Job Title: Research Coordinator
Service: Coram Impact & Evaluation Team
Reporting to: Research Manager
Salary range: £28,000 - £30,000 (or pro rata)
Work pattern: Full time or 0.8 FTE (for flexible working, including term time working)
Location: Flexible, with an expectation of working at Coram’s campus in London on average at least twice a week and at home the rest of the time.

About the role
We are looking for someone with project coordination experience to join our growing Impact and Evaluation team as a Research Coordinator to develop and enhance the support function of the research team so that our research can help improve support for vulnerable children and young people, and ultimately make a positive difference in their lives.
This is not a research role but one focused on coordination and administration and would suit someone who is highly organised with extensive project co-ordination and administrative experience, preferably in a research environment. The Research Coordinator will be embedded in diverse range of projects, with exposure to a wealth of methodologies and approaches in research.
The successful candidate will provide wrap around support to the team and our portfolio of research projects by helping to manage their administration, including capacity planning and project allocation as well as organising research processes such as interviews, liaison with funders etc. They will also support financial administration and when needed bid applications, contracting and research dissemination. In addition they will work with our Research Ethics Committee and supporting the team’s work on ensuring equity, diversity and inclusion is at the forefront of our work. They will need to be flexible, pro-active, well-organised and willing to learn.

Main Purpose of the Role
This role supports Bond’s digital and events activities, maintaining its online presence while ensuring the successful delivery of Bond’s convening events.
The digital responsibilities include managing Bond’s digital channels to engage audiences and support its services, ensuring the effective use of platforms and systems, and monitoring user engagement to deliver key metrics. The post holder will also liaise with suppliers to ensure value for money and that systems are fit for purpose.
The event responsibilities focus on providing administrative and logistical support before, during, and after Bond and Bond working group events. This includes managing registrations, preparing materials, and assisting with communications. The role will also support the creation of content for Bond’s website, social media platforms and newsletters, enhancing Bond’s digital presence while promoting its events.
Bond convenes a wide range of audiences, including members and non-members, creating opportunities to connect, share knowledge, and collaborate. The events vary in type and size, including learning sessions, practical workshops, and information-sharing forums. Some events are exclusive to Bond members, while others are open to all, attracting delegates from diverse professional areas such as governance, fundraising, finance, human resources, programmes, policy, advocacy, communications, and marketing.
Main responsibilities
Digital marketing and content support
- Assist in executing email and social media campaigns, including drafting and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement.
- Support the Communications and Events Advisers by uploading and editing content for Bond’s website, including blog posts, reports, events, sessions, and speaker details, following provided templates and style guidelines.
- Help maintain Bond’s digital platforms by troubleshooting simple technical issues and escalating complex problems to Communications Adviser.
- Contribute to the development and posting of the communications content calendar, blogs, and social media posts as directed.
- Respond to basic website and digital queries from staff and users, escalating where necessary.
Event support and coordination
- Provide logistical support for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, supporting completion of event briefs, managing registrations, preparing materials, and tracking attendee requirements (e.g., dietary and accessibility needs).
- Assist with maintaining and updating the CRM (Salesforce) by inputting attendance data and tracking metrics under guidance.
- Respond to delegate and participant queries in the events inbox efficiently, escalating complex issues to senior team members.
- Support the Events Adviser in drafting simple event communications, such as invitations, thank-you emails, and post-event updates.
- Help ensure Bond’s events are accessible and inclusive by following established guidelines and practices.
Administrative and general support
- Assist in liaising with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders on straightforward logistical matters, such as confirming orders or schedules for events.
- Provide basic technical and administrative support for Bond’s website such as updating pages and uploading content.
- Support the creation of event attendee materials, such as name badges and formatted presentations, and ensure these are ready for events.
- Help compile attendee feedback and assist in drafting internal post-event summaries or reports.

Person Specification
The ideal candidate would have:

Role Summary
To provide administrative and operational support for Into Film’s Filmmaking programme, including the BFI-funded Young Creatives programme and our Every Child a Filmmaker initiative. This role supports the wider programme’s operational delivery by handling organisational tasks and assisting with specific activities, ensuring smooth running of projects in collaboration with the Filmmaking Coordinator, Filmmaking Lead and wider team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Be part of the matrix project team supporting filmmaking activity across the organisation, working under the Filmmaking lead, Filmmaking Coordinator, and Joint Head of Programmes, to implement the delivery plan for Filmmaking.
- Provide administrative support for the delivery of filmmaking projects, focusing on scheduling, tracking, updating documentation, and reporting.
- Assist in the coordination of partnerships with informal youth groups to help stimulate and incentivise filmmaking activities, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of partnerships.
- Support resource development by assisting in the creation and maintenance of filmmaking resources, including assisting with logistical arrangements for teacher training events, competitions, and courses.
- Collaborate with the Marcomms team to assist in promoting the filmmaking offer across all communication channels, including providing organisational support for social media campaigns.
- Provide support particularly to the judging process, for Film of the Month (or similar) ‘always on’ competitions, partnership and themed competitions and the Into Film Awards.
- Maintain the CRM database of filmmaking organisations across the UK, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
- As additional funding allows, research and reach out to underrepresented and underserved young people through organisations (including schools) to match with experienced filmmaking practitioners to deliver projects.
- Assist with data collection and evaluation for reporting to funders by ensuring accurate data input and collection from relevant stakeholders. Maintain content on the Filmmaking ‘Hub’ pages to keep them fresh, relevant and up to date.

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Fundraising team as the Events, Community and Regional (ECR) Manager who will lead the implementation of our national fundraising strategy, project managing a range of challenge events and community fundraising activities, whilst supporting a team of two.
The ECR Manager is responsible for designing and delivering an ECR programme focused on growth in supporter engagement and income.

About the role
We are looking for an interim Selections Manager to lead a team responsible for complex data selections for integrated, multi-channel communications to our fantastic supporters. The team also document data procedures for third party processing and conduct vital data quality checks. Within this role you will lead the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data selections, build FastStats capabilities, create and embed process improvements to drive efficiencies and effectiveness, work closely with our Brand, Marketing and Fundraising directorate, and support the wellbeing and development of your team.

We are looking for someone with experience making complex database selections for outbound fundraising and marketing communications, using FastStats. Crisis currently select data from Raiser’s Edge however, the successful candidate may have experience with a different CRM system. You will be experienced in managing and delivering projects, distributing work across a team to ensure agreed deadlines are met. You will also have experience in managing, supporting, and developing people to achieve their potential.

STRATEGIC

About Media Trust Films
Media Trust Films bridges the gap between charities and filmmakers, creating powerful films that amplify the impact of grassroots organisations by leveraging the expertise of our talented directors, many with lived experience of the causes they’re supporting.
We carefully match charities with experienced volunteer filmmakers who produce and direct short films about their designated charity’s work and impact. Media Trust oversees the production, guiding and supporting the charities and filmmakers as needed.
We also provide training for charities on the filmmaking process and distribution strategies for their finished film, as well as training for filmmakers on intersectional story-telling and working with people with lived experience.
Many of our films have been recognised for their creativity and high production values at the Creative Circle Awards, Smiley Charity Film Awards, Big Syn Sustainability Film Awards and Third Sector Awards.
This year, Media Trust Films made over 40 short films for charities supported by City Bridge Foundation, Crucible Foundation, John Lyons Charity, The Mercers' Company and Santander Foundation.

About the Role
We’re looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to join our award-winning Media Trust Films’ team. You will work closely with the Head of Media Trust Films and our team of Executive Producers and provide them with vital logistical and administrative support, ensuring all our projects are on track.
