The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a new role, that sits in a newly established Communications and Marketing team. Our organisation is growing, and we now need to step up our game in how we deliver our digital communications to our many different audiences.

About the role
As Campaigns Manager for Communities, you will ensure that our campaigners around the UK have a meaningful experience with Save the Children UK, building localised campaigns and networks for realising children's rights. You will lead the development and implementation of projects that deliver our strategic objectives, working collaboratively with a variety of colleagues to do so. You will be a strong leader and manage a small team of campaigners working across our key strategic focus areas.
The projects you will work on will be varied. From supporting our network of climate campaigners, to working with parents in poverty and diaspora communities working for peace. Your role will focus on building up in our community organising across the breath of our work.
In this role, you will:
- Lead Save the Children UK's campaign strategy to engage and build our communities and organising work.
- Lead the development and implementation of campaigning and organising projects that are engaging, impactful and deliver our strategic objectives.
- Work closely with mission colleagues to ensure that their work represents campaigning and organising best practice and innovation, and with Fundraising & Marketing colleagues to deliver our Supporter Engagement strategy.

The YoungMinds Parents Helpline provides parents and carers with life-changing information, advice and support, and we are looking for a Service Manager to join our incredible team. This is an exciting, challenging and critical role, which will lead and support the helpline team in delivering a safe, high-quality, culturally competent and inclusive service to thousands of parents/carers.
You will work closely with the helpline management team to ensure all helpline channels (including telephone, webchat and email) are adequately resourced, and advisers are providing high-quality support to parents/carers who have concerns for their child’s mental health. You will use helpline data and evaluation insight to respond to demand, identify key themes, make continuous improvements to service delivery, and contribute in the strategic shaping and implementation of service development plans.
You will ensure that the Parents Helpline team is accountable to the organisational Anti-racism, Justice, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (AJEDI) action plan, and lead in ensuring that the service continues to increase cultural competency, accessibility and inclusivity, with a particular focus on supporting service users from Black and minoritised communities.
You will provide line management support to helpline team members including staff, regularly review policy, and ensure the helpline operates in accordance with organisational procedures. As a Legacy Management Officer, you will join the Friends & Family Legacy Management team as part of the UK's largest charity. You will play a valuable role in delivering our Legacy Product Strategy by managing a caseload of pecuniary, residuary, and life interest trust legacies and building collaborative relationships with solicitors, law firms and other professionals involved in legacy giving or Wills substitutes. You will play a key role in being the first point of contact for our supporters/members of the public and in administering estates generously donated to Cancer Research UK by our deceased supporters/ donors in a professional and approachable manner.
Your legacy by the end of this contract will be to have had a deeply human and meaningful impact by engaging with the family and friends to thank, recognise, and share the impact of their loved one's legacy in bringing about a world where everybody can lead longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer. What will I be doing?
Managing a paperless caseload of pecuniary, residuary, and life interest trust legacies within your region ensuring to deal with them efficiently and effectively while adding value and safeguarding Cancer Research UK's interests.

What are you looking for?
Legacy Management or Legal background. Ideally is a qualified solicitor (or qualified by experience) in probate, trust, and charity law.
Knowledge of probate and trust law.
Accounting and Tax knowledge (particularly estate accounts, investment management, share valuations, management accounting, reporting; income tax, inheritance tax, and capital gains tax).
Strong attention to detail/data accuracy (particularly when inputting into case management systems).
Proven time management and organisational skills. This includes:
A track record of working under minimal supervision while managing or helping to manage a legacy administration or an equivalent function.
A flexible approach and comfortable in navigating ambiguity and challenging environments/ contexts (such as engaging with the family and friends of deceased donors).

We require a Counsellor to provide counselling interventions and family support services in schools across the Diocese of Salford according to each school’s formal agreement.
The role requires you to liaise and work with parents and families to ensure that the child/young person’s needs are being met and any issues that arise are being addressed appropriately. This will also include providing support and guidance to school staff on these matters.
You must have knowledge of safeguarding guidelines and risk factors in relation to working with children and young people and be able to respond accordingly by following the locality safeguarding procedures and ensure that priority is given to the Safeguarding Policy and Procedures in all work undertaken. You must also support the school staff with safeguarding.
You must have competent IT skills, be confident with systems, complete reports, maintain records and manage confidential data and be able to review and obtain feedback on the support in place for the children and young people and provide this information back to the schools and Caritas Schools’ Service as required.
You must also be able to make autonomous clinical decisions about own professional practice and approaches and partake in supervision one to one, clinical and group reflective supervision with other counsellors.
Registered counsellor status with the BACP or UKCP is essential. However, we will discuss experience and qualifications on a person-by-person basis if you are selected for an interview. The salary includes accrued annual leave.

Main purpose of the post:
• Working as part of a supportive and skilled team, you will be required to share in leading and further develop the GYM youth work service across Coventry and the surrounding area.

Lambourne End Centre are looking to recruit a Fundraising and Marketing Coordinator. The post holder will be responsible for raising revenue and capital funds primarily from trusts, companies and through organising fundraising events to support the work of the Centre. Role Requirements
- Support planning and changes in the administration of children and young people’s timetable for children and family services.
- Support with photocopying of notes for subject access/ solicitor requests (SARS).
- Manage the SARS and redacting process with appropriate members of the Therapies teams.
- Update logs and coordinate the Clinical and Safeguarding Supervision across the Therapies teams, escalating non-compliance where required.
- Monitor mandatory training compliance and administer booking processes for all relevant training sessions/course.
- Coordinating specialist clinics, including spine and hip clinics; liaising with the Physiotherapy team to ensure the correct children are on the schedule. Liaison with external Consultants to organise the clinic lists.
- Carry out audiotyping of clinic letters and distribute as required.
- Update absences within the teams onto the SMI (staff care) system, as requested by the Heads of Service.
- Place orders for any required equipment and/or resources for departments and for the children and young people as deemed necessary.
- Take overview of clinical asset ordering, linking with the clinical assets team and management system, in line with MHRA guidelines and the medical devices policy.
- Track and monitor equipment orders with Heads of service, escalate delays and provide a central overview for all equipment re-charges and ordering.
- Raise and receipt PO’s and invoices for the therapies directorate and liaise closely with the finance team.
- Undertake other or additional duties that are within your skills and abilities, as the organisation may reasonably require from time to time.
With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.

Our expert team of canine behaviourists provide behavioural support and advice to teams within Battersea, members of the public, and the rescue organisations we work with around the world. The team design and help implement behaviour modification and training plans for dogs whilst coaching members of the canine care groups through the practical day-to-day steps. They also assist with behavioural and welfare assessments of animals who come into our centres and are on hand to help manage and provide further support with dogs with more complex behavioural needs. We are now looking to recruit a Canine Behaviour and Training Advisor for our team in London. Within this role, you will work with our operational teams in the assessment and welfare of the dogs in our care and in the provision of behavioural training and advice for staff, volunteers, customers and external organisations. You will be working as part of a care group to create behaviour modification plans, support with handling difficult dogs and make recommendations, along with the individual care group, for individual dog outcomes.
