These life-changing dogs also provide psychological and social benefits including increased independence, confidence, social interaction, and self-esteem.

A new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is sought to be responsible for leading Canine Partners, managing and implementing a long-term vision for the organisation, and working with the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Trustees to oversee the execution of the Charity’s long-term strategic plan and annual operating budgets.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience of charity leadership, with a track record developing and executing strategic plans and achieving financial and operational objectives.
  • Experience of working with people with disabilities.
  • Proven results in the building and leading of effective teams.
  • Experience of managing risk and governance.

We are seeking a dynamic, authentic communicator and creative thinker. Excellent leadership and management skills with an ability to inspire and motivate others will be essential.
