This will be a busy, varied and important role working closely with the Policy and Public Affairs Manager and Head of Campaigns and Communications to provide administration and wider support for the charity’s growing policy and campaigns function. This will include contributing to the production of government consultation responses, writing letters to politicians, producing background briefings ahead of parliamentary meetings and taking responsibility for political monitoring and informing the team of any engagement opportunities. A key part of the role will also be providing administration support for the policy function of the charity and the Head of Communications and Campaigns, including administrative support for the All-Party-Parliamentary Group on Endometriosis which Endometriosis UK provides secretariat support for. Tasks will include writing minutes, helping produce briefing papers, and booking events and meeting rooms.
You will also be the first point of call for our campaign supporters, and will be aiding our supporters to take campaign actions through the drafting and creation of e-actions using Engaging Networks.

At our North West London Home, we are recruiting an interim Head of Cattery who will share our compassion and commitment for animal welfare to provide front line leadership to our team of Cattery and Animal Care staff and volunteers. We care for up to eight cats and kittens on site, in addition to cats placed into foster homes. Our Head of Cattery is responsible for managing the day-to-day smooth running of our cattery and maintaining the wellbeing of all cats in our care, so that their individual physical and psychological needs are catered for adequately, and in line with our standards and ethics.
This is a high profile and hugely important role for Mayhew as our Head of Cattery oversees each cat’s journey through Mayhew from in-take to assessment and then to rehoming. Working with staff and volunteers across the Home, foster carers, adopters, other charities and rescues and members of the public, our Head of Cattery is instrumental in ensuring that our cats have all they need – from feeding, cleaning, enrichment and socialising to finding their perfect forever home. Leading a small team, our Head of Cattery is responsible for managing all aspects of our cat in-takes, adoptions and fostering, managing our capacity to ensure we help as many cats as we can and ensuring our cats are rehomed to a home suited to their individual needs as soon as possible.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic development

- Support the Events Co-ordinator in generating private hires (Conferences, private events, weddings, room hires, community hire) to ensure maximum profitability.

Retail
- Develop new product lines to include exhibition merchandise, MK Gallery specific merchandise, unique gifts and children’s arts and crafts materials.

Operational
- Lead on the recruitment and training of new staff and volunteers across the Commercial Teams in accordance with the organisational policy and procedures.

Catch22 are excited to be recruiting for a Senior Service Manager for our West Mercia Child Exploitation Service.
This role has responsibility for the strategic development and operational management of Catch22’s Integrated Child Exploitation Service funded by the West Mercia Police and Crime Commissioner.
Integrated Child Exploitation Service A specialist prevention and support service for children, young people under 18 and their families who are at risk of, currently experiencing or has been impacted by Child Criminal or Child Sexual Exploitation across the West Mercia region. The service will consist of four teams located in Worcestershire, Telford and Wrekin, Herefordshire & Shropshire.
The role will also support the development of the Young People and Families (YPF) Hub and the implementation of learning and development, performance and impact, business development and wider work streams as required. The SSM will work with the YPF SMT and will take a lead role in implementing our YPF strategy in this area.
The role can be home based, but time spent in each of the services alongside travel across the UK will be required to support delivery and growth of services across the Hub. The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering and managing similar services, the right mix of leadership, passion and energy, and an innovative nature. A proven track record in engaging with positive relationships with commissioners and securing new business is essential. The role will involve promoting, connecting and building services in order to impact the lives of vulnerable young people with complex needs

As an IT Service Local Delivery Analyst you'll be providing local IT systems support, training and advice to SNG colleagues and will be responsible for the development, maintenance and operation of the organisation's devices, infrastructure and applications.

What we need from you:
As an IT Service Local Delivery Analyst you'll need to have a high level of customer focus and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies.
You will need experience of working on an IT Service Desk or in a Technical team and be able to communicate with our customers in person, by telephone, webchat email or digital assistant.
A Service Desk/Customer Service oriented certificate such as ITIL v3 or v4 Practitioner would be an advantage.

The Role
We are currently looking to recruit an exceptional, professional and highly motivated Head of Management Accounts.
Reporting to the Head of Financial Management, the post holder will proactively lead the monthly production, presentation and reporting of the Trusts financial position to a strict timetable and be responsible for identifying and reporting drivers of the financial position including accurate monthly forecasting.
In your role as Head of Management Accounts you will be responsible for the promotion and installation of proactive management accounting techniques and deliverables of the Management Accounts department.
You will proactively lead the monthly production, presentation and reporting of the Trusts financial position to strict timetable, identifying and reporting drivers of the position including accurate monthly forecasting, including identification of risks, opportunities and mitigations highlighted.
You will also play a key lead role in the development of the Trust's business planning and operational plan for current and future financial strategy. This will involve working closely with other members of the senior finance team to produce a detailed Trust plan with effective supporting information to stand up to external scrutiny and challenge.
This role is a core member of the Senior Management Team and plays an integral part in providing senior leadership within the Trust. The post holder will also deputise for the Head of Financial Management as necessary.
About you

You will ensure that Galop maintains high quality, consistent services across all areas of frontline work, as well as contributing to a strong, coherent external voice representing the needs and experience of LGBT+ victims and survivors of abuse.
