As Systems Accountant, you’ll:
- lead on the development and enhancement of Unit 4 ERPx, functioning as system administration and SUPER-user,
- work closely with various internal stakeholders (particularly the IT team) to ensure integration between existing systems and Unit 4 ERPx, building strong relationships with leaders to ensure the system meets requirements,

THE ROLE
The Fundraising Officer/s will be responsible for planning, co-ordinating, and executing all fundraising activities and initiatives. The role requires the development and implementation of strategies to maximise donations and enhance donor relationships, in alignment with Islamic Help’s fundraising strategy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In collaboration with the Fundraising Manager/Head of Fundraising, to identify specific programmes and funding priorities, and organise targeted fundraising campaigns.
- Monitor donor funding trends and priorities and communicate this information to the Fundraising Manager/Head of Fundraising to ensure alignment with Islamic Help’s objectives.
- Plan and co-ordinate fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives such as tours, treks, lectures, and dinners.
- Recruit, engage, and train volunteers to support fundraising activities and events.
- Track, monitor, and process pledges made by colleagues at events, ensuring records are regularly updated.
- Monitor online donations and activities, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring relevant departments and donors are informed.
- Create promotional materials to support fundraising activities, including merchandise, banners, and other marketing collateral.

About the Role

What’s your mission?
Ada is seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and maintaining partnerships with employers to support the growth and success of our apprenticeship programmes.

Driving New Business Growth:
- Identify and nurture growth opportunities for new employer partnerships through thorough desk research and strategic outreach efforts, ultimately increasing the team’s conversion rate through targeted appointment generation.
Promotional Activities:
- Represent Ada at internal and external networking events, leveraging opportunities to expand our influence and strengthen our partnerships.
- Respond to incoming enquiries from potential employers and contribute to proposal writing.

- Drive customer (employer partner) success through rigorous reporting of cohort progress and swiftly resolving any issues in collaboration with Ada skills coaches, academic and operational teams.
Partner Onboarding:
- Streamline the onboarding process for employer partners, ensuring seamless execution of contracts and compliance with ESFA funding rules, while providing continuous support and communication until completion.

Job Purpose

As our Alumni Relations Lead you will:
- Develop and maintain an ongoing dialogue with our alumni community through focus groups and research to reach a clear understanding of what they want and need from us, including the differences between Sixth Form and apprentice alumni.
- Undertake regular data collection cycles to track the current employment and needs of our current and future alumni. This will include but is not limited to using surveys and research. Develop a systematic approach to holding data (including data protection) and CRM.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced mental health professional or therpaist to join our small team in Newcastle to support men in suicidal crisis. Our Newcastle centre opened in November and we need to recruit to expand our small of therpaists team to meet the growing needs of our service.
We will work with you and train you to develop your therapeutic skills to offer our semi-structured psychologically informed intervention. You will support the centre user and their supporter(s) to recover from the suicidal crisis and maintain their safety.
The Charity
James’ Place exists to stop men dying by suicide. We opened our first centre in 2018 in Liverpool, the first of its kind in the UK, in 2022 we launched our second centre in London, and this year we opened our third centre in Newcastle. To date, we have supported over 2,300 men. James’ Place is a therapy centre for men who are experiencing a suicidal crisis, and it was set up to make the experience of finding help as easy as possible. It offers men a brief, intensive, therapeutic intervention in a safe environment. Men who walk through the door at James’ Place will be in a space where they feel valued and respected.

THE ROLE
The Fundraising Officer will be responsible for planning, co-ordinating, and executing all fundraising activities and initiatives. The role requires the development and implementation of strategies to maximise donations and enhance donor relationships, in alignment with Islamic Help’s fundraising strategy.
