Role description
We are looking for two self-motivated individuals to lead our programme delivery. One Programme Manager will be based in London with potential travel required across different locations in England, most likely Reading and the South East of England. For Baby’s Sake is an innovative, therapeutic, trauma-informed programme. We work with both co-parents individually, supporting a recovery framework to overcome the devastating effects of domestic abuse in their relationship. We acknowledge and explore unresolved and often complex childhood trauma and change harmful patterns of behaviour to develop a home environment where children can flourish. We adopt an attachment-focused parenting approach that enhances the opportunity for children to feel safe and secure with parents who are emotionally available and attuned to all their needs.
There must be a current pregnancy to harness change motivations, a desire on behalf of both parents to co-parent their unborn baby (although they do not have to be in a relationship) and we can work with the families up until the baby reaches the age of 2. The significance of this two-year timescale is evidenced in all recent child development research.

ISEAL is looking for an experienced MEL professional to build and deliver its organisational M&E function, work closely with other areas of the organisation on MEL related activities, and convene a community of practice on MEL.
This new role will lead on a range of MEL related activities, from supporting the upcoming ISEAL strategic plan development and putting in place appropriate systems to monitor progress, to ensuring the organisation is making best use of available data to draw out learning and to measure results. Working closely with internal leads across a range of workstreams, the role will support in designing programme evaluations and outcome monitoring tools and processes. With colleagues from relevant focus areas, the MEL Manager will co-deliver learning at ISEAL.
Another important component of this role (roughly 30-40%) will be working with ISEAL’s Membership and Credibility team to support member organisations in implementing the ISEAL Code and ISEAL membership requirements related to MEL. The MEL Manager will be the content lead for ISEAL’s training events on M&E topics and will co-lead the M&E Community of Practice, a peer learning space for ISEAL Community members.
We are looking for someone with a range of expertise in MEL across different organisations, with a strong preference for specific experience with sustainability systems or standard organisations or comparable settings. The Role
This role is a senior operational manager post and will report to the Deputy Director of Operations (TC Specialist). The role has responsibility for managing a portfolio of two specialist residential services:
- Ophelia House, Oxford (Trauma-responsive, female only Therapeutic Community)
- National Specialist Family Service, Sheffield

Phoenix Futures has been providing rehabilitation services for over 50 years. In support of the current Drug Strategy in England (From Harm to Hope) and the investment in residential services in Scotland, Phoenix are committed to rebuilding capacity across both countries in the residential rehab sector. ROLE PURPOSE
The Individual Giving (IG) and Legacies Officer will work closely with the IG Manager and play a pivotal role in growing cash and regular donors and legacy giving for St George’s Hospital Charity. This position is crucial to our goal of increasing individual giving from £350,000 to £600,000 and legacies over the next five years.
The postholder will have a strong direct and digital marketing background as they will work closely with the Individual Giving Manager to:
• lead marketing initiatives for all IG streams including cash, regular, Payroll Giving, Face to Face, Lottery.
• drive forward seamless automated digital stewardship journeys, and produce engaging campaigns that demonstrate our impact.
• delivering effective digital activities that grow our brand awareness and income from fundraising campaigns
They will also be a strong administrator, with attention to detail leading on administration for Individual Giving and Legacies, working with IG Manager and Fundraising Assistant to ensure online and offline donations are accurately processed, reconciled and uploaded to our database.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Individual Giving
1.1. Recruit, engage and mobilise donors to increase income year on year.
1.2. Lead on two fundraising campaigns each year, creating communication assets for our website, social media platforms and newsletters.
1.3. Ensure our donation platforms are fit for purpose and integrate into our database, with a view to ensuring we have a high donor conversion rate.

Communications and Development Team
The Development Team sits within a wider Communications and Development Team, which consists of four members of staff at different levels, who work across a range of activities. The wider Team has two dedicated staff members currently focused on donor relationship management and fundraising, and two on communications.
The Development function is responsible for management of Conciliation Resources’ strategic funders, the generation of unrestricted income and providing fundraising support to the wider organisation. The majority of funding currently comes from government grants and this will remain a key focus, with some time also spent on reacting to opportunities for new funding streams which present themselves – such as trusts and foundations, and to a lesser extent, high-value individual donors and corporations.
The Communications function has oversight over all areas of organisational communications including the website and digital communications, branding, media relations and production of content.
Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to help generate funding for CR as an organisation, and its component teams. The job-holder will need to work with the Head of Development to support the development of existing and new unrestricted funding relationships, collaborate with staff in other teams to help achieve more restricted income, and at all times champion good organisational communication and information management around funding and donors.
With guidance from the Head of Development, the postholder will lead on building and maintaining strategic relationships with new donors and partners, which might involve some grant management, including budget monitoring, as well as providing technical advice to programmes and policy teams’ fundraising efforts.
