Ensure the quality of accommodation that is provided, liaising with the Housing and Property Services Team to complete estate inspections and health & safety risk assessments, and to turn around voids and organise repairs in line with organisational targets and statutory obligations. With the Supported Housing Manager ensure effective income collection for all beds, working closely with the Rents Team to create a rent payment culture.
Leadership and People Management: Directly line manage team members, ensuring their service delivery, working culture and personal development mirror best practice. Ensuring the team is adequately trained and empowered to work effectively and creatively with our young people to enable them to achieve their aspirations and ambitions, whilst ensuring they are supported within safe and consistent boundaries.

About the role:
This role is based from our Blackpool Office, delivering a service that covers Blackpool, Wyre, Fylde, Lancaster and surrounding areas working with around 30 perpetrators per year. Hybrid working (2 days per week from home) is available after successful completion of probation.
As a Drive Case Manager, you will:
- Provide case management on a one to one basis with perpetrators whose victims have been identified as high risk to pro-actively secure engagement, influence attitudinal a& behavioural change & link to other services
- Work collaboratively with existing agencies to design an individual intervention plan to address identified needs & risks whilst promote understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours
- Work closely with the IDVA service to review risk, develop safety plans & improve outcomes
You will need:
- An understanding of domestic abuse, risk assessment & risk management
- Experience of working with victims and/or perpetrators of domestic abuse, those with complex needs and/or challenging behaviour
- The ability to build relationships with key stakeholders & develop multi-agency responses to support and/or disrupt perpetrators in order to reduce the harm they pose to victims
- Good communication & influencing skills, able to challenge service users & other agencies in order to produce positive outcomes

We are looking for a Giggle Doctor Programme Administrator to join our busy programme team, to support the day-to-day operations of our Giggle Doctor programme for hospitals.
This is a part-time, one-year contract to support the running of the Giggle Doctor programme while a member of the team is on maternity leave. Job Description
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Administration
· Act as first point of call for artists regarding their visits to hospitals, overseeing sickness, cover and changes to their schedules
· Support artists with hospital administration and contracts
· Keep artists updated with changes in Theodora Children’s Charity’s policies
· Process changes to the Giggle Doctor schedule on our internal systems
· Liaise with hospitals and keep them up to date with information about their programme of Giggle Doctor visits
· Set up meetings with hospitals, artists and Theodora Foundation colleagues as required
· Book long-distance travel and hotels for artists for hospital visits and training events when required
· Support the Finance Manager and Giggle Doctor Programme Manager with collecting and filing timesheets, invoices and receipts for payment
Training and Events
· Support the Giggle Doctor Programme Manager with events, including booking rooms, resources and catering
· Attend training events for Giggle Doctors, setting up and packing down as needed
Impact and Programme Monitoring
· Support the Giggle Doctor Programme Manager with monitoring Trainee and Junior Giggle Doctor’s progress and keeping records of their observation notes

To participate in running the advice line service and responding to enquiries made to CFAB:

Offer advice to local authority professionals, NGOs and individuals on international child protection issues and casework

Main Duties and Responsibilities.
General administration
