To work alongside the Donor Development & Legacies Lead (DDLL) to help develop MSF’s donor development strategy to increase the lifetime value (LTV) of MSF UK supporters, by enhancing their knowledge and understanding of humanitarian action and their awareness of the importance of their own support to MSF. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The appointed individual will be expected to liaise effectively with colleagues, Executive Team Members, Trustees and other colleagues within the Charity. They will also develop and strengthen relationships with banks, insurers, investment managers, auditors and other professionals. The person will be expected to produce and present a range of financial information, query and challenge any unusual and misleading information and to support his/her colleagues in the office as required to further the objectives of the charity.
This is a growing charity, and you will have a broad remit, and we are looking for a fully Qualified Accountant holding a CA, ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent membership with experience ideally gained in charity accounting, external reporting and internal management accounting.

Role Requirements
- Working alongside the Head of Public Fundraising, you will strengthen and implement business planning, pipeline and budgeting processes as well as devise comprehensive audience-led stewardship plans, maintaining momentum and focus to achieve targets.

Your key responsibility will be leading the data migration process, from mapping and cleaning data, to ensuring it aligns with our new CRM structure. You'll work closely with our delivery partner to transform data from Raiser's Edge into Dynamics 365, ensuring all data is correctly mapped and validated before migration. Part of your role will involve minimising disruptions during any downtime and advising on potential risks or training gaps that may arise throughout the project.
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the migrated data, checking for losses, inaccuracies, or duplications, and developing a robust recovery plan for the migration process. You will also work alongside our delivery partner to carry out thorough testing and validation to ensure the data transfer is accurate and meets the needs of the organisation.
Additionally, you'll support the documentation of data structures and migration processes, keeping stakeholders informed of any data changes or updates. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will provide advice to guide data-led decision-making throughout the project.
This role also involves supporting team training on data standards and the use of Dynamics 365, helping the organisation transition to the new system smoothly.

What are we looking for?
Experience within a Data Lead or Data Manager role and a strong background in CRM migration projects, ideally involving Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You'll have an excellent understanding of data management, migration methodologies, and CRM structures, with hands-on experience in tools such as SQL and data mapping, ELT processes and data validation.
Your experience working on large-scale CRM implementations with third-party delivery partners will be essential, as will your ability to manage data validation and ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.
You'll need excellent analytical skills to interpret data and resolve complex issues, alongside strong organisational and project management abilities. Collaboration and communication skills are key, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Fundraising Marketing Manager to join our Income Generation team at the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Community Fundraising Development Manager to develop marketing and promotional activities for our existing portfolio of fundraising events.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage the Community Fundraising marketing team, including development, performance management and ongoing support to foster a motivated and high performing team. You will guide them in achieving set objectives that contribute to a sustainable income stream for the MND Association.
You will recruit and retain fundraisers through effective promotional activities and fundraising marketing. You will also manage event logistics, ensuring that budgets are monitored and maintained while delivering exceptional experiences for our supporters.
You will collaborate with the Community Management Team to create operational plans, including fundraising marketing plans. Your expertise will be crucial in setting and achieving financial and recruitment targets for a variety of products. You will project manage a range of marketing campaigns across Community Fundraising through multiple channels, including digital, telephone, face-to-face, and print, while monitoring their effectiveness.
A key aspect of your role will involve analysing data to inform marketing strategies aimed at increasing supporter numbers and enhancing retention. You will also develop engaging marketing materials, such as the Community Events Diary, involving stakeholders, planning content, and measuring success.
Your attention to detail will be vital as you maintain accurate records in our CRM database while adhering to GDPR regulations. Staying informed about marketing trends will enable you to implement best practices in all fundraising activities.
What are we looking for?
Experience in fundraising or marketing and sales. You will have the ability to lead, develop, and support a successful team, helping them reach their full potential while being responsive to their needs.
Management experience is essential, including the skills to motivate and coach others. A solid understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles will be crucial in your role.
You should have a proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and managing expenditure budgets. Experience in achieving ambitious income targets is important. Strong analytical skills are necessary for interpreting and presenting statistical information effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills will help you build and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
Flexibility to work unsocial hours, including evenings and weekends, is also required. A full clean driving licence is essential for this role.
