We are looking for a person with strong communication skills and experience of providing safeguarding support and advice as part of a multi-disciplinary or faith-based context to join our established team for maternity cover.
With a demonstrated commitment to the safeguarding and wellbeing of children and adults, you will need a good working knowledge of safeguarding policy, practice and legislation across diverse contexts (including the UK four nations), as well as a solid understanding of implementing safeguarding at a grass-roots level with faith organisations. About the role
The Digital Fundraising Manager is a key member of the Philanthropy team, responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising digital fundraising campaigns in the UK and US. This role will drive revenue growth through online channels, including email campaigns, social media, website fundraising, and other digital initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital fundraising tactics, a creative mindset, and the ability to analyse data to make informed decisions.
You’ll report to our Head of Fundraising - setting your strategy, reporting on whether plans and income are on track, and discussing how you’re dealing with any financial shortfalls, with a mindset focused on significantly expanding our unrestricted income streams.
In 2024/25 the Fundraising Team is aiming to raise circa £1.9m – a critical element of Restless Development’s overall income of around £10m, the rest of which primarily comes from institutional funders and trusts/ foundations and is restricted to particular programmatic work.
Key responsibilities
- Digital Fundraising Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital fundraising strategy aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives. Identify key digital fundraising opportunities and implement strategies to optimise online giving.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns, including crafting compelling content, designing engaging emails, segmenting lists, and conducting A/B testing to increase donor engagement and conversions.
- Social Media Fundraising: Oversee social media fundraising campaigns, leveraging platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to drive donations and supporter engagement.
- Website Fundraising: Manage and improve the online donation process on the organisation's website, ensuring an easy and secure donation experience for supporters.
- Content Development: Collaborate with the Communications team (including a Digital Communications Manager counter-part) to create persuasive fundraising content, such as donation appeals, impact stories, and success narratives to inspire supporters.
- Donor Engagement: Foster relationships with existing donors through personalised online interactions, stewardship emails, and recognition activities.

The Movement Collaboration Lead or Senior Movement Collaboration Lead (depending on experience) will work closely with the Programme Director and the Programme Team to lead the development and delivery of an exciting emerging programme of work building collaboration for economic system change between grassroots groups and new economy organisations.
We are looking for people who are: passionate about addressing economic injustice, are excited about the role of collaboration in creating systems change and capable of creating partnerships and strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
The first twelve months of this programme will take an action inquiry approach to facilitate a mixed group of new economy organisations and grassroots groups through a collaborative process that will develop shared knowledge and practice about how we can effectively and equitably collaborate on economic systems change work through practical experiments, facilitated dialogue and collaborative research.

- Working closely with the Programme Director and the Programme Team, lead the translation of existing strategic thinking, planning and relationship building into a project plan.
- Working closely with the Programme Director and the Programme Team, contribute to business planning and fundraising for future development of the action inquiry beyond the first year.

Founded in 2017, The Anti-Slavery Collective (TASC) is a connector and convener of people, groups, and ideas. Our mission is to create linkages between decision-makers, corporates, and civil society allies to disrupt modern slavery and human trafficking.

About the Role
The Director of Partnerships will lead TASC’s partnership efforts, responsible for cultivating and securing new partnerships, and delivering on partnership strategies. You will manage relationships with key strategic partners, donors, civil society allies, and academic stakeholders. The Director of Partnerships will work closely with the CEO, contributing to the charity’s broader external relations activities, while operating with independence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy and Relationship Management:
- Contribute to developing new partnership strategies.
- Manage deliverables and track impact milestones as outlined in partnership strategies.
- Oversee day-to-day correspondence with donors and strategic partners.

- Draft and collate reports and grant applications, ensuring alignment with donor requirements.
- Maintain systems for tracking grant data and provide information for internal use and Board papers.

Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- Right to work in London.
- Excellent written English.
- Proven experience in building cross-sector partnerships, especially with corporate partners.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently.

- Experience in a corporate partnership or similar role.
- Knowledge or experience in the field of modern slavery, human rights, or development.

About the opportunity
Critical to our mission, we are looking to recruit a London Programme Manager to be responsible for a geographical area and the schools within it, whilst supporting geographical expansion. You will oversee your region’s Action Tutoring programmes, liaising with our partner schools and developing new school partnerships, whilst supporting your team of Programme Coordinators to engage pupils and support them to build relationships with stakeholders and retain a strong pool of tutors.
As a Programme Manager, you will line manage up to seven Programme Coordinators to ensure they effectively manage their caseload of schools, whilst driving the quality of programmes and ensuring that the delivery of programmes meets organisational KPIs. This role will take a lead on new school recruitment, regularly pitching to Senior Leaders within schools and managing school partnerships within your region to ensure Action Tutoring’s growth targets are met. Additionally, you will contribute to the wider leadership of the Action Tutoring programme team, lead on programme-specific projects to support the programme department’s priorities and will be expected to support the wider learning and development needs of the Programme Coordinator team.
The position would suit someone who enjoys working with people who have a frontline role, gets energy from pitching to schools and wants to increase their management experience in an exciting and rapidly developing charity. The successful candidate should be able to manage their own workload to a high standard as well as support others, have excellent attention to detail, be adaptable, relational and used to problem-solving, and be able to work well with a range of
stakeholders and be confident in carrying out administrative tasks to support programme delivery.
