Interested in managing the CRM database of an International Development Charity? You will help deliver continuous improvement to the CRM system and data quality within it. The Role
We have recently launched our new CRM based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, and are looking for a CRM Manager to join an end user Charity in Central London. The Charity has a direct front end CRM user base of around 30 staff. It also has a power platforms bespoke portal for between 64-120 regional staff to login to, who contribute to the membership programme, creating new memberships and managing the renewals process which happens each year. It also has a power portals Donation portal which directly integrates to Dynamics 365 and Business central. This role is to support our internal staff (30) and external Staff (120) with the day to day activities ensuring business processes are fit for purpose and seek out possible improvements in the long term roadmap.
Key Functional Areas
- Data architecture– Lead on the review and structure of data on CRM.
- Systems Governance - Ensuring system best practices are followed, producing dashboards to identify common errors to follow up with users offering tailored training for common issues.
- Training and Support - training of new members, ongoing training and refreshing areas where common issues are found in regular training sessions all staff and portal users can attend.
- Information Governance and Data Protection - Ensuring data is kept up to date and added in the correct formats and standards. Leading on data compliance and legalisation for the charity

Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern
This role will be based at our Head Office in central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

Key responsibilities:
· Project leadership: Plan, manage and evaluate international development projects (25–40% travel)
· Cross‑functional collaboration: Align programmes with events and membership activities; partner with marketing, finance and HR
· Fundraising and reporting: Draft grant applications; compile narrative and financial reports to funders
· Risk and compliance: Conduct risk assessments; ensure adherence to internal policies and donor regulations
· Communications: Develop project updates; represent World Physiotherapy at global forums
Requirements:
· Degree in public health, international development, social sciences or related field; project management qualification desirable
· 5+ years’ experience managing international development or capacity‑building projects
· Strong grant‑writing, report‑writing and stakeholder‑management skills
· Proven ability to multi‑task, work under pressure and drive cross‑team collaboration
· Familiarity with donor compliance, risk management and low‑resource contexts
· Fluent English; additional language (eg French, Spanish) a plus

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Programmes Manager to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of our international programs. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with extensive programme management experience and a deep commitment to our mission.
The Senior Programmes Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our programmes are effectively designed and delivered, meet the needs of the communities and animals we serve, and align with our organizational strategy and donor expectations.
Positioned within the Global Programmes Department the role will involve close collaboration across teams in both the Global Support Office and our implementing partners.

About this role
At SPANA, we support a network of global partners working through both a short- term small grants and long- term programmes – known as our Senior Partners. Senior Partners represent key strategic investments in our mission to enhance working animal welfare. Criteria

Experience of DRTV is required, with an understanding of individual giving fundraising KPIs, including in relation to: DRTV, print, telemarketing, email and landing pages. You will be confident working with data with attention to detail and accuracy, from briefing data criteria for emails to using excel to review and share results. You will also be able to engage wider stakeholders in our acquisition testing plan development, providing clear regular communication to update on progress and learnings. Most importantly, you’ll be keen to deliver insight and audience-led, best in class fundraising campaigns to help Brooke realise an ambitious acquisition growth programme. `
