About the Role
In this key role, you will have the unique opportunity to develop innovative projects and identify funding opportunities to restore and rejuvenate churches, supporting their transition to Net Zero Carbon. You will collaborate with parishes to identify potential partnerships with community groups, heritage organisations, local authorities, and funding bodies, ensuring the long-term sustainability of these churches as important community hubs.
As Development Manager, you will:
· Work with parishes to create funding strategies and programmes that support the restoration and sustainability of churches.
· Build and nurture relationships with a diverse range of funding bodies, including local authorities, trusts and foundations, and the National Lottery.
· Work closely with colleagues across the Diocese to embed a culture of entrepreneurship and provide vital support and advice to Incumbents and Parish Church Council (PCC) members.
· Drive place-based funding approaches to deliver projects that benefit both the churches and the communities they serve.
· Manage complex multi-funder profiles for capital projects and activity programmes, ensuring long-term sustainability and impact.
About You
We are looking for an all-round development professional with a proven track record of successfully managing projects with complex multi-funder profiles. You will have:
· Experience in designing and delivering large-scale development projects, ideally within the heritage or community sector.
· A strong understanding of relevant trusts, foundations, and funding bodies, with experience of securing substantial funding for projects.
· A strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to bring together multiple funding sources and partners.

As Fundraising Manager, you will effectively lead, inspire, develop and manage the income growth of the Psoriasis Association through implementing highly successful fundraising initiatives. We are seeking an adept and skilled fundraiser with expertise in Individual Giving and with knowledge of associated disciplines (e.g. legacies, in memoriam). You should have a track record of achieving fundraising income targets across a range of income streams and demonstrate an ability to work with initiative, think creatively and with excellent attention to detail.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the Psoriasis Association, promoting all our fundraising activities and maximising income generation opportunities.
Some key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement the Psoriasis Association’s Income Generation Strategy.
- Produce and execute an effective and sustainable Individual Giving plan to grow income from new and existing donors. Develop new initiatives based on insight and evidence.
- Grow and develop the Psoriasis Association’s legacy income stream.
- Oversee and manage the fundraising budget.

Why we need you
We are seeking a Fundraising Coordinator with a passion for the Future Frontiers mission (you do not need to have previous experience of fundraising) who will play a vital supporting role to secure income that is needed to deliver the Future Frontiers programme for a growing number of young people.
The successful candidate will report to the Senior Fundraising Manager and work closely with the Fundraising and Partnerships teams. Your primary focus will be on charitable Trusts and Foundations: researching suitable funding opportunities and writing external-facing communications. You will arrange programme visits to meet with young people and develop high-quality case studies. In addition, you will play a role in Future Frontiers' wider income generation work through researching potential business supporters and working with people participating in fundraising activities including employee fundraising and challenge events. Your responsibilities
Research and pipeline development
You will complete research to find charitable trusts, foundations and businesses that have the potential to support Future Frontiers for the first time and keep detailed notes for the fundraising and partnerships teams. You will use this knowledge to support the pipeline of funding opportunities for the coming years, including making recommendations for the amount of funding we ask for and what it could go towards.
Enquiries and applications
You will write enquiries and applications for funding that are tailored to each recipient and make a convincing case for how their support will make a difference.
Reports and case studies
You will write reports that are tailored to each recipient and demonstrate how their funding has made a difference. This will involve arranging programme visits to speak with young people and develop case studies.
Supporter engagement
You will support the planning and delivery of high-quality, tailored communications and engagement opportunities for existing and potential supporters. This will include supporting individual volunteer fundraisers and employees of business partners.
Record-keeping
You will ensure that key information about our fundraising activity is stored appropriately and with high attention to detail.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering home working and flexible hours.
Position: CE334 Operations Officer
Location: Home-based, UK, Nationwide. However, extensive travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (flexible working available)
Salary: Circa £31,300 per annum (inner London weighting £3,950 per annum or outer London weighting £2,100 per annum may be applied in accordance with where you live)
Contract: Permanent

The Role
This is an exciting new role in a newly formed team, built to enable personalised and human connection with the Stroke Association’s Regional Fundraising supporters.
The team purpose is to listen to, understand and inspire our supporters and our teams to fundraise with pride in a way that’s both easy and right for them, with the help they need to enable greater giving that is legal, ethical and inspiring to others. Together, the team will provide onboarding and regular data led stewardship touchpoints for supporters across a portfolio currently delivering £4.7m annual income.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Supporting data management, reporting, analysis and insight.
· Supporting our adherence to fundraising compliance and ethics.
· Developing wider team resources and tools, including new technologies.
· Developing and supporting efficient, data led and customer centric processes and ways of working across the team.

You will have a passion for fundraising and considerable experience of using data and insight, project planning and problem solving. You will have a talent for making things easy for others, no matter how complex they are. You will be driven to deliver excellent experiences for both colleagues and supporters and in turn support significant income growth.

You will have excellent experience of managing budgets and delivering good return on investment for the activities you will manage. Person Specification - we're looking for someone with experience and knowledge in the following:
- Experience and knowledge of event management, specifically with a track record of successfully delivering large scale events
