Working requirements, salary & benefits

• Salary between £22,000 and £24,000 dependant on location and experience, plus pension scheme
• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm. 28 days annual leave (including Christmas gift days)
• One year fixed term contract; we aim to support all Graduate coaches to progress to other roles with us after this initial year, with development towards management level within 3 years.

• For most centres there is a requirement to become part of the partner church congregation, and you will be expected to participate in church team events as well as wider Resurgo team events, including weekly staff prayer meetings and annual staff conferences in summer and winter (one residential)

A wide-ranging and rewarding role, the Director of The William Morris Society and Museum is responsible for leading the strategic direction, operational management, and financial sustainability of the charity. The National Youth and Children’s Brass Bands of Great Britain are the UK’s leading brass bands for children and teenagers.

We provide gifted young brass players and percussionists with opportunities for advanced music performance, musicianship development, leadership enhancement, and musical horizons expansion.

We are looking for a Management Accountant to join the National Theatre Finance Team on a 6 month contract.

Purpose of the role:

The purpose of this role is to provide management accounting support for the National Theatre and to assist the Management Accountant in providing quality financial reporting to Producing and Production stakeholders. The post-holder will work closely with finance colleagues and key stakeholders providing timely and accurate information.

The successful candidate will have the following: 

• The post holder must be part-qualified in a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or be qualified by experience.

Main purpose of the role:

The Deputy Service Coordinator splits their time between the office organising rotas, liaising with families, social services, and health care professionals, and providing a minimum of 20 hours a week of direct support, as well as one weekend a month on the rota, depending on the needs of the service. 

The role requires the postholder to take responsibility for being on call between the leadership team. There is an additional payment for on-call duty. 

You will deputise for and support the Service Coordinator in leading and managing a community group comprising of a range of services for people with a learning disability and a team of support assistants. 

The Deputy Service Coordinator supports the Service Coordinator in creating Community and leading the service delivery within the group in line with their values and standards and the requirements of the Care Quality Commission [CQC].

Key essential criteria:

- Openness to work with, and grow in relationship with, people with and without learning disabilities, and get to know their community life.
- Substantial experience of developing and implementing person centred and self-directed support for people with a learning disability.
- An ability to understand the value of faith based service provision and to articulate it to others outside of the organisation.
- Evidence of relevant continuing professional development.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel. 
- Organisational skills to support the creation and management of service schedules.

The Head of Finance & Corporate Services role offers the opportunity to join a young and growing registered charity at an exciting point in its evolution, and to help lead on establishing Crystal Palace Park as an exemplar in urban park management, community-led regeneration, and cultural and heritage programming.

We are looking for a qualified finance professional to join our friendly team in the post of Head of Finance & Corporate Services as we develop our systems, infrastructure, and income streams to secure our long-term sustainability. Central to the success of our strategy is an efficient finance function providing timely management information and strong financial controls.

You will be an astute finance professional who is able to provide sound financial advice as well having a strong grip on day-to-day financial operations. You will also ideally have experience of HR, IT, and administrative functions, and will assume company secretary responsibilities, enjoying direct liaison with our Board of Trustees.

The Head of Development will support Matthew Bourne’s artistic vision by leading on the development and delivery of the New Adventures Fundraising Strategy to maximise voluntary income, particularly through Trusts and Foundations and Major Gifts. The post holder will work proactively to identify, cultivate engage and maintain excellent relationships with new and current donors and supporters as well as supporting the cultivation and stewardship of Corporate Supporters.

We are looking for someone to join our Public Fundraising Team as a Senior Challenge & Public Events Officer, to independently manage and have overall responsibility for leading on the planning and delivery of a pilot bespoke running event happening in May 2025. 

The ideal candidate will have experience of project managing large-scale events with exceptional organisational skills; developing multi-channel marketing plans; developing and delivering complex stewardship journeys, and have strong relationship management skills. 

Please note that this is an 8-month opportunity, of 21 hours per week. Due to the time-sensitive nature of planning this event, we are looking to have someone in post by mid-October. Please take this into consideration when submitting your application.

We are looking for a people focused Workforce Development & Training Officer with great organisational and coordination skills to join us here at the Royal College of Radiologists (RCR).

Sitting in a high performing team of five the Workforce Development & Training Officers will work together to deliver all aspects of the team’s operational work which achieves the objective of growing the workforce in our specialties, clinical oncology and clinical radiology. In this broad role you will encompass supporting both trainees and their trainers through their programmes. You will be self-motivated, able to build your expertise in the relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks within which they operate and apply that expertise across a wide portfolio of activity. As new initiatives evolve and become business as usual, the work of operations will evolve.

What you’ll do:

• Provide tailored advice on all matters that might affect a trainee’s status and training time using expertise in the regulatory frameworks associated with specialty training in the UK.
• Proactively work with WDTO colleagues to ensure trainees and trainers are adequately supported.
• Review and prepare CESR and MTI applications for assessment by the specialist committee.
• Manage and deliver the Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) recommendation process.
• Provide a timely, customer-focussed and responsive service.

What you’ll need:

• Detailed understanding (or the ability to rapidly acquire it) of UK legislation and GMC regulations and procedures in relation to entry to GMC registers and the right to work in the UK.
• Ability to understand, interpret and advise on legislation, external processes and complex documentation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues.
• Strong team player able to work collaboratively to meet team goals.

About Future Frontiers

At Future Frontiers, we support young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to realise their potential at school and achieve post-16 qualifications that build towards secure, fulfilling employment.

In partnership with schools, businesses and supporters, we deliver an evidence-based programme of career coaching and 1:1 guidance for young people when they are in Year 10 and 11. This year, we are working with 3,000 young people across Greater London.

About the role

A colleague in the Operations team will be taking maternity leave from late 2024 for approximately 10 months. We are looking for a new team member to join us in late November for a period of handover with the current Finance and Operations Officer, and then to support the Director of Operations during our colleague’s maternity leave. 

Key focus areas will be finance and bookkeeping using Xero software, HR support, basic IT management and charity and company administration.

This role provides the chance for an experienced Xero user to develop a greater understanding and knowledge of charity and company management across finance, HR, IT, operations, office management and administration in a friendly and supportive environment, with personal and professional development at its heart.
