We are looking for an enthusiastic HR and Office Administrator with great people skills to be a part of our core Head Office team.

The successful candidate will be willing to get involved in all aspects of our work and thrive in a role engaging with staff all over the country and supporting great internal communications. 

Working closely with our CEO and Senior Management Team, a key part of the role is ensuring that we have effective organisational governance, contracting and HR systems in place. You will also support all aspects of HR, working with our HR Advisor to support recruitment processes, staff checks, induction, and development for our staff team.

The successful applicant will have excellent people skills, the ability to develop and maintain administrative organisational systems, and be happy getting involved in a range of different work. Experience of the charity sector, and experience of supporting HR, would be an asset but are not essential. 

Working days are flexible but likely to require Wednesdays.

Liberty is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to undertake a number of interesting short-term projects for a fixed term of 12 months to improve the efficiency of its operations.  The Infrastructure Manager will work closely with the Head of HR & Operations, Finance and Operations Director and external contacts to critically review several support systems and databases and recommend improved infrastructure at Liberty.

The successful candidate must have experience of having specified, sourced and implemented new database solutions in other organisations and a familiarity with a variety of monitoring, learning and evaluation frameworks, concepts, practices and procedures. An excellent project manager with experience of delivering projects to budget and on time and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, motivating them through change, the successful candidate will be energised by delivering concurrent projects at pace.

Our Spokesperson Network constitutes a network of media savvy spokespeople, who have direct experience of social injustices. Developed collaboratively with a network of leaders with lived experience, it aims to diversify the voices we hear in the media and make it more representative of the society we live in. Members of our network have spoken on all the major news outlets from BBC Newsnight, BBC Radio Four, ITV News, to the Times, the Guardian, places where they can reach audiences of millions and have influenced documentaries and a storyline for a high profile drama. They’ve become part of policy and advisory conversations: APPGs (All Party Parliamentary Groups), Governmental select committees, speaking at Party Conferences and joining advisory panels.

Our work additionally seeks to support the wider charity sector to develop and amplify lived experience stories and expertise themselves. Role Overview

• You will be responsible for the operational delivery of on-air fundraising appeals, including briefing documents, promotional materials, and donation incentives.
• You will review and implement the use of impact audio from on-air appeals, coach presenters during appeals, and manage the On-Air Testimony Producer who secures live donor calls.
• You will be a key contributor to Premier’s on-air fundraising programme, overseeing monthly on-air fundraising messaging, script writing, production, and traffic scheduling.
• You will contribute ideas for capturing audience data and oversee the execution of on-air data capture campaigns.

TLP receives 750 new referrals every month and will provide support to 8000 people struggling with suicidal feelings this year. • Leading on day-to-day account management and content creation for organic and paid activity on TLP social media channels.
