To work alongside the Donor Development & Legacies Lead (DDLL) to help develop MSF’s donor development strategy to increase the lifetime value (LTV) of MSF UK supporters, by enhancing their knowledge and understanding of humanitarian action and their awareness of the importance of their own support to MSF. The DD&LL is accountable for the delivery of the full DD&L strategy and has personal responsibility for implementing the mid-value and legacies work programs.
The SDM is responsible for delivering MSF’s supporter development program, overseeing all communications to warm donors (under £10k), focusing on building relationships with individual supporters and developing other warm audiences to increase their financial contribution and loyalty.

As Senior Fundraising Lead you will be Baobab’s key fundraiser and a self-starter with experience of working in a small or medium sized charity. The role
You’ll be key to delivering our corporate partnerships income strategy, identifying and driving vital new business as well retaining longer term support from priority sectors. As Corporate Partnerships Manager you will be responsible for driving income growth and leveraging Ovarian Cancer Action’s increasing levels of brand awareness and creating compelling, mutually beneficial partnerships. To achieve this, you’ll need to find innovative ways to engage businesses and identify opportunities to maximise income from the relevant sectors.

We are looking for a New Partnerships Specialist to join the team with a focus on retail and FMCG partnerships. You'll be a proactive, self-driven and motivated sales professional with experience working in a target led sales environment to secure high value partnerships. With support from our research ops team, you will be responsible for your own pipeline, using sector knowledge and networking to build long term loyalty and secure 6 figure plus deals with some of the UKs biggest retailers.

What will I be doing?
Define and implement a strategy to secure new large scale partnerships for Cancer Research UK, maximising the income and further value potential in the defined sectors and aligning with the strategic aims of CRUK
Using your specialist acquisition skills and sector knowledge, commercial acumen and through excellent relationship building you will be accountable for the development and management of a pipeline of high value prospects which present opportunity to deliver high value partnerships (6 figures plus)
Build understanding of CRUK's priorities and existing activities in the sector specific area, working in collaboration with Policy & Information, Research & Innovation (as necessary) to identify potential funding opportunities
Build and utilise a strong CRUK network and work closely with key stakeholders across all levels of the charity to gather insights and identify opportunities
Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the CRUK products and assets which are available and identify which align best with the motivations of your prospects
Be the CRUK specialist in the industry sector and build your knowledge of the sector to a high and comprehensive standard which drives results
What are you looking for?
Extensive experience of successfully working in a target led sales environment to secure high value deals/ partnerships
Significant knowledge and understanding of the retail and FMCG sector, with a proven record of building successful relationships that generate income opportunities would be beneficial but isn't essential

Key Responsibilities:

- Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of our website, including content updates, performance optimisation, and bug fixes. Collaborate with external agencies to evaluate website performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
- Webinar Programme Management: Develop and manage the webinar schedule in collaboration with marketing and wellbeing teams. Ensure brand consistency in presentations and set up webinars across multiple platforms. Handle post-production tasks, including video editing and reporting on webinar data for insights and improvements.
- Audiences and Innovation: Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Work with internal teams to develop audience surveys and incorporate user research into digital projects.
Essential Criteria:
- Strong project management experience, especially in coordinating or managing digital projects from start to finish.
- Proven experience managing websites, ideally using WordPress or Drupal.
- Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Google Marketing Suite (GA, Looker Studio) and an understanding of SEO and UX/UI principles.
Desirable Skills:

About the role
The newly-created role of Digital Content & Campaigns Manager will sit within the National Communications Team to support the delivery of key charity and federation-wide objectives.
As part of our mission to empower people affected by homelessness and poverty, the role will work to harness the potential of multimedia content to demonstrate the breadth of our activities and impact, but also raise the voices of people who have experienced homelessness
The role will be instrumental in the implementation of an evolved Emmaus brand language and visuals across websites, social media and other digital channels, and will work to embed measurement and monitoring processes to grow our reach.
Working with the National Communications Manager, the role will be central to the delivery of communications, fundraising and influence objectives with a strategic focus, while being hands-on in delivering standout content.
