This role is an expansion of our employment pathway and will be our first dedicated employment coach for our students.
PiP has developed a unique reputation for our experience and quality of employment support for adults with learning disabilities. This has led to an increased number of referrals with a focus on employment, an expansion of our in-house social enterprise capacity, and more employers keen to work alongside us to diversify their staff base.
PiP is keen to respond to and meet this demand. This role for us is the next step in doing so, allowing us to increase our job coaching capacity and providing more dedicated resource for students on their employment journey. As to date our coaching has been delivered across our existing staff team.

What You’ll Need

What We Offer:
· The salary for this role is circa £29,500 dependent on experience with incremental pay progression.
You'll get 25 days holiday + bank holidays ever year. We're closed for Christmas but the rest of the year you may take leave whenever you wish.

About the role
We are seeking an Impact and Evaluation Senior Officer, working with the Impact and Evaluation Manager, Director of Partnerships and Federation Development and with federation members.The role will be central to the delivery of strategic commitment to work together to record, study, continuously improve and broadcast our collective impact.
It’s an exciting time for the Emmaus Federation as we roll out a new In-Form (salesforce) CRM system and interlinked Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Framework.
The role will play a crucial part in implementing, gathering feedback and developing new systems and tools to be utilised by Emmaus communities.
The role will be varied in nature, one day might involve conducting interviews with people experiencing homelessness, then next providing support to a member of staff to improve a communities MEL practice, the following day might involve analysing a data set and writing a briefing paper.
Who are we looking for?
The Impact and Evaluation Senior Officer will play a key role in supporting the Emmaus federation to understand and demonstrates the impact of our work.
The ideal candidate will have strong theoretical and practical evaluation skills coupled with the people skills to make this work accessible to a range of stakeholders.
They will need to be comfortable working as part of a remote team and able to travel to Emmaus communities across the UK to work with staff and companions.

As Database Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in importing and reconciling donation data from various sources into the Raiser’s Edge system, managing regular gift administration, and maintaining data quality and GDPR compliance. You will also support the fundraising team by generating data selections for appeals, providing reports on fundraising performance, and offering training on data processes to colleagues. Your work will directly impact the charity’s ability to connect with donors and drive fundraising initiatives, helping them continue their vital work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Donation Processing: Importing and reconciling donation data from various sources into the Raiser’s Edge system, ensuring timely and accurate income processing.
- Database Maintenance: Maintaining the quality and integrity of the database, including GDPR compliance, updating consent records, and consolidating duplicate entries.
- Support for Fundraising Teams: Providing data selections, reports, and support to fundraising teams for campaigns and donor communications.
- Collaboration with Finance: Working closely with the finance team to reconcile gift income and manage Gift Aid claims.

The Lead of Grants and Programmes plays an integral role within the team to deliver impact to tens of thousands of dogs and cats around the world. The Lead will manage the team of expert grant managers, guiding and empowering them to achieve impact.
The Lead will oversee several portfolios of work within the grants and programmes function at Battersea, as we expand our work to impact more dogs and cats. Over the coming five years, it is planned that the size and complexity of grant making, and other forms of programming will grow, including the establishment of several multi-year programmes in the UK and abroad.
This is a senior role within the Grants and Programmes team in the Global Programmes Directorate, requiring excellent experience of people management, impact measurement, good grant making practice and implementing strategic programmes.
The successful postholder should be comfortable empowering others, taking a coaching approach to team management and in supporting the team to shape proposals and portfolios of work to advance the collective interests of a team. The Daniel Spargo-Mabbs Foundation is a drug and alcohol education charity, founded by Fiona and Tim Spargo-Mabbs in 2014 in response to the death of their 16-year-old son Dan having taken ecstasy. Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities
The Senior Programme Development Specialist will work on complex and major bids, often on multimillion consortia, commercial contracts and multi-country partnerships, and will be expected to take a high degree of responsibility for developing successful bids including negotiations with internal and external partners.

You will work closely with technical advisory teams, country offices, finance colleagues, and other partners in order to deliver winning bids, which showcase CARE’s programme innovation and deliver impact as well as ensuring adequate cost recovery for CIUK.
