Additional Information
We ask all members of Age UK's Partnerships and Philanthropy department to work from our London office at least once a week to enable collaboration, skills development and team dynamics (currently Thursdays).
From time to time, we may also require the successful candidate to come into our London office for face-to-face meetings with funders and colleagues at other times in the week: as per the terms of our hybrid contracts we aim to give seven days' notice when this happens.
This role will on occasions require travel outside of London and working outside of normal office hours e.g. for funder events and cultivation.

As the Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will be responsible for leading the Corporate Partnerships team and delivering a strategy that will ensure excellent account management of existing partnerships and extending the portfolio with new multi-year partnerships. This role will sit on the Trusts' Extended Leadership Team and have strategic influence over corporate partnerships direction and income. With corporate partnerships income accounting for almost half of last year's income, this is an exciting opportunity to further corporate income for the Trust. Line managing three corporate fundraisers, this role will motivate the team to scope and develop relationships with new partnerships and will take a lead on those in the six to seven-figure space.
To be successful as the Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will have proven experience of corporate partnerships fundraising and be able to evidence securing and managing multi-year high value partnerships of six and seven figures. This person will need to demonstrate how they have developed a successful fundraising strategy and ideally within corporate partnerships. They will also need to have previous line management or team leadership experience and display excellent stakeholder management skills for both internal and external relationships.
This role is a full-time permanent position that will have hybrid working in the London offices for at least two days per week. The salary for this role is £56,000 to £68,000.

Job Purpose:
The Ruth Strauss Foundation has ambitious plans for growth over the next 5-10 years and this new role will be pivotal in driving forward our philanthropic growth. This role will lead the development of our major donor programme, building a portfolio of major donors to become part of a lifelong family of RSF donors. The primary focus will be the acquisition of new major donors while maintaining the retention of existing donors. Developing cases of support and impact reports, this role will create bespoke, tailored communications to major donors based on their needs and motivations to support.
The position involves developing a supporter-centric philanthropic journey which will drive an excellent supporter experience and ensures our major donors enter into a lifelong relationship with RSF. Networking and representing RSF at events will be essential in representing the foundation externally, including leading on hosting major donor events for the charity.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead on the development of the major donor strategy to generate growth in income and donor numbers
- Manage a portfolio of donors, owning a personal income target, focusing on securing five and six figure gifts and multi-year pledge.

- Introduce new fundraising and marketing collateral to support the strategic growth of the philanthropy programme
- Establish business rules for recording major donor data on Salesforce to ensure that future analysis of the programme is robust and reliable
- Work closely with Donor Advise Fund organisations to grow major donor networks and maximise opportunities for RSF
- Attend networking events and activities to drive new audiences and donors to RSF
- Budget management and delivery metric analysis, ensuring a robust contingency planning process is in place.

Expertise required
- Exceptional experience of developing and managing a major donor programme, managing high value relationships
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills including budget management, project management and prioritisation
- Excellent relationship management across stakeholders of multiple levels and organisations – utilising interpersonal skills to influence, persuade and negotiate
- Experience of developing plans and budgets, and reporting against financial targets and key performance indicators
- Experience working with CRM systems and project planning tools
- Excellent communication skills – able to utilise data analysis to produce compelling proposals and impact reports, understanding supporter motivations, engaging audiences to generate fundraising growth

INTEGRITY ACTION is an innovative and award-winning charity devoted to fighting poverty and inequality through citizen-centred accountability. The purpose of this role is to lead on fundraising for the organisation. You’ll build relationships with funders – mostly trust, foundations and corporates and secure income. The fundraising focus in 2025 is primarily for climate-focused programmes and Ukraine focused programmes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Relationship Management: Proactively identify and open doors to new funding opportunities by leveraging your existing networks with trusts, foundations and corporates; Strengthen relationships with Integrity Action’s existing funders, identifying opportunities to increase and extend their financial commitments; and Represent Integrity Action confidently and persuasively in presentations, meetings, and events to introduce our mission to potential funders and key stakeholders.
2. 3.
