We are looking for an experienced corporate fundraiser to join our Fundraising Team. You will be a compelling and engaging communicator who can work at all levels of the organisation to cultivate and develop the relationships that will enable the Ri to achieve its strategy. You will be a strong account manager and skilled in securing new business, managing a portfolio of corporate supporters at different stages – from prospecting through to pitching, contracts negotiation and partnerships renewal.

We are excited to be recruiting an Impact Evaluation Manager, with hybrid working arrangements possible. This is a key position within the Impact team in the Insights Directorate.
You will push our understanding of our impact with rigorous, quasi-experimental and innovative evaluation methods.

Personal specification
Baca is looking for a Support Worker who can join the support team and provide support, care and be a role model for young people who are newly arrived refugees and victims of trafficking aged 16 to 18. They will be motivated and passionate about the work that Baca does and the young people in our care.
The successful applicant will have the ability to ensure the support we give to the young people is of the highest quality and goes beyond the statutory standards set. They will be very approachable, reliable and a strong team worker. Someone who is supportive, approachable, responsible, reliable, personable and willing to be flexible. They will be a great people person who can develop key external relationships. They will also be a very organised and proactive individual. The successful applicant will need access to transport as the role requires visiting the young people in their homes and attending different appointments/meetings across the midlands. Overview
The Operations and Systems Manager is a key role in the Operations Team and will focus on ensuring that our staff, all home-working and many based internationally, can engage positively with Global Dialogue’s operational systems and processes. The scope of the role covers IT and digital tools, digital security, data management, HR, insurance and travel, as well as the organisation’s equipment, and health and safety protocols.
Job Description
- Responsible for the maintenance and development of systems and processes that support Global Dialogue’s operations across a range of functions.
- Provide operational support to programme staff across the organisation as needs arise.
- Collaborate with Operations Team colleagues to improve cross-functional ways of working and play an active role in the development of projects that enhance Global Dialogue’s ‘offer’ to hosted programmes.
IT, Digital Security and Data Management
- Oversee Global Dialogue’s IT provision, managing the relationship with and acting as the main point of contact for our external IT support, as well as fielding programme requests and managing costs.
- Maintain an overview of Global Dialogue’s user accounts across SharePoint and other digital tools, ensuring pricing, licencing and permissions are effectively managed across all platforms.
- Maintain and develop Global Dialogue’s practice and policies in relation to GDPR, ensuring that they are applied across the organisation, and take ownership of the organisation’s SharePoint structure.
- Support the development of Global Dialogue’s digital security offer to hosted programmes, so that the organisation has the tools and infrastructure to respond effectively to associated risks/threats.
- Responsible for scoping and implementing digital solutions that effectively support business operations.
- Source and maintain an overview of Global Dialogue’s IT hardware, phones and other equipment, including managing logistics and the phasing out of old equipment.
- Help to keep Global Dialogue’s website updated, liaising with external web developers where needed.
People and Care
- Support internal processes and systems for starters, leavers and existing staff; maintain an overview of mandatory staff training, as well as ensuring compliance of health and safety in the context of remote working.
- Provide administrative support across contract management and compliance tasks, referring on and tracking progress where needed.
Travel, events and insurance
- Responsible for Global Dialogue’s insurance policies (office, events, travel), ensuring that they are up do date and reflect organisational needs, as well as dealing with insurance queries and processing claims.
- Oversees systems for managing international travel, ensuring that risk management protocols are followed, and advising on compliance as required.
Other
- Maintain an overview of the organisation’s memberships and subscriptions, ensuring renewals and payments are up to date.

