About this job
We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated product manager to lead the strategic development of our digital services products.
Our digital services provide support and information to thousands of people living with multiple sclerosis (MS). You’ll be joining us at an exciting stage of our digital programme as we transform the way we engage with people affected by MS.
You’ll play a pivotal role in driving evolution and improvement. This will include working with our existing products including our forum, webchat, symptom management tools and logged-in area of our website.
But you’ll also be leading efforts to conceptualise, design, build and implement new digital products that cater to the ever-evolving needs of our community.
We’re looking for the successful candidate to have proven experience in areas such as:
• Using a clearly defined digital project management methodology.
• Developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
• Overseeing the product development lifecycle.
• Maintaining the highest quality, compliance and accessibility standards.

The role
We are seeking a Program Director who can complement the existing team by virtue of his or her experience in labour market economics, value chain transformation, and/or the prioritization of public-sector investment in critical economic sectors.
Program Directors work with their government counterparts to design and support implementation of transformative programs, and many of their government counterparts are prioritizing youth employment.
Program Directors are accountable to the CEO and are responsible for ensuring quality execution of programs; strengthening routine monitoring systems; leading evidence-based decision-making; and driving highly leveraged outcomes. Each Program Director will work on a variety of matters related to human capital development and contribute to programs in different African geographies.

Experience
To be successful you will need extensive experience with complex and large-scale program ideation and implementation, related to labour market interventions, value chain transformation, and public-sector investment, ideally in Sub-Saharan African countries.
You will have a good understanding of how governmental departments work (ideally with direct experience working within government) and have had significant interactions at high policy levels within governments, with proven experience in managing complex and politically sensitive relationships with different stakeholders. You will support the ambition of policy champions at national level.
Able to demonstrate methodical program oversight and management, you will need an exemplary work ethic with a drive for achieving concrete results from often complex environments.
Knowledge wise we are looking for strong understanding of labour markets and development economics; excellent data analysis skills; project finance/private sector experience could be advantageous.
This role will suit someone who is used to working at the most senior levels and brings excellent people skills and highly developed communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills. Fluency in French and/or widely spoken African languages is desirable

We’re looking for an individual who has previous experience in project management and organising and delivering high-profile events, to help execute our fourth character sculpture arts trail. Gromit Unleashed 3 follows three trailblazing and award-winning public art trails from Wallace & Gromit’s Grand Appeal, in partnership with Aardman, that have generated over £20 million to support Bristol Children’s Hospital and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at St Michael’s Hospital.
The successful candidate will work closely with The Grand Appeal’s Senior Leadership Team to deliver key elements of the trail, including leading the installation and de-installation of the sculptures, artist liaison, managing the hugely popular public exhibition and providing high-level support for the highly anticipated auction. About the role
We are seeking a passionate and strategic leader to join our team as our new Head of External Affairs. In this critical role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive external affairs strategy aimed ensuring decision makers and influencers understand the impact of the challenges farming people face and continue to work with RABI to develop and implement solutions that building physical, mental and financial resilience. Main Responsibilities
As Regional Support Officer you will provide full administrative services to a team that is geographically dispersed across the region with a regional office based in Taunton.
