The role
Breast Cancer Now have transformed our digital offering over the last couple of years to create a unified, supportive and inclusive experience for those who want to know more about breast cancer and access vital support services.
We’re looking for a digital product manager who will oversee all aspects of the product lifecycle - managing the backlog for new product developments and cycles of continuous improvement across our flagship products and services. You’ll work collaboratively across the charity and beyond to ensure priorities are centred on the needs of individuals affected by breast cancer and contribute to achieving the overarching strategic goals of our charity.
About you
You’ll have proven experience successfully managing digital products, ideally in a not-for-profit environment. You’ll be a clear, compelling communicator, capable of building strong stakeholder relationships and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
With a deep understanding of user-centred design principles, you’ll draw on user insight and organisational strategy to shape priorities and measures of success. You’ll have experience applying product development best practices to shape discovery and deliver against a strategic roadmap and backlog, ideally in partnership with specialist external providers.

About the role
The principal responsibility will be to support our ambition to become a best practice national body and an employer of choice, responsible for the day-to-day management of the HR function within Emmaus UK, as well as the development of our approach to in-house learning and delivery of our new People & EDI Strategy.
The role will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources at Emmaus UK, overseeing the whole employee lifecycle, from recruitment and induction processes to offboarding and exit interviews.
The postholder will oversee HR processes, reviewing their effectiveness and identifying and embedding improvements to improve the employee experience.
Working with the Director of Resources, the role will be central to the delivery of the strategic objectives with an HR focus, while taking responsibility for the operational HR function to ensure a positive and supportive working environment for the staff team.

The newly created role of HR Manager will sit within the Resources directorate, to support the delivery of key charity and federation-wide objectives, as part of our mission to empower people affected by homelessness and poverty to change their lives for the better while using our voice to achieve social change.

Working Conditions

At Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, we care for children and young people whose lives are just too short. Our aim is to reach every family that needs our help and to offer them the very best choice of care. Did you know that every year we need to raise £6.5m to keep our doors open and only around 16% of our income comes from government sources, the rest has to be raised through fundraising activity.
Our services include short overnight stays and community breaks at home or in the hospice. The Role
As our Filming and Events Manager, you will manage filming and photography activities across our parks and green spaces.
Overseeing the filming office, you will handle inquiries, contracts and permits, whilst managing logistics and liaising with production teams and local stakeholders to ensure compliance with park regulations.

Project management
• Support GNUK’s fundraising team to prepare funding proposals for UK and overseas projects.

Join Operation Smile UK as our Senior Acquisition Manager and make a difference in the lives of children. We're searching for a fundraising professional with experience in acquiring new donors through a variety of fundraising channels including Door to Door (F2F), digital fundraising, DRTV, cold mailing and door drops. Operation Smile is a global nonprofit specialising in cleft surgery and care. We provide medical training, education and mentorship to surgical teams around the world, along with expertise, research and care through our staff and volunteers, working alongside local governments, nonprofits and health systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive recruitment of regular givers and cash givers to grow income and supporter volumes, in a multi-channel programme including Door to Door (F2F), digital fundraising channels, DRTV, cold mailing and door drops.

Reporting to the Head of Talent and Leadership Development, we are looking for a customer-focused, organised, forward thinking and creative Programme Manager to join us and drive our mission of cross-sector collaboration.

As leaders second in and out of organisation's, so too does knowledge sharing and porosity which enables strong decision making and improved collaboration. You will be responsible for managing the Charity Next Secondment Programme ( a collaborative partnership between the Civil Service Fast Stream and Charities, Not for Profit's and Academia) working collaboratively to maximise secondment engagement between the sectors. You will also manage inwards secondments to member organisations as well as working on and developing new concepts, programmes and solutions to maximise porosity and knowledge sharing. You will work closely with other departments and the wider team to develop and increase both the volume and impact of secondment initiatives. You will do this by leveraging your data-driven and research approach as well as evidencing your strong relationship and stakeholder development skills.
What we’re looking for:
- Prior experience as a programme manager, project manager or similar, client-facing role with a demonstrable track record of excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in internal and external stakeholder management and proven ability to build rapport and liaise with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering successful and effective business development strategies - with strong outcomes.
- A successful track record of using CRM systems (a plus if it's Dynamics!), Microsoft Forms, and other software applications to help aid decision making, keep on track of KPIs and to ensure strong project management and outcomes.
- Demonstrable aptitude in managing administration and processes including the signing of secondment agreements, onboarding meetings, feedback cycles and regular communication strategies.

What do some of the main role responsibilities look like?

The Clink Charity has been at the forefront of offender rehabilitation since 2010 and has developed award winning training programs which have provided second chances to the most vulnerable in society whilst achieving superb results in rehabilitation and reduction in numbers of reoffending.
The Role:
Reporting to the CEO, the role will be responsible for managing all commercial and business functions for the Charity, (excluding Clink Events, our social enterprise which has its own business development function).
This is a newly appointed position within the management team and is an exciting opportunity for a strong commercial manager who has previous experience managing office infrastructure, bids, contracts, business relationships and funding. Commercial & Business Development:
