Responsibilities and Person Specification:
The Individual Giving Manager is responsible for growing our supporter base through acquisition and initiating and building supporter marketing campaigns, inspiring supporters to help Independent Age improve the lives of older people facing financial hardship.
The Individual Giving Manager will develop acquisition strategies and deliver campaigns across digital and offline channels and demonstrate a supporter-led and evidence approach based on insight and data. You will have digital expertise and show how you work within a test and learn environment. You will create and test new propositions and products for year-round fundraising and develop compelling communications for supporters so that they receive the highest possible standard of stewardship to maximise their value, increase loyalty and mitigate attrition.
The Individual Giving Manager will have significant experience in managing the planning, budget, set-up, delivery and reporting and analysis of integrated multi-channel campaigns that meet and exceed campaign KPI’s. You will manage the content and creative production, ensuring campaign assets are fully aligned with our Brand guidelines.
You will bring an ability to work both proactively and reactively. You must have a passion for, and affinity with, the charity’s cause.

Westway Trust is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Estate Development Manager – to support on planning and construction and the future development of the Estate. You will also be responsible for capital projects, including tendering, management of contract managers, development teams, architects, engineers and contractors.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Knowledge and Experience:

Reporting to the Director of Governance & Risk, you will have responsibility for the Legal & Governance team, with accountability for corporate governance, policies and all aspects of regulatory risk and compliance across the areas where we have a presence. A skilled influencer and people leader, you will ensure our internal team has the right mix of skills and resources needed to deliver on a varied, global remit, balanced with appropriate use of paid external legal advice.
You will:
· Lead the provision of advice on all aspects of corporate governance for MMI and Programme Affiliates, including the set-up and registration of new and existing Mary’s Meals entities.
· Liaise with relevant MMI teams to assess and advise on appropriate litigation strategy.
· Advise and manage legal liability within MMI, including identifying and instructing local counsel.
· Provide legal services to international Programmes and National Affiliates, as required.
· Oversee management of our global trademark portfolio, constitutional advice, and due diligence processes.
· Ensure the Data Protection policy suite reflects current legal requirements, is appropriately reviewed, and staff are adequately trained on requirements.
· Work closely with the Director of Governance & Risk to ensure that potential data breaches are thoroughly investigated, escalated and internally/externally reported as necessary.
· Develop and maintain key strategic partnerships with external legal providers.
· Liaise with relevant MMI and Programme Affiliate teams in relation to the creation and update of key policies and oversee the collation and tracking of all organisational policies, highlighting any gaps.
· Oversee the negotiation, review and drafting of all food, supply and commercial contracts entered into by MMI and Programme Affiliates.
· Lead, develop, coach and inspire high-performing teams, promoting a culture of engagement and empowerment including identifying and implementing opportunities for delegation and development.
Required skills and experience:
· Extensive experience of working as an in-house lawyer at a senior level in an INGO or in another relevant international commercial context.
· Expertise in company/commercial law, contract law and corporate governance law.
· Proven leader and influencer, you will bring relevant experience of implementing policies, projects and change.
· Cultural sensitivity, great communication skills and experience of developing productive relationships and teams in a global organisation.
· Comfortable working at Board level when needed, including drafting reports in a style and format appropriate for presentation to sub-committees or the full Board.

This is a really exciting time to be joining the award-winning Asda Tickled Pink team in a role which is of huge importance to the delivery of the partnership. 2025 and 2026 will be monumental, as we celebrate one of the biggest and longest standing partnerships in the sector, marking £100m raised by 2025 and going big to celebrate our 30th anniversary in 2026. As the day-to-day contact leading on the partnership’s large scale and multifaceted activations, you’re responsible for the £5m annual target. As The King’s Trust International enters its 10th anniversary year and aims to expand its reach, we have an exciting opportunity that will be pivotal in strengthening the finance function for the charity.
You will be working closely with our Senior Head of Finance and existing Finance Executive to provide support to the charity across all aspects of financial management.
With a particular focus on supporting the fundraising teams and income recognition, this role will work closely with fundraising colleagues to record, analyse and accurately forecast income for King’s Trust International and its newly established trading subsidiary. You will lead on all aspects of management accounting for the trading subsidiary and support with the preparation of the financial statements.
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective relationships with all colleagues across the organisation and your excellent planning and organisation skills will enable you to prioritise and multitask in this busy and multifaceted role.
