The post holder will work at a senior level to provide effective strategic executive support to the Chief Executive and proactive administrative assistance to all members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The post can be based at one of our charity workbases (Littlehampton, Penrith, Exeter, Basingstoke) or homebased with occasional travel
This post holder is the primary point of support to the Chief Executive and directors. This is therefore a fast-paced, multi-faceted role with a number of varied and competing daily priorities to manage. The post holder will be situated at the beating heart of the senior team, enabling its effectiveness and agility.

- Providing executive, secretarial and/or administrative support at a senior level in an organisation of similar breadth and scope and in a pacey, dynamic and rapidly changing environment

- Researching, synthesising and summarising complex information for the purpose of briefing an executive
- Drafting sensitive correspondence to high-profile and/or key stakeholders

The Hospital Discharge Community Support Coordinator will match Age UK Lambeth (AUKL) volunteers and partner organisation volunteers to support a patient's discharge. Volunteers could provide support with transport, practical support such as food shopping or completing home safety checks. Upon discharge volunteers may continue supporting patients for up to 4 weeks, providing support in person (at the individual's home or in the community) and over the phone, linking them into support services and helping them access the community to prevent hospital readmission.

Community Drug and Alcohol Recovery Services (CDARS) is a charity organisation that provides psychological and social support to drug users and their family members.
As part of this work, it has built a track record of working with service user representatives, service user Councils and networks and service user involvement teams. This includes creating a strong Volunteer, Peer Mentor and Recovery Champion network and supporting them through training, supervision and access to additional personal and professional development areas.
The WCDAS and RCDAS Treatment services, led by South London and Maudsley (SLAM), are a community substance misuse ‘partnership’ service that offers a broad and inclusive range of support and treatment options for those seeking recovery from Substance use. This includes access to medical, psychological, and sustained recovery sessions within the Boroughs of Wandsworth and Richmond.
The Community Involvement Co-Ordinator (CIC) will deliver positive and improved outcomes for service users across both Boroughs. This will include creating solid relationships with other partners within the voluntary and community sector (VSC), including Job Centres, Work programmes, local businesses, and employers, to improve outcomes for service users through enhanced re-integration opportunities within the local Community. Another focus of the post will be to manage the Community Involvement Worker (CIW) , who will work closely with the Manager to recruit, train and nurture peer mentors and service user representatives. This support will aim to build capacity and visible recovery across the boroughs. Both post-holders will help develop, train and nurture meaningful service user involvement through the Service User Council network and its representatives throughout the treatment system.
The post holder will need to work under the directives of the CDARS Wandsworth Management Team, with the objective of facilitating engagement in all aspects of service user involvement. The post holder will be expected to foster and develop good working relationships with staff at all levels within the partnership and establish good working relationships with other agencies, both voluntary and state, within the two Boroughs.

About the role
Music Services is the delivery arm of Nordoff Robbins and encompasses the provision of music therapy and related activities including education, training and research. The Music Services Administrator will work closely with the Regional Manager and alongside other Music Services Administrators to ensure that the reception and admin function is well run, organised, efficient and effective, and that clients, visitors and callers have a positive experience when they spend time with us. Many of our clients lead challenging lives and include vulnerable children and adults. This role is therefore subject to a basic DBS check.

Whilst it is not essential that you have direct experience as a Manager, it is important that you have some management experience, and a good knowledge of the health and social care sector. You will be working within the supported living environment.

Your working week is flexible covering 7 days per week and will include working weekends and an on-call rota shared with your Senior Support Workers. Flexibility is key.

5. Promote best practice across the service and the organisation through participation in external and organisational wide projects and forums.
6. Participate in the emergency on-call emergency rota (approx 10 nights per month) - £35 per night).
7. Take lead responsibility for the performance and delivery of the support contracts, overseeing the FS Senior Support workers.
8. Ensure performance standards are evidenced and quality is upheld in everything that the team’ do in complying with relevant CQC, contractual and organisational standards, outcomes and procedures.
9. To provide written and verbal reports on outcomes to Trustees at the regular Council of Management Meetings. To monitor and review service user and carer feedback, complaints and incident reports and use this information to inform and improve future services and practice.
10. Lead and manage the team to support personalised rota planning via Charitylog (inclusive of day, night and overnight activity) and service user timetables.
11. To lead the Housing Management service, working with the FS SSWs to ensure tenancies are managed appropriately, records maintained, and reports completed for Housing Associations in a timely fashion.
12. To be responsible for, or delegate recruitment of staff and provide excellent leadership, direction and effective management of the team’s resources and finances.
13. To plan, set and manage project budgets appropriately. To ensure project and individual finances are recorded, managed and monitored appropriately.
14. Ensure professional standards and best practice act as key drivers within a culture of continuous service improvement, value for money and safe practice.

WorkWell is an exciting new government/DWP initiative to get people back to work. As well as providing work placement support, it will also address and support any physical or mental health needs via a Mental Health Provider and Physical Health Advisor who form part of the team. The pilot in Surrey will be going live in December and aims to empower people to take control of their health, wellbeing and any impacts this is having on their employment via referral to a WorkWell Coach. That’s where you come in.
Working as a key part of the primary care network (PCN) and other community hubs, your challenge will be to provide a supportive environment that enables each individual to identify their health and wellbeing concerns and the impact these are having on their employment. That will involve taking a strengths-based approach, focusing on ‘what matters to me’ and, together with the individual, producing a personalised and holistic support plan that aims to help the individual thrive at work. We’ll also rely on you to work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of physical activity, mental health and skills and employment advisors to provide direct interventions and connect individuals to diverse community-based support, thus ensuring they are able to maintain their health, wellbeing and employment in the longer term.
To succeed, you’ll need a good understanding of motivational coaching and interview skills, the ability to organise, plan and prioritise and a real commitment to develop. Familiar with office IT systems, you have good word processing skills and know how to use emails and the internet to create simple plans and reports. Just as important is a proactive and flexible approach plus the ability to listen to, and empathise with, people from all backgrounds and provide person centred support in a non-judgemental way. To keep accurate records of individual engagement, evidence of change and celebrate progress with children and young people.
To provide, record and report the appropriate data to ensure support programmes can be accurately monitored and evaluated.

Hospice at Home’s core service is its skilled team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants who provide exceptional care and support in people’s last year of life and at end of life, also providing additional services such as Lymphoedema, Bereavement and Family Support, Befriending, Occupational Therapy and Complementary Therapy.
We provide individualised care and support to improve quality of life and our end of life care helps facilitate a peaceful and dignified death in the home and support to those who are bereaved.

Proceeds from sales make a major contribution towards our housing & support service. The role is Fulltime [37.5 hr per week] will involve some weekend working and key holding responsibility.
