterion for this role.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This opportunity is for a permanent contract, starting immediately, with a six-month probation period. You will work 14 hours a week during core working hours, your working hours can be arranged flexibly to suit you although we will require you to attend staff meetings which take place on Thursday mornings.

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about youth engagement and skilled in bringing out the ideas, voices and opinions of young people to shape service delivery. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with a background in running participatory youth projects, co-production, youth engagement sessions and/or community engagement.

About the role
As our Employee Communications and Engagement Lead, you’ll be supporting more than 600 colleagues across England, Scotland, and Wales.

Purpose of the job
The Head of Digital will be responsible for leading our digital, IT and information systems. They will also have oversight of AV and for the technical development of online education materials.
The post holder will lead the digital transformation of the organisation, continuously improving the effectiveness and impact of the Society. They will lead resource planning, management, reporting and coordination of projects/initiatives to deliver change in line with business requirements. This will involve leading end to end delivery digital projects, including technology delivery and change management required to improve, implement and embed digital systems, IT infrastructures and processes.
Main responsibilities
- Project manage major digital projects and ensure relationships with external stakeholders and engagement with Members, Staff and Service Users are all managed effectively.
- Research solutions and make recommendations for the improvement of systems and infrastructure.
- Appoint suppliers of digital services and oversee the Institute’s relationships with them, ensuring they provide a high-quality service and value for money.
- Provide first line support to staff, responding to basic technical queries and issues, such as password resets, software installation, and troubleshooting common hardware and software issues.
- Manage the IT infrastructure and security of the CRM system.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the CRM system, including user access management and working with our support provider to carry out data backups and system updates.
- Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect customer data and ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the CRM system and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements to the system's performance and functionality.
- Establish services in line with industry standard service design principles.
- Keep on top of new and innovative ways to present the Institute’s digital content, proposing and experimenting with ways to develop its content in line with changing digital trends and audience preferences.
- Manage and develop the Society’s AV presence for in-house seminars and events as well as online AV requirements.
- Technical development of online educational products.
- Oversee financial aspects including budgeting, budget review and procurement.
Other responsibilities
- Work to increase the number of people reached through the Institute’s web presence and to build repeat usage, for example, by providing expertise on search engine optimisation, pay-per-click and social media advertising, and managing paid-for search.
- Coach, advise and share information on digital content, communications and services within the wider organisation. Encourage and support staff and members to engage with digital communications and adopt a ‘digital first’ mind-set.
- Take the lead on Google Analytics and other digital monitoring/measurement tools, ensuring that digital metrics are implemented, consistently reported and widely used across the Institute.
- Provide AV support for in-person, online and hybrid events using Zoom.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to take on the day-to-day administration of BVSC. This is a key role at BVSC – a varied, interesting, creative role that requires a solid background in IT, database management, website maintenance, administration and supporting a large team.
Key Duties:
- Reviewing, refining and managing our database and website
- Ensuring the Community Directory is up to date, ‘live’ and reviewed regularly, with organisations supported to update and amend their own directory entries

- Team members are responsible for their own administration; however you will provide admin support to the organisation eg booking training courses, managing room bookings, offering support to staff that are facilitating Teams meetings/training events.

- Ensure all electronic and paper record systems which contain sensitive or person identifiable records are stored in compliance with the Data Protection Action and our Information Governance standards.

- To review current electronic filing systems, keeping folders organised, up to date and using archive appropriately.

Essential
- Experienced office administrator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team and provide efficient and professional administrative support to other office members
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and a range of 365 apps e.g. Teams, Forms, SharePoint – these are used daily
