Who you are
You are committed and resilient, with the expertise and knowledge to work alongside Young Londoners who have engaged in concerning and harmful sexual behaviour and are able to develop the service to meet required needs. Within your role as an Expert Development and Delivery caseworker, you will provide support to young Londoners to secure the safety and positive outcomes they want.
What the role involves
In this role, you will work alongside children and young people who have been exposed to or have engaged in harmful sexual behaviour. Within your role as an Expert Development and Delivery caseworker, you will provide one to one support to young Londoners, as well as develop the service with a focus on making it accessible and meet the needs of girls and young women and young Londoners who are neurodiverse. You will also be required to share your knowledge and expertise with colleagues. You will be expected to provide robust risk and needs assessments that reflect the contexts within which harm has occurred, and to work collaboratively with partnership agencies to reduce risk and secure services and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the charity’s role the secretariat for the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Radiotherapy (APPG-RT): plan and organise events and meetings and maintain regular communication with members.

Monitor and research parliamentary developments, consultations, and legislation of interest to RTUK, producing briefings aligned with the charity’s objectives.

Conduct stakeholder mapping to identify and engage key political figures, including policymakers, parliamentary body leaders, officials, and advisers.

Maintain and develop RTUK’s current policy positions, and create new ones as required.

The Programmes Team is responsible for ensuring grant funding and commissioning are done to the highest standards across the organisation and the team also oversees a varied portfolio of delivery grants.
Our Programme Managers span many areas of expertise. We're therefore looking for an individual to join our team, with strong experience in one or more of the following areas:
· Project management and/or programme management
· Grant making or commissioning

Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. In 2024 we embarked on our new 10-year strategy for ending homelessness. We know it is not inevitable. We know together we can end it.
Our shops generate valuable income to support our services, create opportunities for homeless people to learn new skills and contribute to Crisis’ work in the community. They have a unique contemporary visual identity and are dynamic and creative places to work.

About the role
Shop from Crisis is opening a new location right in the heart of Ealing Broadway. This is an opportunity to be part of opening and establishing a brand-new shop, which will sell a mix of homeware, donated goods, and vintage pieces. You will make a difference and deliver positive social impact in the local community while also raising money to fund Crisis’ work ending homelessness.
As Shop Manager, you will be leading a team of staff and volunteers to deliver an outstanding customer experience, creating a vibrant, fun place to shop, work and volunteer. You will have the autonomy to develop your shop and engage with the community and will be expected to attract volunteers and donations locally. You will achieve ambitious sales and training targets, maximising the impact on our mission to end homelessness.
You will work collaboratively with a peer support group of shop managers and will have opportunities to build your own skills through training and development.
About you
To be successful in this role you need to be an experienced Shop Manager with proven track records of managing a high performing team and achieving sales results. You will have a genuine interest in charity retail and be seeking a challenge that stands out from other retail management roles. You will know how to manage and build Crisis’s reputation within the local community and be committed to Crisis’s values and mission to end homelessness.

We are seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our Fundraising and Communications Team (FRC) at an exciting time in GFS’s history as we enter a new strategic period and turn 150 years old, in 2025. You will lead on the delivery of specific aspects of the organisation’s fundraising strategy including developing new income streams with a focus on corporate partnerships. You will develop broader corporate support and individual giving such as corporate volunteering days and challenge events. Key Responsibilities
Donor management
- Write tailored, inspirational applications and project reports addressing grant-making priorities or requirements as specified
- Create and maintain a schedule of approaches to new, lapsed, and existing funders; developing, writing, and delivering creative and engaging proposals in line with the objectives and criteria of each funder
- Work collaboratively across teams and areas of operation identifying new funding opportunities, reporting on impact and evaluation

The Finance function for Groundwork Yorkshire and its trading subsidiaries. May also be responsible for the management of temporary staff, outside consultants, contractors, secondees and volunteers.
Objective:
To lead an excellent finance function that serves Groundwork Yorkshire and its subsidiaries ensuring robust financial management, planning, compliance and continued modernization. You will play a key role in coaching and supporting our programme managers to ensure they are able to achieve financial targets, and you will work closely with the Finance Director to drive profitability and efficiencies through continuous improvement and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the senior management team and programme managers to monitor financial KPIs and budgets, reviewing and reforecasting as appropriate.
Manage and lead the Finance Team to maintain and develop the commitment and skills of all team members by regular communication, effective performance reviews and the provision of suitable training and development opportunities.
Maintain detailed insight into the financial position of the organisation, including monitoring cash flow, assessing the financial impact of proposed projects or activities, identifying opportunities for improvement, making financial adjustments and producing financial reports.
Produce monthly management accounts to an agreed timetable and communicate the results to the senior management team.
Provide sound, strategic financial advice to the Finance Director and senior management team to support the long-term financial viability of the charity and its trading subsidiaries.
Collaborate with programme managers to develop a detailed understanding of Groundwork’s full programme of activity, provide monthly financial analysis of each programme and liaise monthly with each of the programme managers individually to ensure they have a full understanding of their programme’s financial performance, highlighting any areas of risk and recommending remedial action.
Prepare year-end accounts ensuring statutory financial reporting for audit in line with SORP recommendations and requirements. Take the lead on liaising with auditors and the successful delivery of the audit.
Ensure the accuracy of payroll and pension including liaising with pension providers, HMRC and other agencies as appropriate.
Ensure VAT is managed, and returns are accurately prepared and submitted.
Maintain all financial records and systems to a high standard of accuracy (including addressing any discrepancies in reconciliations) in accordance with accounting principles, auditing standards and to meet external legal and tax requirements.
Uphold the regulations outlined in the General Authorities Manual, maintain the fixed asset register and process depreciation.
Ensure financial management systems are effective and implement changes as required.
Comply with all requirements as set out in Groundwork Yorkshire’s Health & Safety, Safeguarding, Information Management and EDI policies and procedures.
As well as carrying out specific duties, participate in the wider activities of the charity and its trading companies.
Other duties as required by the Finance Director to ensure the efficient running of the section.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Security Engineer who wants to take their career to the next level and join our Global Information Services (GIS) Team. Reporting to the Lead Security Engineer, you will support ongoing security operations and respond to incidents and alerts, playing a vital role in helping to keep our environment secure as we deliver our mission around the world.
In addition to providing daily security operations, you will be involved in some very exciting security initiatives, which could include Microsoft Defender for Endpoint global rollout to 8,000 endpoints in 37 countries, further Defender technology adoption, SIEM/SOC deployment, privileged identity management and audit of technical assets, cloud app security deployment, and patch management technology implementation. These initiatives are critical to helping ensure global security as we deliver our digital/technology strategy.
You will have a good understanding of security technologies and practices, ideally in Cloud computing, Azure and on-premise environments. MSI has adopted a “cloud-first” approach, with Microsoft being our favoured partner. An understanding of security frameworks, such as CIS, NIST, Cyber Essentials and ISO27001 would be advantageous.
With the fast pace of change and continued new technologies adopted by the business, it is paramount that this role is filled by a fast learner, who can deliver an impact quickly. You enjoy thinking outside of the box to problem solve, can work independently on ongoing security tasks and take pride in finding creative automated solutions, ideally using PowerShell and PowerAutomate. You will also enjoy working as part of a team.
While we are asking for a lot, we know everyone can’t tick every box, so we are looking for the right person with a set of core skills that can grow in the role.