About the Panel
No child should ever suffer harm, abuse or neglect, and reducing this is the primary focus of the independent Child Safeguarding Practice Review Panel.
Set up by the UK Government in 2018, the Panel reviews all cases when children die or are seriously harmed, and abuse or neglect is known or suspected. The aim is to see what lessons can be drawn from these tragic incidents to prevent them from happening again elsewhere.
About the role
The independent Child Safeguarding Practice Review Panel is looking for a part-time chair.
The Chair is responsible for leading and managing the Panel. They must set the strategic vision for the Panel and ensure the Panel’s work is effective in improving the safeguarding of children. It is also vital they influence policy and practice change effectively to maximise the Panel’s impact on child safeguarding.
It is a varied role, which includes working with Ministers and senior government officials, supervising fieldwork, undertaking analysis and disseminating learning to those working in child safeguarding.
We are looking for individuals with experience working strategically at a senior level and operationally in child protection. However, the successful candidate will be appointed to fill this role as an individual acting in the public interest and not as a representative of their particular profession, employer or interest group.
The Chair will be required to attend fortnightly Panel meetings, either virtually or in-person in London. They must also be available to attend ad hoc meetings with key stakeholders, as well as working with a Secretariat.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide strategic leadership for the Panel, leading the development and implementation of a strategic vision for the Panel, ensuring a focus on Panel’s impact.
- To be ultimately responsible and accountable for the Panel’s work and conduct of its functions. This includes taking urgent decisions on behalf of the whole Panel when required.
- To lead continuous improvement reviews of Panel work and membership to ensure its ongoing effectiveness. This includes leading long-term planning for Panel membership.
- To ensure the Panel demonstrates the highest standards of integrity at all times, including ensuring the identification and management of any conflicts of interest which might arise.
- Chairing Panel meetings effectively so that objectives are met, ensuring that all members views are taken into account. This includes creating a culture of openness, debate and collaboration that maximises use of all members skills and experience.
- To represent the Panel to the public, media, and children’s social care and safeguarding sector.
- To build and maintain positive relationships with Multi-Agency Safeguarding Partners at both national and local level.
Essential Criteria
- The ability to provide strong strategic leadership to the Panel and guide the work of the independent secretariat, demonstrated by a significant record of achievement in senior leadership roles in a complex organisation.
- The ability to chair high level meetings, manage team dynamics and motivate team members effectively so that objectives are met and clear decisions made.
- The ability to think strategically and exercise sound independent judgement on complex and sensitive issues.
- The ability to analyse and interpret detailed information from a range of agencies into serious cases involving children and families.
- Being a skilled communicator and influencer, who can use those skills to handle high-profile, sensitive issues and gain and keep the respect and confidence of others, including the child safeguarding sector, Ministers, and the public, to influence policy and practice change.

Our Activity Service
The Activity Service is an important part of our organisation, delivering high quality activities to the older people of Merton. Our Activity team create and deliver a wide range of activities including a daily lunch club, crafting, poetry, singing and exercises at our centre in Mitcham and other locations across the borough of Merton.
The Activity service is busy and vibrant where no two days are the same, the service has over 10,000 attendees a year, taking part in over 700 activities and exercise classes. The service enables our community to live more healthily, happily and independently in later life.
About the Role
We are recruiting an Activity Coordinator to support the Activity Service Manager in the delivery and development of the Activity service.
The Activities Coordinator will be a hands-on role, working with the team who deliver a wide range of activities both existing and new at our centre and across the borough of Merton.
The role will deputise for the Activities Service manager and has line manager responsibilities overseeing both the team and the delivery of activities. This role will work closely with the volunteers who support the service, building on the current volunteer programme to develop the volunteer role and experience.
The role will play a key part in organising the delivery of existing activities, ensuring they are delivered to an exceptional standard with the service users at the heart of the service.

Key Result areas

Administrative Duties
· Introduce new ways to pay for activities such as online bookings.
· Take bookings for all activities and input details on to the CRM.
· Answer telephone enquiries for the Activity centre.
· Greet all clients and volunteers attending the Activity centre.
Data Capture, Evaluation and Reporting.
· Respond to feedback and suggestions from clients to develop activities.
· Keep records up to date on the CRM for attendees of all activities.
· Working with the Activity Service Manager to expand the delivery of activities into areas of the borough not currently served.
· Working with the Activity Manager to develop client feedback opportunities.
· Support the Activity Manager to identify and write up case studies for funding applications.
· Use the CRM to run reports to support funding bids and reporting.
General

What you will be working on:

As the Clinical Services Lead, you will have the privilege of leading their clinical team and actively contributing to the development and implementation of outstanding clinical practices. Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the clinical team, providing guidance and supervision to senior clinicians.
· Offer sound clinical advice to colleagues and actively participate in clinical decision-making within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) environment.
· Ensure that their clinical services align with best practices and regulatory standards.
· Support service users in achieving their recovery goals through holistic and person-centered approaches.

· Collaborate with the Clinical Department and participate in peer support groups and professional development activities.

· A qualified Independent Prescriber with relevant clinical qualifications.
