Blue Light Card Foundation is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to design, develop, and manage integrated marketing strategies that drive new customer acquisition and enhance fundraising growth. As Marketing Manager, you’ll leverage your marketing expertise to create effective campaigns across multiple channels, optimise media planning, and ensure successful outcomes to support the Foundation's fundraising initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact the Foundation’s growth and sustainability, enabling us to further our mission.

What You’ll Do

Develop and manage the Foundation’s brand and creative strategy in conjunction with the CEO and Head of Fundraising

Oversee and administer marketing and communications for the Foundation, including annual plans, message development, campaigns, creative direction, target audiences, timelines, talking points, and other related issues

Spearhead the development, maintenance, and evaluation of marketing and communication materials, including annual reports, publications, videos, events, printed collateral, digital marketing, direct mailings, image development and design, research, and talking points

Manage the Foundation’s strategies to drive successful giving campaigns through corporate supporters, public annual giving vehicles, and special events, including mass participation or community fundraising events, to ensure fundraising goals are achieved

Develop, implement, and monitor project budgets, ensuring compliance with applicable fiscal restraints, analyse data, manage resources effectively, and adjust project budgets and activities to ensure strong fundraising results

Manage the Foundation website and social media channels, developing content and increasing followers to meet overall communication and marketing priorities

Oversee the communications for the Foundation’s donor stewardship programme for annual donors, first-time donors, and corporate partnerships

Manage in-person events, including fundraising events and brand awareness events.

Develop, implement, and monitor the communications plans for grant making, including post-award communications disseminating the impact of our work
What You’ll Bring

Extensive experience in marketing strategy development and execution, particularly in integrated, multi-channel campaigns focused on customer acquisition and fundraising

Proven track record in managing brand identity and creative strategy, including the development of marketing materials such as annual reports, publications, and digital content

Demonstrated experience with digital marketing techniques, including social media management, SEO, email marketing, and online analytics

The Senior Trusts and Foundations Officer is an integral role within our Income and Engagement Team. We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled fundraiser with a passion for securing five and six-figure donations from trusts, foundations and statutory bodies.
The post-holder should be driven to support the work of the charity to continue saving babies’ lives, and supporting bereaved families, and be motivated by our values by being Caring, Reassuring, Driven and Trustworthy in everything they do.

The Churches Conservation Trust (CCT) has an international award-winning reputation in heritage conservation and regeneration for its own estate. For this reason CCT has been contracted to deliver a programme of work for Historic Chapels Trust (HCT). HCT owns and cares for 20 of the most significant Nonconformist and Catholic chapels no longer in regular use by their congregations, all listed at Grade I and Grade II*. Key to the project is management of the assets, funded by the National Heritage Memorial Fund (NHMF) through their Cultural Assets Fund (CAF).
As a member of CCT’s national Conservation team you will be the main point of contact for all chapel maintenance related issues, liaising closely with contractors, local groups and volunteers. Alongside the Conservation Projects Manager for Chapels you will deliver the maintenance programme, including regulatory and legal compliance, as well as deal with utilities and insurance of chapels. 10 of the chapels are in our North region, 6 in our West region and 4 are in our South East region.
You will have previous experience in the field of historic buildings maintenance, repair or property management. You will be an effective communicator, be able to plan and deliver your own workload and also work as part of a team. As you’ll be working at chapels throughout England it is essential you have a full driving licence.

Aquarius is a charity that helps people and communities overcome the harm caused by alcohol, drugs and gambling. We are part of ‘One Recovery Buckinghamshire’ (ORB), a partnership between Inclusion (MPFT NHS Trust), Aquarius, and Build on Belief providing support for alcohol and drug issues across Buckinghamshire.
We are looking for two Complex Needs Practitioners to join our team in Aylesbury. The purpose of the role is to engage people in a variety of interventions, using a person centred approach, empowering them to reduce risk, increase resilience and achieve positive outcomes.
All Complex Needs Practitioners work flexibly across the community and within our multi-agency partnership settings. The caseload will include a mixture of community and multi-agency referral pathways including health and social care. A core part of the role will be working with people and their families to address holistic support needs across all aspects of the person’s wellbeing. This could include diverse work related to knife crime, 5 step family work, exploitation, physical and emotional health as well as substance misuse.
An energetic and confident self-starter, you have a qualification in health/social care, youth and community work (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or above, DipSW, Mental Health Nursing, Counselling, Addiction Studies). Alternatively, we’ll consider candidates with experience of working in the substance misuse field with a commitment to complete NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care. Experience of liaising with voluntary and statutory agencies and health professionals and engaging effectively with clients in a variety of settings is essential. You’ll also need a flexible approach, excellent record keeping and report writing skills and a willingness to work flexibly across the community and within our multi-agency partnership settings, on an outreach basis, with a central hub base at our head office.
This is a permanent full-time role requiring the post holder to work 37 hours per week.

We’re looking for an Events and Community Fundraising Officer to join our team
Salary: £30,000
Base: Central Edinburgh/hybrid
Hours: Full time and permanent. 35 hours a week over core working hours of 10am - 3pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break. The office is open 8am – 6pm daily and our hybrid working policy requires all full-time employees to work at least two days a week in the Edinburgh office.

