You will work within an ambitious and passionate digital team and across the organisation to develop our holistic digital strategy through the oversight and management of digital channels, plans, and schedules, and by implementing the plans as well as empowering the teams to manage their own digital campaigns.

Reporting to the Director of Finance and supported by an experienced part-time Bid Writer you will be lead on the development and implementation of the income generation strategy for bids, primarily from Trusts and Foundations. About the Role:

The role of Fundraising Advisor will be vital in resource gathering; they will support parishes, schools

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, in collaboration with the respective Programme Managers for each diocese, on seeking
funding sources to continue NZC implementation during and beyond the current funding period.
• Manage funding opportunities tracker for each area of de-carbonisation; these include churches,
schools & houses.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key funders.
• Research charitable trusts and foundations whose criteria match the NZC aims and activities to
identify potential funding opportunities.
• Promote potential funding sources throughout both Dioceses.
• Support respective Communications teams in the telling of ‘good news stories’ involving the

As a Community Fundraising Officer, you'll take the lead on building community connections, inspiring local businesses, schools, and community organisations to support the charity mission. You’ll work on exciting events like the Royal Parks Half Marathon and Brighton Marathon, guiding and supporting families, volunteers, and third-party fundraisers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with local communities, businesses, and supporters.
- Provide a positive, sensitive supporter journey for all involved in the charity mission.
- Recruit and inspire volunteers to participate in third-party events.
- Collaborate with the wider fundraising, communications, and marketing teams.
- Spearhead supermarket charity initiatives, including writing and submitting applications to secure essential funding.
About You
You have experience in community fundraising and know how to build genuine connections. You’re equally comfortable supporting families who wish to fundraise as you are giving presentations to students or potential volunteers. With strong interpersonal skills and a knack for organisation, you’re proactive, target-driven, and ready to innovate to expand our reach.

Are you interested in developing your career as Deputy Head of Fundraising with the wonderful educational charity Ark? This charity seeks to ensure that all children regardless of their background have access to a great education and real choices in life.
This role will support the Head of Fundraising in leading the team responsible for securing donations from HNWIs, Charitable Trusts and corporate partners, to help to deliver activity across Ark schools and its range of ventures. As Deputy Head of Fundraising, you will develop and implement fundraising initiatives, working creatively to build new relationships and establish current and new sources of income, particularly with new corporate partners. You will also manage a number of longstanding relationships with HNWI’s who have made significant donations to Ark, as well as support the new business prospect research of HNWIs and companies, delivering an engagement programme of stewardship activity.
To be successful in the role of Senior Major Giving Manager, you will need:
- Proven experience of leading high value fundraising bids (ideally trusts and foundations/corporates as well as HNWI), and in managing a team.
- Evidence of developing new business prospects into substantial donation
- Ability to write inspiring, accurate reports with up-to-date information from colleagues/sources for funders
Salary: £54,000–£60,000
