Job description

The young people we work alongside are amazing. Courageous, resourceful and incredibly smart. At the point in which we get to meet them they are often tired, traumatised and frustrated. If you get that, see the best in people and understand that these young people deserve the highest quality service, patience and care then we want to hear from you. Our Youth Justice service runs pan London, working alongside young people impacted and involved with the criminal justice system and those that are experiencing homelessness. We are looking for a Case Worker to join our team and deliver a holistic service to the young people. We are looking for a kind, creative, motivated and approachable individual to support our mission to enable young people to use their strengths to live a life where they feel safe and fulfilled. We need someone who is comfortable working to deliver groups and outreach in a prison setting as well as delivering street based outreach services. You should have working knowledge of supporting young people impacted by violence.  You will be required to meet young people in court, police stations, prisons and community settings as well as at our main day centre in Camden with the option of some remote working from home. If you have the required skills and are passionate about supporting young people, then we would love to hear from you.

  • A full-time (or part-time considered) permanent role in our Youth Justice Team
  • Salary £31,200 – £34,736
  • Deadline to apply: 9am, Wednesday 16 April