To coordinate and grow York Mind’s community and events fundraising income through effective networking, event, and volunteer coordination.
This role sits within our Corporate Wellbeing Service team, where you will mainly work alongside our Head of Corporate Wellbeing Services and Corporate Fundraiser, to generate income for the charity through community engagement and events. As part of your role in event coordination, you will be responsible for our fundraising volunteer base, including recruitment and effective utilisation of volunteers at our various events. Flexibility will be key, as some events happen on evenings and weekends. Another important part of this role will be engaging and developing relationships with community supporters. You should have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy getting out and about in the community (eg. sports clubs/community organisations) to grow our supporter base and look after those who we currently work with. Job Description
As the Director of Finance your role will play a key strategic role to the direction of the Finance team and the school in general. You will be involved in optimising processes, identifying new opportunities, developing the long-term strategic plan and ensuring the continuing success of the school. The role holder will be a member of the School's Senior Leadership Team (SLT) , working closely with the Head and the Governors.
The successful candidate will also oversee either the IT or HR team as part of their remit.
The Director of Finance is responsible for ensuring that the School has the financial resources needed to deliver an excellent education to its pupils. The role involves close daily support to the Head, providing timely financial insights for strategic and operational decisions.
Additionally, as Clerk to the Governors, the Director will work closely with the board, delivering financial forecasts to guide strategic planning and reporting on the School's financial performance.
Duties of the role include:
- Leading sustainable Finance strategies, and either Human Resources or IT strategies, aligning them with the School's Strategic Plan
- Building strong relationships and partnerships to support strategic priorities
- Implementing robust policies, procedures and systems for the Finance team and either the Human Resources or IT team
- Establishing a management information framework for strategic decision-making
- Benchmarking performance against other organisations to drive improvement

The Successful Applicant

Responsibilities
- Contribute to laying the foundations for a new Young Lives (YL) Research Hub on Climate Change and Environmental Shocks.
- Support the Deputy Director to deliver the YL Policy Influencing Strategy and key research-to-policy outputs across the YL programme, including key messages, policy briefs, impact case studies, blogs and other policy focused materials relating to YL research themes. Key themes include education and skills, employment, health & wellbeing and family lives, with a specific focus on the crosscutting impacts of climate change and environmental shocks, poverty and inequalities.
- Track and analyse international and national policy debates, with a specific focus on the impact of poverty, inequalities and climate change on young people in low- and middle-income (LMICs) countries, including the disproportionate effects on girls and women.
- Proactively engage and build relationships with key international policy stakeholders working on the impacts of poverty, inequalities and climate change in LMICs, including policy influencers and practitioners (e.g. governments, donors and civil society), research-to-policy networks and researchers.
- Work closely with the Deputy Director and YL Country Directors to identify opportunities to influence policy debates both internationally and in the four study countries and provide technical support in developing research-to-policy engagement plans.
- Work closely with the YL Head of Communications to ensure research findings and related policy implications are effectively disseminated for maximum impact, including through website and social media, webinars, conferences, policy events and meetings to encourage the maximum uptake and impact of Young Lives evidence. Represent Young Lives at external events and meetings where necessary.

- Proven track record of contributing to high-quality policy-related publications, including policy briefs and blogs. Significant experience of using research evidence to engage with policy and practice.
- Broad knowledge of relevant international policy and practice debates including the cross-cutting impacts of climate change, poverty and inequalities on young people in LMICs.
- Excellent analytical skills, able to synthesise and distil key messages from a wide range of technical academic research and policy reports.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to write quickly for publication, tailor communications to different audiences for maximum user access and impact, and experience of presenting at external events and high-profile meetings.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a large team as well as independently, to prioritise tasks, to manage multiple demands and to work to deadlines.

Job purpose:
The Website Content Manager will lead on the content strategy for our new and improved website - delivering engaging content which inspires our audiences to take action from praying to donating in order for Muslim Hands to continue it’s lifesaving work. The Website Manager will have oversight of all pages, from blogs to appeals, responsible for optimising our each for SEO and CRO.
Main responsibilities:
- Produce and publish new pages from appeals to blogs in line with the organisation’s needs – this includes copywriting and liaising with designers for creative.
- Create and deliver the website content strategy inline with our key fundraising touchpoints – delivering an approach which puts the audience at the centre of our plans.
- Lead on our SEO strategy in partnership with our agency to deliver SEO audits, SEO driven blogs and to improve our overall website ranking.
- Lead on creating and delivering our conversion rate optimisation strategy.
- Deliver a test plan of website content which optimises the user experience.
- Create, update and audit website pages in line with the orgs needs. Including copy, creative, landing pages, functions, journeys in line with our brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the external developers to suggest new features we’d like to test in terms of the site’s functionality.
- Communicate website updates to the wider organisation.
- Lead on reporting for organic search, SEO and CRO metrics on a weekly and monthly basis – sharing with SLT.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to provide optimal user journeys to improve our fundraising and retention efforts.
