The Educational Partnerships Manager role will suit someone who can work with young people, build rapport and engage young people from a range of backgrounds. You will need to be confident in working within education settings and liaising with school staff, volunteers, and corporate volunteers. This can be a varied role, but a very exciting role as well as very rewarding. Your experience in relationship development and management will help with developing new schools as well as supporting existing school relationships. The post holder will work with the staff, practitioners and volunteer teams to ensure the smooth delivery of our projects within Programme Delivery. 

About the Role

Working closely with the contracts manager, our projects teams, commissioned services manager and our infant feeding services manager, you will be responsible administration support across the Programme Delivery department:

· Supporting branches with delivering drop-ins and peer support training, 

· Reviewing grant documentation 

· Support branch funded services including generating contract documentation. 

· Monitoring budget 

· Generate contract assignments for NCT Practitioners delivering on branch contracts including management of NCT Practitioner holiday and sickness cover. 

· Approving expense claims for practitioners and staff within our programmes.  

· Support with administration of volunteer peer supporters and the central training of cohorts. 

You must have good communication skills and be able to build relationships and create a rapport with a wide range of people easily and have a keen attention to detail.

Project Manager: Green Impact

We are excited to be recruiting for a new Project Manager to deliver our national sustainability engagement programme, Green Impact.

ROLE SPECIFICS

Location: Hybrid in London or South-East England

Due to the location of participating Green Impact organisations, this role will be based in London or South-East England, with regular travel throughout the region, as well as some UK-wide travel. We are a primarily home-based organisation, but we have a London office space available to staff.

Working patterns: Fixed term until September 2025, with possibility of extending. 35 hours per week. The role involves weekly UK-wide travel with some early starts and late returns, and up to six overnight stays per year. Homeworkers will be expected to work remotely on a regular basis. Flexible work patterns/ job share opportunities open to negotiation. 0.6FTE to full time opportunities will be considered.

Salary: Starting salary £30,413 per annum plus Inner London Weighting of £3,405 for London-based employees. We provide up to 6% pension contribution, with life assurance for all those in the pension scheme.

The role provides the opportunity to join a small agile team at the Council of Deans of Health, the representative body for the UK’s university faculties engaged in education and research for nursing, midwifery and the allied health professions.

Main responsibilities:

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Direct the work of Support Workers and Wardens, ensuring that the team are working efficiently and effectively, providing continuity of service for clients.
• Ensure organisational standards are being met in the accommodation service across all Hope properties.
• Draw up rotas in advance for sign-off from the CEO.
• Monitor staff attendance and report absences promptly to the Management Team.
