We are looking for a Regional Development Executive to join our London-based team, The Citizens Foundation (UK). The Regional Development Executive will work closely with the CEO to develop the regional fundraising strategy and ensure it is delivered effectively. He or she will play a pivotal role in developing and managing strong relationships with existing and new supporters, with the aim of increasing TCF-UK’s funding and brand awareness on a regional level. Responsibilities
· Develop and execute an annual development plan and budget, focused on identifying and building new groups of supporters (“chapters”) across cities as per the strategy and priority of TCF-UK.
· Achieve fundraising targets, while adhering to the fundraising budget, and thereby delivering a high rate on investment.
· Develop a programme of fundraising activities and initiatives, with the aim of growing regional income for TCF.
· Research, identify and network with key individuals in groups in the community who will support fundraising events and activities.
· Recruit, manage and support fundraising volunteers and supporters.
· Provide support and guidance to groups and individuals in the community who are fundraising on behalf of TCF.
· Manage and grow the portfolio of existing and potential HNWI’s in the assigned region, ensuring that all donors receive highest possible care.
· Attend, promote and raise funds for TCF-UK at events organised by TCF supporters or other organisations.
· Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders (media agencies, journalists etc.) and leverage these to drive awareness about TCF.
· Ensure all fundraising activities comply with TCF’s guidelines as well as the statutory guidelines.
· Provide timely reports to the CEO and the Board on progress of all fundraising activities.
· Ensure donor, stakeholder and volunteer data is accurately captured and managed in the CRM.

· Bachelors degree

The role of Finance Manager
The Finance Manager will oversee the finance operations and lead on the preparation of management accounts, budgets, funding requests and internal and external reporting. Overall Duties of the Commercial Bid Writer & Fundraiser will include:
- Taking the lead in identifying, coordinating, and managing tendering opportunities, processes, and contracts for TACT.

Interim Head of Fundraising (18 month fixed term contract)
Youth Options are looking for an interim head of fundraising to join our Senior Management Team and help us to continue to support children and young people
The role is offered on a fixed term contract part time basis with flexible, hybrid home and office working arrangements from our Head Office in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
Your role will be to oversee the implementation of the fundraising strategy, working in collaboration with the CEO and Senior Management Team to build on existing income streams and develop effective plans to secure long-term sustainable grant and non grant fundraising.
You will manage the fundraising team which consists of community fundraiser, corporate fundraiser and grants officer, supporting them to develop clear strategies to meet our ambitious fundraising targets. Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust (ACT) is the dedicated NHS hospital charity for Cambridge University Hospitals, also fondly known locally as Addenbrooke’s. The Charity works to fund projects and facilities that are beyond the boundaries of the NHS to achieve the highest possible standards and outcomes in patient experience, clinical care, research and education - helping to find potential cures and save lives locally, nationally and worldwide.
Addenbrooke’s has embarked on a bold journey of transformation. As part of this, two brand-new hospitals will be built: the Cambridge Cancer Research Hospital and the Cambridge Children’s Hospital. These two specialist hospitals are being designed with patients at their heart and will combine first-class clinical expertise with world-class biomedical research to transform care for cancer patients and children regionally, nationally and internationally.
To make this vision a reality, ACT has embarked upon two ambitious multi-year, multi-million pound philanthropic campaigns to support the development of these two new hospitals. It is rare to have one project with an ambition of this kind, and so for two to be built at the same time, no stone must be left unturned and the Charity are looking for two ambitious new fundraisers who shares a passion for their cause, one with a focus on individual philanthropists and the other with a focus on strategic partnerships.
The role of Senior Philanthropy Lead is a critical one for the Charity, driving income from individuals with the capacity to give at the six and seven figure level. Reporting to the Co-Director of Philanthropy and managing two Philanthropy Leads, the postholder will take over a multi-million pound pipeline, whilst also driving new business. This role is fixed-term for two years.
The role of Senior Trusts & Strategic Partnerships Lead is a brand-new, permanent position and an essential one in helping to seek and grow significant philanthropic partnerships for the Charity. Reporting to the Co-Director of Philanthropy and managing a Trusts Lead, the postholder will refine and implement the fundraising strategy and develop a priority prospect list of trusts and grants.
In both cases, candidates will be a motivated and experienced fundraising professionals who can hit the ground running and lead by example. They will possess a track record in achieving complex major gifts, excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative and creative approach and the ability to inspire stakeholders at all levels.

We are looking for an experienced fundraising leader to become their new Senior Head of Relationship Fundraising. This is a wonderful opportunity for a practising Christian to shape and scale high-impact relational fundraising. You will lead and integrate Philanthropy, Trusts & Foundations, and Legacy giving into a high-performing team, driving income beyond £10 million annually.
You’ll champion innovation, and personally steward ultra-high-net-worth donors while ensuring data-driven, replicable fundraising models. As a strategic and relational leader, you’ll bring operational excellence, spiritual maturity, and a coaching mindset to a dynamic, growing team.
Externally, you’ll be a visible ambassador, inspiring partners, representing World Vision UK at key events, and engaging with supporters. Internally, you’ll work cross-functionally to embed relationship fundraising into a multi-channel strategy that delivers exceptional supporter experiences.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- Proven track record of leading and scaling high-value fundraising programmes (philanthropy, legacies, and/or trusts & foundations), ideally within a complex or global organisation.
- Demonstrable success in delivering sustainable, multi-million-pound income growth through relationship fundraising.
- Experience of managing and coaching high-performing teams, with the ability to embed accountability, ownership, and development at all levels.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, capable of delivering results in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.

You will be from come from a background involving the creation and management of fundraising products, projects and/ or appeals, most likely within the charitable sector. You will have an outcome-focussed approach, with experience of managing multi-disciplinary fundraising teams. We would expect an understanding of preparing organisation- and project-level cases for support, and that you are comfortable with achieving financial and non-financial targets – and supporting team members to do the same. As Individual Giving and Appeals Manager, you’ll deliver integrated fundraising campaigns across direct mail, email, and digital channels — helping us grow our individual giving base and strengthen donor loyalty.
Alongside driving individual and regular giving, you’ll help shape a new in-memory giving offer, build our legacy giving programme from the ground up, and grow our Named Funds programme.

There is no typical week as a Business Development Manager and the role requires a proactive approach. The post holder will identify and deliver profitable business development activity for the following areas: (i) sales related to MAAC training provider - securing group/individual bookings for our training and education courses; (ii) the sale of room hire at our Airbase and Charity Headquarters and (iii) support with other ad hoc income generation projects. .
Working in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer, Group Events Lead, and Head of Education and Training, the Business Development Manager will develop and execute a plan to promote and grow these revenue streams, building strong relationships with businesses, community groups, and educational institutions.

About you

They will be detail focussed, able to engage suitable funders and work effectively with colleagues to identify opportunities to attract support.
